I ordered the peptide rich eye cream but when I received the cream, read the ingredients and no peptides were among the ingredient list. I emailed the company to let them know. Their reply was that they had changed the ingredients 4 months ago but used the old container with the old ingredient list, apologized and offered to ship another cream in the correct container. Emailed me a USPS tracking link which showed that the item had never been received by the post office even after a week.
I emailed the seller again to let them know, give them the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to make this right. After no response I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The full amount was refunded to me. I am now leaving this review to help others avoid this inconvenience. At this point this company lost all credibility with me. I question the ingredients they advertise if they are really what this company claims they are.

I'm really enjoying their products. I've been using the vitamin C line for several months now with noticeable improvement in the feel and look of of my skin. I also like the body oils, I purchased two different scents and both smell and feel wonderful. Im very satisfied and plan to continue purchasing from dancing dingo in the future. They offer good skincare, fast delivery and friendly customer service.

I bought the sandalwood vanilla men's cologne for myself and the soul flower perfume for my wife. The Sandalwood vanilla is a wonderfully rich unisex sent that I have thoroughly enjoyed. My wife really loves the way it smells on me. She has liked wearing the Soul Flower to work, its a nice citrus and floral-scent which is always a wonderful combo. Excellent customer service, fast shipping and good products, and they're all natural so they're good for you too. Who could ask for more.

I've ordered from them numerous times over the last 5 years at mutliple addresses. Despite the other reviews, the only time I had an issue with a backorder they were communicative and everything worked out. They are a likely a smaller busienss but legitimate and don't flood their stuff with fake positive reviews.

12 reviews 1.0 star rating 11/6/2017 If I could give zero stars I would. Found out about this company through EWG and placed an order on Oct 13th. As of today, still have not received it. I reached out to the company multiple times. First Mark said he would re-ship and then I never heard back despite contacting him. Then I spoke to Kathy who said she would reimburse me but that has not happened.
I will be contacting BBB and have many friends and family in Austin who will know never to use this company. Save yourself the headache! Terrible business practices and awful customer service. See below for a more detailed explanation I ordered products for the first time from this company on Oct 13th. When they were not received in over 3 weeks, I emailed the company to inquire and someone by the name of Mark said they would send out the products again.
When I responded asking for tracking information twice, he did not get back to me. I tried calling the company numerous times (that claims they are open 24 hours) but the "cell phone" is never picked up. After trying to call the company one evening with no answer, I received a text message saying "closed." The person, who I later found out was the owner Kathy, then proceeded to tell me they don't have a phone and can only communicate over email.
After an email chain with her, she assured me a refund would be issued. She gave many of the same excuses that other people mention (issue w the lab, etc etc.)After another week or so, no refund has been issued and I have tried calling her and emailing 5 times with no response. This company seems to be running an online scam. They seem fraudulent and from other reviews, this experience is not unique.
They also suggest you contact your credit card company for a refund, which allows Dancing Dingo to keep the initial payment for products they never intended to send out. This is 100% a scam and they are stealing people's money. UPDATE: If there was ever a question of this company's horrendous business practices, see below. An email from Kathy's email signed by Mark. FYI there was never an issue of a double payment and I paid with my credit card.
I just never received the products I ordered. SCAM! "Contact your credit card company, explain the double payment, and ask for a refund. They should be able to handle it right away. When you hit 'enter' twice during checkout this will happen and you are charged twice. If you have PayPal please go to your account and file a dispute and they should refund your $13 right away.
