At Rub A Dub Doggie, we are committed to providing pet owners the advantage of a full service grooming salon, conveniently delivered to their home, while their pet enjoys comfort, safety and undivided professional attention from start to finish.Grooms include: A warm water bath in a full size stainless steel tub, with a Supersudzer shampoo and conditioner, hand towel and blow dry, with a full brush out, including a sanitary clip and breed specific hair style.Their nails are trimmed and filed, eyes are wiped, and ears are cleaned and/or plucked.

Our Groomers are registered with the National Dog Groomers Association of America, Inc., and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
All telephone quotes are estimates and can only be confirmed after initial examination of your pet's condition. Prices are subject to change and based on the condition of the coat, temperament of your pet, size, and breed. A $15 dollar convenience charge is added to locally competitive grooming rates.

Just had my husky mix dog's first grooming with Brenda. I'm not sure who was more nervous, me or Snow?! Brenda texted before arriving and was on time. She put us both at ease in a few minutes and listened to our story while sitting on the porch to get acquainted. We then went out to take a look at the mobile salon and try a few "noises" (clippers, file, the table, etc) which she handled like a champ. I'm very happy with her grooming and bath and would HIGHLY recommend RAD Doggie to anyone! So convenient right at your pet's doorstep.now it just doesn't get much better than that.

I wish I could rate the grooming, but the van never showed up for the appointment. I waited almost an hour! No call, no advance notice that they would not be coming. When I called, no answer. When I e-mailed, no reply. If this is their idea of customer service, then I will go elsewhere. This is no way to run a business! And I would never entrust my beloved pup to a business that operates like this!

The lady that came to our home seemed very sweet. Couldn't rate this very high because of 1: the inside of van was not very clean.the inside smelled like a cigarette. Which in turn is what my children smelled on our dog when they held him after his dog bath. For 75$ our 9 lb. dog got a bath (no teeth.no nails cut) I was made aware ahead of time no teeth.just thought for 75$ maybe nails too?.
I called the owner to ask if he had been clipped by accident which I could understand better. The owner then had her employee call me and she said I had to yank him to get him still.she said it was his front leg & he then yelped. She adleast told us that is what she did.but it broke my heart thinking that my dog was YANKED or tugged on at all while in their care.hard enough to cause him to limp. :(

Brenda is amazing! My maltese pups love her. She does a wonderful job and leaves them with lots of love and smelling good! My boys are always so happy after they get groomed and she makes them look like little cute cotton balls! Last minute appts are hard to get in evenings but its good to just schedule well in advance. For the non-client who complained about driving, most of raleigh's drivers are crazy drivers! Brenda texts me on the way to my home and when I can come outside to see my boys new haircuts.
Rub a Dub is very affordable and your dog doesn't come back with cuts on skin like previous vet groomers have done in past and never mentioned to me. You will be very pleased w Rub a Dub and it saves your pets from being in a kennel for 5 hours at the groomer.

So excited that my dad introduced me to Rub A Dub Doggie. What an awesome business, a mobile dog spa that pulls up right to your house. My dad has been using them for quite a while now. I'm always nervous dropping my dogs off at the groomers and having them be stuck in a cage most of the day. Well no more worrying for me. As soon as Brenda pulled up in the driveway she stepped out and my dogs immediately ran to greet her, I knew right away that this was a great decision.
Both my pups came back happy and beautiful. They weren't stressed out and panting like they usually are when they are stuck at the groomers all day. The mobile van is air conditioned and Brenda makes sure to give them all the loving they deserve. A few hours later (she also groomed my dads pups) everyone was cleaned and sporting their new haircuts.
Her prices were very reasonable actually less then what I've paid in the past at a traditional groomer. They charge a destination fee which only makes sense since they travel to wherever you are. Now if I could only find a mobile salon for myself:)
