I've been using Fluffs of Luv for several years first for my dog and now for cat visits and have never been disappointed! Service is excellent, reliable, great communication about daily visits and I have complete peace of mind that my four-legged friend is receiving wonderful care.

Our two cats spent the week with Gianni and had a great experience! Gianni was reliable and very thorough with her updates. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our cats were in good hands.

We have used Fluff of Luv for almost 10 years. They have always taken great care of our furry family members. In our most recent experience, we accidentally left a window open in one of our vehicles and the pet sitter called to let us know. We had a friend with a key to close the window. We were so impressed that the sitter took notice of something beyond our furry family for our safety and security.

We used Fluffs of Luv for our three cats for the first time last week, and it was fantastic not having to worry about them while we were away from home. Deanna took great care of them, and was in touch with us frequently. We also really enjoyed the notes that were left on how it was going each day, as we have two newer cats that haven't been exposed to visitors/guests before. Overall, we know that when we can start going out of town again, we won't have to worry about our cats and it's great.

Look no further, Fluffs of Love is what you need! We just moved to Charlotte a week prior to calling Jen and needing last minute care for our pup. Within the next day, we met our amazing care taker, and were all signed up and ready to leave the following day on our last minute trip! I will never bring Ash, our pup to a kennel again! Ash is 7 years old and is a rescue.

She can be a bit nervous and does not trust many people. Our care taker sent a picture every day and notes of how everything was going. We signed up for 3 visits per day, in home sitting and walking. The cost is amazing and cannot be beat. We love Fluffs of Love and so will you. Keep your pet safe and at home. call Fluffs of Love to care for them when you need to leave town next!

Best in Charlotte by far. I have used Fluffs of Luv since 2012. I relocated in 2016, so I stopped using them, but I moved back this year, and resumed services. My my past dog walkers with Fluffs have been great, but my current one- Linda, is amazing. They have all been very professional, and they truly care for my dog. I give extra recognition to Linda because my dog (Lucy) is now a senior. Linda goes out of her way to be extra patient and loving to Lucy, and that means a lot to me. I have referred other friends to Fluffs of Luv who have all reported positive experiences as well.

Fluffs of Luv has been great for us! We began using them in 2016 for mid-day dog walking and had such a great experience. Each dog walker has been great and treated our dog like their own. I would definitely recommend Fluffs of Luv.

Fluffs of Luv is the most incredible pet sitting service we have ever used in Charlotte, NC. I am thrilled we found them because their pet sitters are highly qualified, trained, many are dog trainers, and their communication skills impeccably perfect. I was hospitalized in June and had an unexpected complication leaving me held over for 10 days as opposed to 3 days. My husband had a hard time "doing it all". I called Fluffs the day I was discharged as my husband was stuck at work with a last minute patient. Fluffs delivered quickly having Shannon come over to see our fur babies. The prices are highly reasonable as their services are always on target.

We have 3 core pet sitters who see our large loving German Shepherd Dogs, Annmarvin, Shannon, and Alicia. These ladies are amazing. Professional and compassionate service from well trained and animal loving people. They have been taking care of my dogs for 11 years and always go the extra distance to help with additional tasks as needed. In today's world, trust and safety are important. FOL is the best!

We've had a stellar experience. Our walker has become a family friend. She is so caring and loves our animals like they are her own. We trust her with everything. We would recommend this service to anyone who would like their pets cared for. Fair pricing and loving staff.

I think my biggest issue with this company is that they have pet owners fill out a long form with tons of info about our home and our pets, but no one reads it! We used Fluffs of Luv for our vacation twice and they set off our alarms both times, triggering the police to be dispatched although we provided the alarm code in the form. The sitter then tried to blame it on the panel malfunctioning, which we have never experienced.

When we arrived home from our trip, we discovered that our cats were being fed dog food instead of their prescription food that we clearly described! And their litter box hadn't been cleaned on the last visit. Overall unhappy and won't be using them again.

We are new in town and were nervous about trusting anyone to care for our cats while we travelled. We were thrilled to find Fluffs of Luv through the reviews here in Yelp. Every time I contacted them, I got an immediate response. Another company never bothered to return my call, so needless to say I didn't trust them to care for my cats. I loved that we got to meet our "caregiver" prior to deciding.

