This review is solely on the price. Requested service: Bathe sensitive skin Ears Nails trim and file Teeth brushing No cut or brush needed. Estimated price $138.15! Estimated means depending on finished services, could be more! The groomers I used before went up on their prices from COVID times from $40 to $55 for all of the above and was great. I couldn't believe it! $138.15!

I know gas prices are up, but it doesn't cost that much when you live in the same town and area that they do. They also don't have to lease a building and pay utilities. Geez! They are busy booked and can pick their price, but to be quoted more than double than what I was paying before, tells me they don't want my business and I'll never call them again just because off that. The girl on the phone was nice, but my wallet can't afford it, especially during inflation.

I have a very skittish older dog. Dani did an excellent job on her. It was the first time with Dani. Every groomer through the years has been excellent. I have used Pet Love for over 10 years.

Horrible Service! I have used them a couple of times and only because I could not get an appointment with my usual groomer. Each time I have been unhappy. Today was the worse though. The girl literally took 20 minute for full service including bath, cute, blow dry, brush, teeth brush, ear clean and nail trim and I paid over 130.00. My pets sanitary areas were not cleaned up or cut down, hus tail and ears were not trimmed properly.

His cut is uneven just a out right horrible job. I willnow hqbe to find and pay another groomer to do the job properly. Do not use tgrm.unledd you just need a nath.for you pet and they don't even do that well my pet is still dirty. Plus you gotta pay extra for conditioner. Hate that I wanted money with them again.

Been using Pet Love for 3 years. Just been dumped by them, canceling next appointment. Prosper is too far away for them to continue service! (Even though the service area on their website includes our home.) Didn't even have the decency to honor next appointment.

They are EXCEPTIONAL! The groomers actually like dogs. As you know, there are a lot of groomers out there and not all of them have a passion for what they do. With Pet Love, they care! They truly care. My dog loves them and so do I. : Edited to add my latest awesome experience: D'Ann is a Godsend! She cares so much. I have never met someone with such compassion for animals as her. She made my dog, Kenya, feel like a QUEEN! And that's saying a lot. Kenya has bad anxiety. I will never use another groomer. Pet Love is the BEST!

I've used Pet Love for several years now. We had a wonderful groomer for the majority of my time as a customer who has now left the company. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my dog's grooms since our amazing groomer has left. The new groomer clearly did not care as much - my dog is very anxious and our prior groomer went above and beyond to make her feel secure and cared for, going so far as to pick her up and carry her to the van when she was clearly afraid to be groomed.

The new groomer was very curt and ambivalent to me and my dog on the first visit. When my dog returned from her first cut, I could tell the new groomer was pretty sloppy and didn't give the same level of attention to my dog's groom as before. I gave the new groomer a second chance, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. As to our prior groomer, the company made a huge mistake letting him leave, though he's probably better off. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We have used for years, we have or had 4 dogs, our them c 16 year lab just passed away. It has been so convenient to have them come to our home ( all of ours are big shedding dogs) and with out older dog it was easier for her to get in there van than in and out of out car. Pet love has always been great with our dogs and they look great and are always happy to go with them.

I have been using Pet Love Mobile grooming for over a year. Our groomer quit and we had to go a few months without getting groomed because they could not get us on the schedule with another groomer. They acted like it was my fault her groomer quit. We then finally got assigned another groomer and she was coming out for a few months and then one day she did not call and did not show.

I called Pet Love to see where she was and they told me that she was running behind and was not able to do her scheduled appointment. I did not understand why they did not tell me this and why I had to reach out to them when they did not show up. They should have been proactive and called to tell me that she was not going to show up that day. I had rearranged my day to be there for this appointment.

They sent out another groomer that day because they told me she was too behind. The groomer did not do a good job. The next month she was suppose to come out and they told me she no longer wanted to service my area and the groomer that they had assigned me did not come in so they had to reschedule me. I told them I would like the owner to call me. They told me she would and she never reached out. I called and left several messages for her and never heard from her. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Pet Love for several years. The last two times, they have brought back our dogs with cuts and blood. Not sure what's going on, but I've had to call a mobile vet to come and help me with the amount of blood all over our house, outdoor stone and our rugs etc. Today one of them was able to jump off the table and fell on her mouth, which is hurt. We will not be using them any longer. I hope others will not have these experience these situations.

