Exorbitant prices. Called to find a place closer to our home after picking our dog up from another groomer from a bath/de-shed and claw cut where we paid $30 (short hair and 30 lbs) and Heritage said that same thing would be $60-70! I was in shock!

The owner is so rude. This was my first time there and she didn't say hello or nothing. Took my dogs from me and carried them in the air as if they were disgusting then she threw them in the cage. I told her she wasn't very nice and she said I can take my dogs else where. She was mad because her staff was late and took it out on me. When I asked for my dogs back she threw them on the ground and they ran to me scared. Do not take your dog here unless you want them mistreated.

Great experience. Our dog was super comfortable and happy. Nails trimmed and bathed. She smelled amazing afterward!

I had to come and share a review for Heritage Pet Salon. This was my first time to bring my dog Luna to get a full groom from them. The pet salon was nice, clean and no odors. The staff there was very nice. They did an excellent job on my dog. Exactly what I asked for. I will bring my dog back here for sure. I selected Heritage Pet Salon by reading the reviews off Google. Boosie just love his time at Heritage! The entire team is talented and patient with the pets. I'm always greeted with a smile. Heritage deserve 100 stars for being so awesome!

Awful experience with extremely rude manager and staff. First time visit, they did a great job and did not do as we asked. I expressed concerns, talked through with the manager and decided to give it another shot. My wife called and made an appointment yesterday and when she walked in today, they very awkwardly and rudely refused her service saying they are not comfortable with our dog? why? why didn't you just say so when we made the appointment? Very disappointment!

Wow! I walked into the building, it smelt good, was clean, and the employees were so welcoming. My dog, Charlie, seemed very comfortable with the groomers, and wasn't terrified when I picked him up. His groom was absolutely amazing. He's been groomed many many times throughout the years. This groom was by far the best groom he's ever had.

Benji loves his fur cut! First time bringing him here and I can tell he loves it! They did such a great job with his grooming. They also finished at a time they said he would. Benjis old grooming salon closed and it's been hard trying to find one we like and now I'm so glad we found this salon for him and his brothers and sisters. We will be back and can't wait for my other fur babies. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

I called ahead to schedule an appointment. When I showed up. they did not want to service my toy poodle. I left after 5 minutes and was completely shocked and appalled. I will never come back again. Classic K9 Dog Grooming (Frisco) took me in as a walk in that same day and had her done in 45 min. She looked perfect.

My dog, Chai, always looks and smells so amazing after I pick him up from here. I live in Frisco now but drive all the way over here to get my fur baby groomed. I highly recommend Heritage and tell them Ja sent you!
