I love this service and its employees - so does my doggy, Rio! They come twice a week to clean up pet waste from our backyard and on occasion, Rio is outside. When they start to come through the gate, Rio gets so excited to see them and they always give her pets and smiles! They are fast, efficient, and do an incredible job. I highly recommend them for your yard and your pet will love them, too!

This company was not great for me so I can't recommend. I had just started service and had for two months only. My credit card was old so I ordered a new one from my bank. This company bills the card once per month in advance. The lady from the office called me to inform me that I had to update my card number and that she would send me my password.

She never sent me my password so when I tried to add new info I couldn't access my account. I sent her an email and instead of her being anywhere close to helpful she just says my account was deactivated and I would now have to pay an extra 35 dollar activation fee to set up service again because the deadline had passed. She never informed me over the phone of any of this when I spoke with her less than a week earlier.

The email was very cold and unfriendly. I responded back to explain how disappointed I was abut her not explaining that I had a hard deadline and then another guy instead of her responded who I believe may be the owner and he had absolutely no customer service skills. He just sent me auto replies and said that they had sent me emails about it I don't always read every email everyday and I explained that to him.

I wanted to resolve this and asked if he could waive the fee as a one time courtesy since I was not informed over the phone that this could happen. He refused to waive it or to accept any responsibility for his worker not informing me about this when we spoke I never got an apology or anything! Horrible experience for such a dumb thing. Sad they they don't understand what it takes to provide a quality experience for a customer. Buyer beware because if you have any kind of issue they may treat you poorly.

Not satisfied with this business at all. Neil was very rude on an issue we should have been able to discuss as adults. Customer service is not something they pride themselves on and I was spoken to in a way that I would never expect someone that runs a business to speak to a customer. I was professional in asking for clarification and was told I was "clearly lying." I was threatened with their lawyer (still not clear on this one) and was told they would refuse to respond to anything and would not call me back to discuss.

I'm disheartened that there are people out there that conduct business this way. I would steer clear of this business if you expect good customer service and a company that wants to make things right. I was talked down to and made to feel like I did something wrong by asking questions for clarification.

I always joke they are my favorite bill, but seriously this is the one thing I love paying! The prices are reasonable, they are extremely responsive with setting up. We have the same person every time, she always lets me know when she's entering and leaving. My yard always looks so good after, I truly enjoy their services! If you are looking for a pet waste removal company they are amazing!

Our elderly dog sometimes can't make it past the pavers to the grass before she goes potty. The service providers cleaned the pavers after our girl had an accident on them. Thank you so much for your help keeping our yard clean! So appreciate the service! Service: Yard debris removal

Pet Waste offers a great service at a very great price! They come out rain or shine to do the pet waste removal in our yard, which is a real time and life saver. The staff who come out are always super-friendly and do a great job! They are so nice to my dog, and always make sure to securely close my gate after they finish. I'd highly recommend!

It appears that my previous review has failed to go public. This company is unprofessional, unethical and very creepy. After leaving reviews on google and other places I received this in an email from the owner " I will give you 24 hours to take down all of the negative reviews you that and your husband have placed. If this is not completed within that time frame I will be consulting our Attorney to seek damages and will definitely be making a formal complaint against you to your employer" Avoid Pet Waste Inc they will come after you if you call them out on their service and inability to open a simple lock .

This service is amazing! They always arrive on our scheduled day and do a really good job. It saves me a ton of time before I go to mow the lawn, and I love how they take the waste with them, and it is not left in my garbage can! Also, the customer service has been fantastic! We have been using Pet Waste for years. The are super responsible and professional. They are consistent and always come around the same time, so we expect them. I have used Pet Waste for three years or so. Their website is easy to use and set up services, their staff is professional, sweet, and always great with my animals, and any time I have a question or need to make a change, I can talk with someone instantly. This is the easiest and most user friendly household service I've ever used! I recommend them to everyone with dogs!

Best decision ever! Had to chuckle at some of the bad reviews.these folks have been awesome, understanding and accommodating. No problems whatsoever. This has been an awesome service. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed not having to scoop poop for four dogs.

I have used the Pet Waste Professionals for almost a year now and I had questions about the winter months in MN. I was told that I will need to continue to pay my monthly fee through the winter months even thought they would not be servicing my yard on a regular basis due to the weather but they would come out as weather permitted. I paid them $86+ a month for November, December, January and March but did not have 1 single person from this company come to my house and I could clearly see dog poop on top of the snow.

I contacted them today with a question about my spring clean up and making a change to my service. I received an email back and was told that they had discontinued my service due to non payment in Feb. This was the first I was hearing about it and he said that he sent 3 emails and called 3 times, I have been out of work on medical leave since mid December so I have not checked my emails regularly but I definitely did not receive a single voicemail from anyone regarding this issue.

I looked through my bank account and did not see anywhere that they had tried to charge me in Feb. but I did see a charge for March. I had asked him why he charged me for March if he did not plan on following through with his service and he gave me no response.he only stated again that he sent out 3 emails and made 3 phone calls. I have been paying this company $86 every month in good faith that they will resume service as the weather permitted and now I was told that they cancelled my contract and I was out all of that money. **He contacted me today to say that his attorney would sue me for libel if I did not remove my review.

He stated that they came out 7 times between Nov. and Feb. but when I ask to see proof he doesn't respond or says he needs to speak to his attorney. I have not seen anyone come out to my house during these months but if they did and I received the services I paid for then I would not have made this review. When I asked him about my March payment he told me that he would refund it minus a $35 fee (for what?

I don't know.). This whole situation is very sketchy to me. As soon as I mentioned a lawyer he stated to me that he could no longer be of service to me because of my threat. Well he was already saying that WAY before I mentioned my lawyer. He had no plans of continuing my business from the first email I sent. BUYER BEWARE! This business owner is unreasonable, unwilling to work with you and your situation and will take all the money he can before he cuts you off and leaves you high and dry.

So I then went and hired a new company and let him know that I was extremely happy with the very first communications I had with the new company. I could tell they had amazing customer service. I told Neil that I will be writing this review to let other people know about his shady business practices. I then received an email calling me out on my "threats" to write an honest review of his company and how horrible I am for this.

Then he sent me ANOTHER email to show how professional he is and he threatened me - telling me that he new all of the other businesses in our area that does this service and he would contact them to tell them how horrible I am. This is the actual owner of this business that relies on customer service and word of mouth to grow his business.