No ability to be able to rate, except I was disappointed that they are not accepting new clients.

We love our groomer Sara! She does a wonderful job with our 2 dogs. Very gentle and does terrific work. Our long haired chihuahua always looks like a million bucks after a visit with Sara!

I've used them for years and they always do a great job. So convenient for them to come to you and the pricing is reasonable considering their vans and gas and the service itself. My favorite techs are Jeff and Carrie! Thank you for always taking such good care of my "son" Oscar!

Updating a negative review that I posted 6 days ago. I was able to get in contact with them the next day. They were apologetic and offered their assistance to include financial restoration. We all understand that mistakes can happen and they were nice enough to work with me and make the effort to make things right.

DO NOT USE THEM! They came out last week to groom our dog and really did a number on him. They burned his belly and private parts so bad that it got infected! The Vet said it looked like the razor was too hot. After a very sizable Vet bill, he's been down for over a week! Miserable! He required constant monitoring to keep him from licking it and making it worse. Medication, ointment, the works. When we called them, they didn't call back. After calling again, they said they would escalate and call us back. Crickets!

Have been trying to find a mobile pet groomer for my two cats since I moved to Roanoke. Was put on their waiting list and finally got a spot and boy am I glad I found them! D'Ann did an amazing job and the boys look great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They have groomed my Persian cat for 3 years and do an excellent job. The staff and groomers are very professional and courteous. My appointment was two weeks away and they called to let me know there was availability 2 weeks before he was due to be groomed which was great because my cats hair was needing his summer cut. Their prices are very reasonable and always do a fantastic grooming. I will always use them for my groomers. Thanks Pet Love Mobile Grooming for all you do!

We've been using Pet Love Mobile Grooming for our cat, but were told because we don't book monthly (which their groomer told us not to for cats) that we CANNOT book. They will add us to a waitlist, so I asked what that meant and was told, "it means you are waiting for me to call you back." I meant how long might that be and she said, "it could be months, I don't know, that's why it's called a waitlist." The woman was incredible short and acted as if she could care less about our return business. I was shocked how rude they were to me on the phone. Very disappointed and won't forget this.

I have been using this grooming business for over two years, I have a Male Doberman and I am very happy after each bath my dog smells fresh and its coat is shiny. Their employee's name is Angelo. He knows what he is doing, is an experienced person, has a great attitude towards dogs, does a very good job and is a person you can trust. If anyone is looking for the right dog grooming company, I would highly recommend this Business, Pet Love Mobil Grooming from Carrollton, Texas to everyone.

To be upfront, this was my first mobile grooming experience so I can't provide comparisons. The groomer was punctual and very professional. I have two dogs that were getting groomed, one of which gets very anxious in new environments. was amazingly patient with both pups and walked me through everything they did. The van was kept surprisingly clean and very comfortable for the dogs.

My anxious dog was not being cooperative about her nails being ground (bad experience with another grooming service that cut her quick). The groomer from Pet Love explained what was happening and asked how I wanted to proceed (either to have her grind the nails regardless or to just cut them and be less stressful for the pup). We ended up just clipping her nails and the charge for grinding was dropped without even asking.

Overall it was excellent service and amazingly convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is a bit pricey but you're paying for the convince as well as excellent grooming. Thank you for the great service and I'll be sure to contact y'all when we need another bath!

If I could give zero stars, I would. 2nd time grooming canceled AFTER the scheduled arrival time. Inconsistent groomers, sky high rates for mediocre grooming. PLEASE DO NOT wasted your time, your pets time, or your money! AWFUL service, does not begin to tell the story! STAT AWAY.

This was my first time using Petlove and I could not be happier! The groomer, Rachael, was excellent. She arrived a few minutes early which was great. Very friendly, professional, and listened to my requests for my two dogs and answered any questions I had. One of my dogs is 11 and has dysplasia in her hind legs and Rachael was so kind and gentle with her.

