Once upon a time, a wise man said, "It's really hard to tell what's bothering a bird by just looking." We think that's true. Until you figure out what it is that's bothering them, there's no way to solve your bird's issue. Helping your bird recover from its obsessive habit of plucking feathers is hard, but not impossible.

Customer service is terrible! I purchased a collar for my African Grey that is plucking herself. I read the instructions and it said to put the collar out around the bird to get her interested in it so it wouldn't be an instant shock to her. I did that. After a few weeks I put the collar on her. It was the size described for my bird but it was too big and where it overlapped it kept swinging around so she was able to destroy the collar in less than 4 hour.
When I described the issue to Dianna the owner she dismissed me and refused to help in any way. She told me that they have a 30 day return policy. well then change your instructions of how to use the products you are selling! I even asked for just a credit so I could purchase some other products that she has that may help my bird. No she was not interested at all in my problem.
Although she has a nice looking website she is not interested in anything but the money. sad really. my bird is still plucking and I'm at a loss as to where to turn she could have helped me if she was really interested in the birds welfare.
