Affection & Praise Family Dog

Not only does she explain how we need to help our rescue work through her issue, but also why our dog will respond positively to her methods. This helps us to be diligent in the specifics of our dog's training. We are thankful for finding Jackie to help us.

This is the second Golden that we have trained with Jackie and affection and Praise. The first time was with our special family member Buddy and since the loss of Buddy from cancer, we now have a wonderful puppy named Copper. Each time Jackie has come into our home, she has Helped us gain the knowledge to make Copper and our lives easier. Now that Copper has graduated.

I am looking forward to spending many years to come with Copper. Thank You Jackie (Affection and Praise) for the many wonderful years with Buddy and years to come with Copper. Without you our experiences would have been far different! James, Dena and Copper

Jackie solved our problems with our three dogs. We have a Husky (1 year old), Shepard (3 years old) and Lab (13 years old), they all went from zero training to knowing basic commands in one session. Our Husky pup was particularly destructive to the house, like tearing up carpet, and barked a lot at the neighbors. Jackie fixed both problems quickly and now we will just have to replace the carpet that was already torn up with confidence that the new carpet will survive. She works with positive training so no, shock collars or choke chains, which was big for us. All and all we are very pleased and would recommend to friends and family.

Jackie is awesome! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about dogs, in general, she is also very experienced with training specific breeds of dogs. Jackie generously shares her time and valuable insights during her free puppy socialization classes. She really helped our outgoing, giant breed puppy tone down his exuberance when playing with much smaller and shyer puppies. We would also definitely choose Jackie for any of our one-on-one dog training needs.
