I truly appreciate the entire staff at Animal Care Center. I was taking my dog to another notable Vet in Gahanna for 12 years but over the last year they never had available appts. COVID.I get it. But when I really needed them they weren't accommodating. My dog needed surgery and Animal Care Center made the time necessary to treat my dog. Kudos to the vets, vet techs, and staff for great service over the 14 months.

With all of the amazing reviews, I'm quite disappointed. I initially called on 4/14 to make an appointment for my dog. Scheduled the date and showed up on that day and time. No appointment in the system. They have his information but no appointment. So now we're in square one after waiting weeks for this appointment because someone never put it in.

Amazing vet! My Anatolian Shepherd got really sick and they have been so attentive and caring while getting her better. She was really apprehensive of her old vet and had to be sedated to come in. At Animal Care Center at Cherry Way she seems at ease and does great for them, no sedatives necessary. Thanks for getting my baby back to normal!

I LOVE this establishment. My 3 furs all come here for vet care, grooming, and daycare. We've even boarded our two dogs here on occasion. The entire staff is so patient and knowledgable. My pups always come home happy with their belly full of treats after grooming and daycare. I 100% trust them with my furs any day!

If you are looking for a great place for pet grooming, vet care and boarding this is the place to check out. We have loved sending our Golden for grooming and boarding over the past couple years. The staff is amazing and it is basically home away from home. Boarding, vet care and grooming are very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Fu is awesome! He has cared for three dogs and helped me be able to spend time with my sweet Yorkie, when it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. I feel like he goes above and beyond every single visit. He explains things exactly how they are and I have never been given a sales pitch. They are always busy but the staff is very pleasant and easy to work with on a consistent basis.
It's pretty clear to see that most, if not everyone working here really enjoys what they do. I really can't speak for the other veterinarians because I don't know them. I'm guessing the upbeat attitude and overall nice environment is the result of three or four great veterinarians.

Best vets and best staff. Love Dr. Douglas. Would not go anywhere else. Worth the drive. Update: We took our Golden Retriever Tillie here for all eleven years of her life. Even after we moved from Bexley, we continued to drive the 45-minutes to see Dr. Douglas. Tillie LOVED seeing Dr. Douglas and her tail said so every time, even when she was sick.
Though they met only twice a year for checkups and the occasional illness, Tillie knew who cared for her. Tillie finally succumbed to cancer, and the last year was hard. But the personal attention to our needs was incredible. They were always available and helped anyway they could. Above and beyond what I would expect from any vet. When another dog enters our lives, we will be making the drive again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Douglas is the best out there.
