Best doodle cut my pup has ever had and I have previously been to doodle exclusive groomers. Very friendly, informative staff and clean environment! I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

We were really lucky to have The Pooch Patio recommended to us by some friends. Our puppy is a bit of a handful but she gets so much love and attention during daycare that it's her favorite place to visit! She comes back home healthy, happy and (most importantly) exhausted! After trying daycare and seeing how much our pup loved it, we've also had a great experience boarding her and grooming her there as well!

I bring my dog here for doggy daycare sometimes while I work at the hospital. They are the only one open early enough for hospital staff to drop their dogs off before our 12 hour shifts and they treat my fur-baby so well!

Moved to Dallas a few months ago and the pooch patio has been a blessing! I am a healthcare worker so I work early hours. After researching, this was the only place I found that allows you to drop your pup off at 6am! Staff is friendly and groomers are great! I have a mini labradoodle and they did a great job on his haircut (although I did later realize they didn't trim his nails even though I was charged for it). Overall highly recommended!

Pooch Patio does the best grooms! Ollie is a Goldendoodle and they are so talented with his cut. Love this place!

We could not be happier with the service, care and attention given to these boys. April and staff were attentive and super focused on these furry customers. I highly recommend the Pooch Patio. We have an 80 pound 1 year old golden doodle. Some groomers don't like big dogs, and rush through the haircut. Pooch Patio asked what we wanted, and did a perfect job. We will be coming here from now on!

I am very mindful of how/where I spend my $$$ because I want to feel appreciated, seen/heard, and have a sense of reciprocity in the exchange of $$$ for products/services. Well, Pooch Patio can get my money every time. E-V-E-R-Y. I wrote a post - not directed @ them - in which I vaguely mentioned an unfavorable experience I had the first visit to Pooch Patio.

The owner - April - found me and emailed me about it. It wasn't the standard "form" response (i.e. sorry you feel that way, no one else has ever said, well, X Employee said.). NO! It was a sincere, "I saw your post and would like an opportunity to talk to you about your experience." April continued to follow up with me until she confirmed a time her manager Sarah could call me. Sarah called when April said she would, listened actively, explained what she thinks may have happened, but ultimately took accountability and requested that I give them a chance to get it right. COMPLETE OWNERSHIP.

Although I wasn't sure that pack play was the best choice for my furbaby, her commitment to excellence felt inclusive and it drew me in. I took him back and they had a plan that they worked and he adapted. Me, on the other hand - being the helicopter mom I am - noticed an instance in which I thought my furbaby was being bullied and called them about it.

Their staff acknowledged my concern and made the adjustment. My furbaby has found a new community and belonging that feels a lot like a home away from home. Customer Service, Ownership, Leadership, Inclusion and Commitment to Excellence. I say Pooch Patio is worth every $$$ they earn.

I got my goldendoodle groomed here last month and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. When I picked her up she looked terrible, but I thought it was just bc she was blown out. When I got home I realized she didn't have her nails clipped or ground, which I paid extra for. Her haircut was also soooo uneven all over her entire body. I had to take her to a different groomer two weeks later to be fixed, that is how bad she looked. You can see in the attached picture that it looks like a 6 year old with sicissors cut her. Needless to say I will not be coming back and wasting $100 again.

Really love this place! My dogs are kind of special, they can't be put in a normal kennel or they get reactive. Pooch patio puts them in a "suite" which makes them much more comfortable going to their grooming appointment. They also do the exact haircut I ask for every single time which is great! I trust them with my dogs and that is saying a lot.

I was getting desperate to find a good groomer for my dog. After having several bad experiences at places like Petco and PetSmart I decided to try something different. I was amazed at the difference in quality and for a lower cost! I brought in my second dog so the staff could see who is coming to get his haircut next.

They take such good care of our puppy! It's great to be able to leave him with people who we know will treat him well. The one time we had an issue with his grooming, they were quick to offer solutions and a credit to make up for the inconvenience.

This place is so well run. I am over the top impressed. April (the owner) has covered every possible detail, and it shows. I left my "senior" pups here for the first time and admittedly was nervous about making such a big change. Not only did PP have the perfect boarding program for my fur babies, but when I picked them up at the end of their week long stay, they were so calm and content!

They looked healthy and rested. This has never been the case with previous providers. I also called multiple times during the week to check on my pups and everyone I spoke with was so kind. And I'm sure I drove them crazy! I am thrilled to have found Pooch Patio and look forward to being able to travel in the future without having to worry about my babies.

