Dog Squad Training is a unique concept at a unique place. Situated on five acres bordering beautiful wetlands and just 10 minutes north of the Twin Cities, we are a full-service Boarding, Training, Daycare and Grooming facility. More than that, Blaine Kennels is a place where dogs are engaged, exercised, mentally stimulated, and allowed to play under the supervision and guidance of a highly-trained team of canine experts. Owners who are fortunate enough to enroll their dogs in Dog Squad's Behavioral Board & Train program are amazed at the dog's transformation. Our unique, custom approach to obedience training allows a level of communication and understanding that you won't get with other training methods. We will give you a happy, reliable, and obedient dog that can be included in all of your everyday activities.
Make it fun.or a job. Many dogs need to "work", they were bred for those qualities. Just learning what engages them mentally allows our trainers to focus in on a technique that works best with your dog's natural instincts and tendencies. An E-collar is a training tool that is based on the concept of breaking the dogs concentration from another object and redirecting it to you and the commands you are giving the dog.

We've been working with Ash at Dog Squad since the end of January. She's been helping train our pit bull mix, Nadene and it's been going great! We've been seeing really good results, and Ash and her team are flexible, responsive and helpful. We're really happy that we made the choice to go with Dog Squad!

We have an Italian Mastiff puppy that we were being encouraged to re-home and give up on due to some aggressive behavior and a redirected bite. I'm so very happy we didn't. Dog Squad, Moriah and Jenny took Tillie into their boot camp and worked wonders with her. She is a like a new dog and we are like new owners with their coaching. I can't imagine their is a dog they couldn't help.
I will never again live with problem dog behaviors and feel powerless. If I can't solve them myself, knowing what I know now, I'll happily be a client of Dog Squad again. Can't say enough positive things.

Bailey went through Dog squad training and we couldn't be any happier with the results. We took her to Florida on a trip with us and received so many compliments on how well behaved she was. We took her to a local farmers market there and an outdoor bar / restaurant where she met so many other dogs and a trainer with Belgian Malinois, he also complimented on her great behavior.
