The staff showed great consideration for the needs of our dog. She is not cooperative with the idea of being at the vet's or being touched by strangers. She is also very large at 161 pounds and could cause some serious damage if someone is careless. They were very patient and listened to my concerns. Visit was great for the most part except for when my dog tried to eat the vet! A great place to take your animals, especially when they are less than cooperative with the visit!

Promptly greeted us upon entering. An assistant took us back to a room, went about getting info on my dogs health and behavior, my questions. Spent plenty of time with us. The Vet came in, had been briefed by the assistant and went over all my questions. Did not seem rushed and I felt I got the information I needed in a comfortable, clean and personable environment. Definitely 5 stars Dianne & Faith Lovejoy

They are so great with my dog! They really take a lot of extra time to make sure he feels comfortable. My previous vet was having to muzzle/restrain my dog because he had a bad experience at a vet previously. Central Oregon Animal is able to calmly handle my dog with zero restraints. He loves it there!

Dr. Chew was amazing and made us feel so happy. made me feel confident in how i'm raising my boy and kept him so happy throughout the whole appointment. i also got sent home with a multitude of complementary gifts for the puppy and me! i was nervous it was gonna be too much but it was extremely reasonably priced!

I haven't had a GREAT vet for quite some time. I have been to a few that were fine. They helped and resolved issues but that was about it. Spay, neuter done. But my experience recently with CO Animal Hosp was very different. We felt valued and cared for immediately. There were no long waits, the vet tech and the vet actually communicated so I didn't have to repeat myself.
The dx and treatment were explained fully and even illustrated. All the staff made an effort to comfort my dog who was understandably afraid. I feel like we're in good hands at CO Animal Hospital.

This is the first time we have taken our dog here; but her previous owner took her here and spoke very highly of the vet and staff, etc. Dr. Miller took his time to listen, asked questions, and gave Trixie a thourough check up. The assistant was very helpful too. The facility is very nice. My only complaint is that the parking and entrances need better signs/directions of where to park. Very satisfied! Trixie loved her experience too!