I love this place so much! while shopping around for groomers I was nervous because some establishments have really bad reviews and I am super concerned about the safety of my dog when I choose a groomer. we have been here twice now, and each time I am completely satisfied with my experience! they do a great job cutting his hair and every time I pick him up he is happy and excited so I know he's been treated well! I definitely trust this place with my dog

My 10 yo Maltese, Madeline, has been going to The Pooch every 6-8 weeks for grooming since she was 12 weeks old. Every experience has been stellar, and she always comes home happy and with a perfect hairstyle. She gets a super short cut, and not once has there ever been a nick, abrasion, illness, or grooming mistake. I also had a doberman that attended daycare regularly, and he would run inside so fast he would practically knock the door down and run them over to get to the play yards!

I love the consistency in the friendly staff (no high turnover and the manager has been there since it opened over 10 yrs ago) and how they always know who Madeline is. There is also incredible communication with the clients, and the facility is always spotless and smells nice and clean (which is not an easy feat with a bunch of doggie butts running around!) I highly recommend The Pooch Patio for all your puppy needs!

This is the best place so far for grooming. Friendly staff. Well organized. Catering to our needs. They redid my dog's hair when I was not satisfied with the 1st hair cut and my dog came out looking phenomenal. Need to schedule appointment ahead (they are busy) and drop off in the early morning.

My puppy had her first grooming here today and it was a great experience! The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. I dropped her off at 7AM and she was finished by 9. I'm very happy with her haircut and will definitely be bringing her back!

Honey went in for The Works + nails trim! They were very professional and only took about 45 minutes. I was pleased with the work! They even clipped her nails which every other places have denied the service. She is very friendly just requires patients. Over all a great experience :

Been going here for over a year now for day care and grooming of my fluffy corgi, Poppy. I was nervous to leave her in someone else's care at first but was thankful for the cameras to check on her during the day. I can tell she has a blast in day care because she bolts into the building. The staff is second-to-none-- they are pet people at heart so I know Poppy is well loved (and frankly spoiled) while she's there. Poppy's been there well upwards of 100 times and never had any issues. I've always been pleased with their grooming, especially considering how finicky Poppy is about being brushed. It's worth the money.

If you are taking your pup for the work week, I highly recommend buying day care days in bulk. A 20-day package will basically get you through the workdays of a full month. It's a great deal, especially considering that it costs just as much to have a dog walker come let her out. She comes home from Pooch Patio happy and relaxed.

Love Pooch patio! I was so nervous about trying a new groomer and I don't trust just anyone with my Pomeranian! But they do an incredible job. If you are a Pomeranian owner, I 100% recommend them to cut your pup! So professional and for a very reasonable price.

Brought my Little pup here for a cut. He needed it desperately. I guess his whole body was full of knots and very painful for him. He didn't seem that way but nevertheless, I came to get his haircut. The service was exceptional. They kept me up to date and gave me options on how to proceed with this little guy. Definitely coming here again to get his future cuts. My dog has gone here several times and always has a great experience there. This is the only daycare in the area that has a wide range of hours, 6am - 8pm and they even have half days unlike other daycares in the area. What's more is that the staff is very educated and trained about dogs and dog behavior. They will answer all of your questions and truly care about you as a person as a dog.

They have several processes in place to make sure that your dog does well in daycare, stays safe, and has a blast. They even have cameras that can be reviewed if there are any incidents. After having a bad experience at another daycare I called them to talk to them and the staff and owner were so very supportive and understanding. I highly recommend Pooch Patio if you're looking for a place where they understand dogs, take safety seriously, and truly value their customers as people instead of treating them like another payment they are collecting.

Found the Pooch patio on yelp. There are so many good things about this place. 1. They're open until 8pm! 8PM! Do you know how many dog free activities I can accomplish with that kind of time?! A lot. That also means like a solid 10 hours of play time for my dog. I have an 11 month old Aussie corgi that has way too much energy. Any time I've taken her to another day camp, she comes home and will easily play for hours still amped. 1 day at pooch patio and she's out for 2 days.

The staff is super friendly, they have pretty decent cameras, and they have a corgi day! Only downside is it's a little bit out of the way for me. Totally worth it though.

Pooch Patio is amazing. All the staff is great and so friendly. I take my morkie (Sasha) here to get groomed and for doggy day care and she always come back so cute, cuddly and drained. Thank you pooch patio for taking care of Sasha. We will definitely be back!

I have gone to about 4 different places to get my little love groomed. He always comes out looking either silly and not what I aksed for. We tried the Pooch patio today for the first time and we won't ever go anywhere else. He looks soooo handsome smells amazing and struts his butt like he knows he looks good. The little bandana around his neck topped off the cuteness level.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. Typically Zeke hates going to the groomers and being away from us. He was dropped off today and cheerfully went back with no hesitation and came out just as happy. Thank y'all for taking such good care of my little blue eyes baby boy.
