Great folks in the store and lots of good offerings for the pup. Very helpful and took lots of time to find things our good boy liked.

Brayden is an awesome person to help you if you need anything dog/cat related. On top of being a really nice guy, he is incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful and very patient. We asked a lot of questions and he truly knew the answer to each one of them. This will now be our "go to store" for dog food and products.

Really great local pet shop. The people here are super friendly.

I was searching for dog cakes and came across with this adorable barkery, great service and a really cute space with various different treats.

Best pet boutique I probably have ever been to and I've been into them all, trust me. They have the brands I am used to seeing at higher end boutiques which was nice because I tend to stick to what I know is good quality. The store is full of everything you could possibly need for your fur baby. Clothes, harnesses, kitschy toys, leashes, treats, bowls, beds and more.

We had a hard time deciding what to buy just because we weren't used to having endless options. We went in there looking for a sweater for our Morty because it's cold here in Dallas and Morty is an LA dog so he isn't used to the cold. Found the cutest and softest sweater for our baby boy! We also really enjoyed the staff and their friendliness. Can't wait to see what else we can find. Whoever does the buying and merchandising for the store is genius and I am so grateful!

I went in to buy a collar for my dog's birthday and wanted something really nice. I came across the handmade collars behind the register, and was interested in buying one. I asked to see a certain size and the guy assisting kept saying "that would never fit a dog that size"? As if he knew what size my dog was. I left without purchasing anything since he clearly knew what was best for my dog, since I apparently don't.

Customer service is amazing, i find myself taking my pup pickles more than i probably should. i was recommended a lightly cooked frozen food for him to make sure he is as healthy and happy as can be. the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. such cute selection of stuff! i found a perfect purse for my dog that is now my go to for everything, not just lugging my pup around but i find myself using it for other day to day things too. the clothes selection is unmatched. collars and leashes galore. huge selections of everything, huge store with all high quality stuff. you cant go wrong with anything they sell there!

I don't write reviews often. And I never thought I'd write one for a pet store-- but Lucky Dog Barkery is deserving of unlimited 5 star reviews! We rescued a young pup recently and I stumbled upon the Barkery and have loved it ever since. Some of the reasons I love it so much. 1. They gave us the sweetest sample box for our new puppy and when I came back to buy a treat that they no longer carried they gave me extra samples and gave me a great alternative! 2.

One of the wonderful employees recommended a puzzle toy that has changed kennel time for our pup Doug! So grateful for his recommendation (West Paw Tizzi) 3. Dougie just got neutered and I had gotten a soft cone before the procedure but we realized that our flexible boy was able to reach the incision in the cone! They let us come to exchange sizes even though the first cone was used and I'm SO grateful. We go here for nearly all of our needs for our pup now. THANK YOU LUCKY DOG

Amazing customer service, tons of variety and super cute products! 10/10 dog store! So many cute, upscale dog stores only have toys and clothes geared towards small, designer dogs but Lucky has everything for every size. When we went to check out, the cashier even explained to us which toys would be best for our super chewer. Lucky Dog also has events throughout each month for you and your dog such as pup Pilates, pup painting, etc.

Super cute store with GREAT customer service! I went here & picked my dog up a birthday cake- him & his puppy-brother devoured it! I also picked up a few toys & birthday party hats. I wish I would have had more time to explore the store & I can't wait to go back! Parking is super easy, prices are reasonable & from my limited browsing they seemed to have an assortment of food, toys, collars/leashes, supplements & much more!

Definitely the best dog store in Texas or probably in the US! The customer service is beyond amazing, the quality of the food is incredible and extremely healthy! The store itself is so beautiful and so welcoming! The staff makes you feel like family. This is the only place I will shop for my pup!

I was looking for a way to celebrate my pups birthday and they definitely had alll the options to celebrate properly! I called and they even offered curb side during covid. I bought a variety of treats and they even helped me with trying to purchase shoes for my pup. I didn't purchase the correct size but they offered to trade them out. They have everything for your dog and the quality of the toys and accessories are superb

We stopped in while on a business trip in Dallas. Our pup is super picky eater. The owner was so kind and helpful and gave us several food samples to try. We were impressed by their selection of treats, toys, leashes/collars, and anything dog! Such a fabulous store and such a wonderfully helpful and welcoming staff!

Brought my best girl mercy by for her birthday. Everyone was so sweet offering her treats and helping us find our way through the store. We ended up getting her a small birthday cake some of their dehydrated chicken treats and they surprised us at the register with a happy birthday toy! Such a great experience!

