BOTC has been an amazing resource for us. We have a 6 month old high energy Vizsla puppy and we wanted to make sure that we were responsible dog owners from day one which meant that our puppy would attend obedience training, etc. To date she has completed puppy 1 and is currently in puppy 2. Unfortunately for us, the puppy 1 class could not be carried out in person for a good majority of it due to the winter COVID numbers being so high. BOTC however did offer online instruction and zoom instruction during this time along with some in class instruction as well. BOTC never shorted any of us on our registration.
In fact we feel they went above and beyond. So, we were never left to train our puppy on our own. We have have learned so much from all of the instructors and they will always take extra time for anyone that needs a little extra help. We couldn't be more thankful for everything BOTC has done to make sure that we are raising a well behaved and well mannered dog.

Horrible experience. It's hot there no air and close quarters. We were in a agility class where one dog would just run wild and could not be recalled by owner, so when the dog came at us the man and woman team lied and said my dog nipped her, my dog is 2 and would never do that. She loves people! Especially kids! So we were kicked out based on a lie.
My dog is high drive and gets really excited I was handling it until Natalie an instructor suggested something else which made my dog more high drive. So the instructors there are not experts at all. They would not give me a refund either. The owner states I received a refund I did not! The woman was injured by her own dog not mine. Her dog came at us.
You have really hurt us by telling other locations my dog hurt someone. My dog is in Novice and agility right now and has been in other classes with no incident as you have said! I should sue you and you can show the court how you gave me a refund. How you told the owner at tails we win that same lie. I'd watch my step, because what you have posted is not true.
I left numerous messages with Todd. Looks like other people feel uncomfortable also at your facility. Oh no messages received from anyone as of yet. It's hard to find a reasonable place to train when my dog is being treated unfairly. when you tell things that are not true to other facilities. I bet the man that could not recall his dog never went anywhere in agility and after being destroyed by your facility we are going to trial. I

We have been here for puppy kindergarten (puppy skills 1) and LOVE the openness and friendliness of the volunteer staff. The arenas are clean, and the dogs have ample space and crates for training. Volunteers/trainers know their stuff and are careful to watch for social interaction clues from dogs and puppies. They make it a priority to keep the dogs safe, and secure.
The class email-notes are outstanding and provide a lot of extra information and training tips. Parking is a bit tricky as the spaces are tight to get in and out of with a curb right behind you. Arrive a bit early to get a spot easy to pull in and out, or bring your truck to just take the curb bump. Restrooms are clean and comfortable. Drinks available for purchase for humans.
Free water bowls filled for dogs. They also offer a mini-store for training with treats, leads, collars, and treat pouches. They don't price gouge and are comparable to local pet stores or better! Forgot your treats? No problem! Puppy chewed through the lead? Pick one up before class. It's a great perk to being at the Club.

I've taken multiple classes here with my two dogs and love it! The instructors are patient and knowledgeable. They often volunteered to stay late after classes to discuss specific issues with individual dog owners. They keep prices low and offer a great community of dog lovers. I'll continue training my dogs here in obedience and agility.

The class size was very large and there were two classes going on simultaneously which made it difficult to hear at times. Parking is terrible. They are known for training show dogs so there was a large focus on heeling and having the dog focus on you and walk at your side, etc. I guess this wasn't exactly what I was looking for as I'm not planning to show my dog.
The trainers are strict on what type of leash and collar (pinch) to use. I think if you're looking for a strict obedience class then this would be a good choice for you. I wanted more loose leash walking, basic obedience and learning tricks. I think I should have stayed with the Petsmart classes.
