Lovely place! I was nervous (for them) to drop my 2yo lab but it went very well! The staff was lovely and very communicative. Excellent service!

Just the worst groomers we have ever experienced. They kept our 1.8kg pom in for 4 hours(!) and still shaved his belly (causing it to never grow back - it's literally been bald since) rather than bother to try to brush it, which is what they are paid to do. They have done irreversible damage to our poms gorgeous coat (any professional knows that shaving a pom can cause alopecia, which it did!) and in addition to this they also cut him on his genitals, leaving a scab which caused him to jump up every time he sat down for a week afterwards. I honestly can't believe they're still in business and I would advise dog owners to avoid them at all costs.

I took my dog to this place for the first time (16 of March 2022), a cavapoo and they did a great job.

They were so kind and knowledgeable with my little dog (who hates grooms!). Really appreciated their attention and care, it's hard to find out there. He came back very happy and looking super cute!

Wonderful little place in Islington that treats my dog well and does a great job despite her being very nervous. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment but that is quite normal these days. Prices reasonable (around 30 for a basic wash & shape-up for my 4.5kg dog). Great local business that I will continue to support.

Our toy poodle is very sensitive and shy which makes it difficult to leave her for grooming; this is the only place she is well taken care of and it's the best

My dog is always so happy to visit his 'day spa'. The staff here are wonderful, even one time they spotted him when we were out and about and they came over to say hi. Our dog recognised them and was thrilled to see them. Lovely soft coat when he comes home. Definitely recommend them.

The best in the business! I took my dog Simba there multiple times (who is a big dog). They handle him with great care and somehow manage to get him settled even though he gets a bit excited. Can't recommend this place enough. Great service. All staff are professional and also provide excellent advice for any pet queries I have. See you again soon. :)

Amazing grooming place! They took time to understand my dogs needs, looked after him and made him look fabulous. He was happy and didn't want to go home : Definitely going back!

My go to groomer for my little shihtzu. Only downside is that I often have to call a few weeks in advance to get an appointment, but that's due to popularity, location & the great job they do. Thanks a lot for taking good care of my little girl!

As a pet owner and lover, I would advise you to never use this company. The owner has absolutely NO people skills and does not seem to care one bit about the pet owner's concerns. He has a "know-it-all" attitude, and is quick to ignore any questions or issues you might have regarding your pet. He is also terrible about returning phone calls. What an awful experience I had with this incredibly RUDE person!