She told me that she could tell that Clio got a bit tired and actually gave her a little 5 minute break/rest time. I love that! Both my girls came out looking better than they ever have from my past groomer. I am very picky about who works on my babies and Rachael exceeded my expectations. The convenience of having them come to the house is wonderful as well. Makes me feel better that my girls are just right outside. I 100% will recommend Pet Love to friends and continue to have them take care of my furbabies.

We love using Pet Love for our pet grooming services. It's very easy and convenient by them coming to you directly. Garia is our preferred groomer for our golden retriever. She takes good care of our dog and always does a great job. I would be happy to refer her and Pet Love to anyone who needs dog grooming services.

We have used the service a few times for our cat. It started off very well but in 2020 prices were hiked from 55 to 65 to then 85. When we called last week (May 22) they quoted 145 for the very same service - clipping nails and brushing the cat. We won't be using them now unless they offer previous rates as this is quite exorbitant for very basic grooming.

I'm extremely unhappy with Chloe's cut. If she was matted or you couldn't effectively trim her, why cut her so low? Makes no sense! I will never use your service again & will be sure to tell my family & friends about this experience!

I just wanted to share how great Jose has been with my Tessa! He's been grooming her for 2 years now and she not only looks beautiful, she looks forward to seeing Jose! Plus, she has a ton of fur. He is an excellent groomer! Thank you Jose!

So, I used to take my dogs to Tuxedo Paws and loved it and Sharon. Sadly, she retired. I made an appointment with Pet Love for Friday morning at 8:30am. They called me on Thursday morning and asked if I wanted them to come at 1:30 instead (Thursday afternoon). Yes! So, 1:30 rolls around, then 1:45. I called. They said they would call back with an ETA of groomer. I'm not that upset because I got an appointment a day earlier.

But they arrived at 2:30pm. Luckily my daughter didn't have class or work and was available for the late arrival. I will give them lots of credit for sending 2 groomers/vans (I have 3 dogs) so it would be faster. I really appreciated that. My dogs were groomed beautifully (they don't require hair cuts). But their nails were beutifully trimmed, they smelled wonderful and it was fast and SOOOO CONVENIENT!

My daughter said one groomer was super nice and friendly however the other one---not so much. They are pricey ($243.00 for 3 dogs including gratuity). But, I was used to Tuxedo Paws rates. However, the convenience of having them come to you and doing it all at your home is WELL WORTH the service fee. I'm only giving 4 Stars because of being an hour late and the not so personable groomer. But I will be using them again! Thank you Pet Love!

Don't bring exotic dogs to them and expect they know how to trim them properly. My newfie is not really exotic, except in Texas. I've consistently paid 188 - 250 per groom, per month, for him and never got my money worth. The groomers don't know what a newf should look like. I only used them cause i'm from SoCal and didn't know better and i needed my boy to feel good.

For that i'm thankful. my wallet ain't so happy. If you have a long fur guy and want him to look show quality, avoid. You'll pay show quality prices without the results. I called and let them know, but its not their concern.

First time using pet mobile grooming service and totally happy. The groomer (if I remember the name is Rose a I hope I got her name correct) came a few minutes early and parked on front of our door. Rang the bell right on time. Very friendly, professional and certainly gave that good feeling that it was ok to leave our two dogs in her hands for the grooming.

We have 2 small dogs around 10 lbs each. Mixed Yorkiepoodle and the other one is mix chihuahua and terrier. She listened to my request and instruction on how I'd like the haircut to be etc. At the end the result are both wonderful. She transformed my Yorkiepoo from a little Chewbacca into a small beautiful girl again. She did a good haircut and de shedding job on my mix chihuahua as well. Very happy as first timer. Will definitely use this service again!

**updating this review because the manager reached out directly and apologized for the miscommunication and made it right. I really did think the groomer did a fantastic job, so if you are willing to pay a bit more than typical grooming fees you should use this service.* Absolutely terrible customer service which is a shame because the groomer himself did a great job.

I filled out the questionnaire online and someone called to provide me a quote for my dog's grooming. When they called I confirmed all of his information (breed, age, weight, etc.) And they quoted me $55 plus the trip charge. Everytime I have had him groomed it has been around $55 so I thought that was good and the additional for the trip charge was worth it.