BEST pet store I've ever known. They keep a huge varied and rotating inventory of very stylish collars, fun toys, fuzzy sweaters, healthy treats, organic meals, etc. The decor is clever and makes you feel like you are in an old fashioned general store that a dog would LOVE! The staff is so fun and knowledgeable of animals as well as their inventory. Go visit and take your well-behaved pooch, it is night and day to the big box places-- check it out!

Lucky Dog Barkery has everything a pet owner could need. The store is filled with accessories, food, toys and much more. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist. Pricing is higher than a typical pet store, but the quality is in line with the higher price. Will continue to shop here!

This place is pure greatness! Top notch customer service! Brayden was super helpful! I went to get one of my dogs a birthday treat and I left with so much more. I have a another dog who chews her feet and was able to buy some products to help her and was given tips to help her too! Highly recommend this place for all your pet needs!

This has got to be the friendliest and coolest dog store I've ever been to! I just went in for the first time with my dog Scoobie and the staff was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Everyone had a great attitude and it made my shopping experience that much better. I called around to 5 other pet supply stores for a happy birthday dog treat before finding Lucky Dog Barkery, and now I'll be coming back all the time. Thank you to the kind staff and inviting atmosphere.

I would 100% recommend Lucky Dog Barkery -- their selection of toys, collars, beds, and everything you'd ever need for your fur baby is the best. All of their products are such good quality. Every single worker here is so kind and helpful! One took the time out of his day to show us every option of dog food to let us know what would be the best fit for our dogs, and he made sure that the collars we selected would fit our dogs too. Such a great experience!

We stopped in here to pick up supplies for a new puppy. Even with the COVID closures, the Lucky Dog Barkery is open to serve the pets and pet owners in the Park Cities. They have a great selection of fresh and dry foods and high quality supplies, including locally made toys, sustainable treats, and natural health care products. The staff person who helped us gave us his complete attention and answered all of our questions (while staying 6 feet away from us).

He was knowledgable about the products and the supplies we would need to bring our new puppy home. I'm sure we could find less expensive toys and gadgets online, but I doubt the quality would be the same and you would miss the great local service they provide.

My Cavalier, Gertie, and I love Lucky Dog Barkery! It is by far my favorite dog store in Dallas. They have the absolute best quality products, customer service, and selection, plus they have a loyalty program! Firstly, they're the only store I've found that has a core value of providing the best food and products for our dogs. You won't find the junk that the big box stores sell, so you can be 100% confident you're buying the BEST products when you're at Lucky Dog. It's the only local store I've found that sells Answers!

Plus they also have Stella & Chewy's, Primal, and Farmina. I can also get all my dog's raw bones and treats. Second, best customer service hands down! I went in yesterday and they helped me find Gertie a running hoodie. They seriously spent 20 minutes going through pros and cons and finding the right fit. I felt so bad taking their time but they wouldn't let me settle. honestly so great! Finally, they have everything in terms of themed toys, clothing, etc.

This is very specific. but I have a small pup, so I love that they sell different sizes bandanas that are slim cut so they look normal on her, versus only the standard size bandanas that are just huge (pictures included to show what I mean). I've been going to Lucky Dog since I first brought Gertie home, so apologies for taking this long to write a review. But thank you Lucky Dog for providing the best for our Dallas dogs!

I love this place so much! Food: they have all the higher end food brands you're familiar with and some you've probably never heard of. If you have a puppy or an older dog with lots of allergies (like me) you will find something that your dog will LOVE here! Toys/outfits: They get their clientele. They know we're 10 shades of "extra" and they provide seasonal toys and outfits appropriate for animals with their own Instagram account;-) Customer Service: this is where Lucky Dog crushes the competition.

Every member of the staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the food brands and what would suit your dog's needs. They always remember my dog's name and what we bought the previous visit. That's the kind of customer service people write books about. These guys genuinely love what they do (or they fake it REALLLLLLLY well. but I do think they love it). If you want the best food, toys, and snacks for your dog AND the opportunity to talk with people who have a passion for helping animals- Go to Lucky Dog!

Had everything I needed and then some! Got this cute jacket for my dog for when we go camping and the associates where super helpful! She helped me try different ones on and see which one works best for my dog. Hands down the best place for treats and great customer service!

We were led here by a competitor, when asking around for a Cowboys jersey for our mini goldendoodle, Bailey. Luckily, Lucky Dog Barkery came in for the win! Walking into the store, I have to say I was a tad overwhelmed. There are dog toys galore and everything you could ever want for your furry friend. We found the Cowboys jersey and it was perfect and not too badly priced [$24].

I asked the store clerk if they had any mind game toys for dogs and she pulled out two different games to show us. Instead of just pointing it out to us, she grabbed some treats and let Bailey try each game out. Awesome customer service. We will be back, for sure!