When the groomer arrived he said that he had it in his appointment card that my dog was a toy poodle not a mini golden doodle but said nothing about that increasing the price. After the groom was done they had charged me $85 plus the trip charge because a golden doodle wasn't what they had written down and is more expensive to groom. I tried to explain to the customer service manager that I was quoted $55 and a $30 increase without telling me ahead of time is unreasonable because I wouldn't have agreed to an $85 price and she had nothing to say but "I'm sorry, I'm not sure what to tell you".

I asked for them to go back and listen to the recorded calls in which I clearly gave them the correct information and they incorrectly quoted me and after 30 minutes of back and forth she finally offered to split the difference which I still think is unreasonable since it was $15 more than I was I was so excited about this company, I gave four of my friends their number and a glowing review.

I have since recanted that review to my friends and am posting this review here. If you value your money and want a company that gives you accurate quotes, go somewhere else.

Think they're a little prejudice. After creating an account with all information and receiving a call back from them with a quote (meaning you viewed location prior to call) I was told we were "too far south" after calling back to schedule an appointment. Mind you this is a business and I received a referral from a friend who's even further south than I who'd used their service. The quote you ask, $148.24, and I was willing to pay it. Maybe you should consider adding your "demographic" requirements to your website. Nasty nice customer service.

I thought I had a new permanent groomer but time to find someone better. The first two groomers did an excellent job. I was told my profile would have a preferred groomer. They sent out a different one today and she did a terrible job. I still tipped her. I called the office to complain about the terrible job and I didn't even get an apology.

Extremely unprofessional. I booked a 7:30 am appointment and the groomer could not show up on time for her first appointment of the day. They allow a 45 minute window for dogs, traffic, etc. which is understandable during the day. But for the first appointment of the day?! Ridiculous and unprofessional. Given that her arrival time was estimated to be at 8:10, when I called to find out where she was at 7:45, that tells me she didn't pick up her van and leave the Pet Love offices until 7:30- the time of my appointment!

I work from home and normally get up at 8am on Monday's. I got up 90 minutes early for someone who couldn't be bothered to show up on time for their job. A phone call when she left for my home to apprise me of her arrival time would have been good customer service and greatly helped to mitigate the situation. Instead I had to track her down to find out what the problem was. This was going to be my first grooming with them. I won't try to use them again and instead will take my dog elsewhere.

We been using Pet Love Mobile Grooming for many, many years. Alex is our guy. All our furr babies love him, therefore-we love him. He takes his time and is sooo loving with them. Our Siberian Husky and our Doberman can't stop wagging their tails when Alex arrives. Not only have they been with us for grooming, no, they also called and expressed their sympathy when our beloved furr baby passed away after 14 years. That is truly carrying! Would definitely recommend them-not just for convenience, but for being loving! Thank you for all you do!

Reservations are a joke. Scheduled for a 7 weeks standing appointment and they call to say, "ah, oh your groomer is full, another day"? No, how do you fill up the groomers schedule when I was booked nearly 2 months in advance and a standing appt? Evidently the holidays got in the way. Good groomers if you can get them to show up!

I recently had knee surgery and couldn't take my poodle to the groomer. I called Pet Love and scheduled an appointment. Gia came out and within 1 1/2 hours groomed Cosette to perfection. I highly recommend this company. Previously Cosette would have to wait her turn in a cage and it would take several hours before I could pick her up. You do have to pay a trip charge so it is a little pricier but well worth it. I will definitely use them again.

After weeks of trying to resolve my experience with PetLove (see post below--they shaved my cat and let him with scabs in places and gave him fleas), I'm through dealing with them. We had used a married couple from PetLove for years who were wonderful, but they must be the exception to the rule. I had to buy flea medication to treat a cat with open sutures (who did not get groomed), the cat they groomed and our rabbit.

In short, if you have any sort of problem with their service, they WILL NOT help you or even show any empathy. The poor cat who was groomed has seen the vet for a skin cream and is still in pain. DO NOT USE PET LOVE.

I have had a terrible time finding a good groomer. I took a chance on Pet Love and was very nervous as I'm extremely picky about the way my Sheltie's hair is cut - I like it clean, short and NO LION FACE. I explained in detail (and showed pics) of what I wanted and they did one of the best grooming jobs I've ever had for my pups. Debbie and Mike did a wonderful job and my dogs look great!