When Joyce came to meet us, our cats immediately wanted her attention. We could tell they would be in good hands. When we returned home, they seemed very happy and healthy. Joyce texted us after every visit (at my request). That gave us peace of mind while we were gone. She was also able to give our cat his medicine. I like that the caregivers are background checked and direct employees. I also like knowing there are "back-up" caregivers in the event our scheduled person was unable to come. I will definitely use them again.

We are so happy with Fluffs of Luv, Susan is the best cat sitter ever! She helped us twice so far, with our four cats while we are away, and I've hired many sitters in the past, Susan is the best. I know if Susan is taking care of my cats, everything will be ok. Susan gave us an update each day through text, we had peace of mind while we were away, and the cats seem so happy and well-adjusted when we got home. We will look forward to more of pet sitting service with Fluffs of Luv in near future.

I have used Fluffs of Luv for about 7 years now and love them! They are so reliable and I never worry when I'm out of town knowing they will take great care of everything. It's nice to have notes from them on what they did while they were at my house, and they have reached out via phone or text whenever necessary with questions. Alicia even used the vacuum to tidy up litter that was outside the litter boxes.

I never would expect that, but greatly appreciate her care. Highly recommend them to anyone with pets! You just can't beat having your pet stay comfortably in their own environment and avoid trips to the vet for elsewhere for boarding. Use them - you will love them too!

I have been using Fluffs for years now and cannot say enough amazing things about each of the sitters! Our regular sitter is Shannon and she's amazing and if she is not available all of the other sitters have made sure my cat is comfortable and have left me great notes about their visit. I always know that my fur baby is well taken care of when we are out of town! They are by far the best!

We have used fluffs of luv 3 times now for overnight care for our two larger breed dogs. The sitter assigned to our area, Liz does a great job! The dogs are well taken care of and she does exactly what she is there to do. It was nerve racking the first time we used them letting strangers into our home when no one was there. They have proved to be a great, trustworthy service that we will continue to use. They also will take out/bring in trash as well as bring in mail daily while you are gone!

Luv-ing Fluffs of Luv grooming! I have taken my dog here twice and find them to be friendly and do a great job. Pricing is on par with other grooming in the area, but I also like the fact that it is more of a small business rather than big box groomers. The location is right in downtown Pineville with ample street parking all around. I also find the inside to be clean.

You can see the back a bit which looks sanitary. My only hesitation for pushing to five stars is scheduling. I had to call five times across three days before someone actually answered the phone. There was a voicemail option. I suppose they are so busy which is a good sign though. Next time I'll make my next appointment while I am still there.

I had been to this place before to have them cut my cats hair, and they did a phenomenal job the fist time. However, the second time I went they used two different sized attachments so her hair had a zig-zag uneven pattern on it. The groomers failed to mention this when I paid, and I didn't notice until we got home because she was in her crate.

Upon calling them, they said that after beginning they realized they were cutting it too short so they changed the size and offered to even it out if we took her back. For a $65+ haircut (including a coupon), I wish they had been more diligent. I have attached a picture.

The groomer, Carla does an excellent job grooming dogs. IF she shows up for work. I've been bringing my dog to her since they opened the store in downtown pineville, and I've lost count of how many times I've received phone calls from Fluffs of Luv explaining my appointment must be rescheduled because "The groomer is sick" - Even sometimes my RESCHEDULED appointment ends up getting rescheduled.

There is a second groomer named Farmer, that groomed my Schnauzer once because Carla was unavailable for so long. Unfortunately he cut SO close to my dog's belly, that it gave him Razor Burn. I didn't complain, because I understand mistakes happen. I am not sure if Carla has a serious illness or just no respect for her job, but either way I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

If you want to leave home and feel that your pets are in good hands, Fluffs of Luv, is the place. We went on vacation and had Susan sit for our 3 cats for 5 days. She was so amazing! She sent us text messages and pictures while we were out, and the commentary she provided was such a reassurance that she truly cared about our cats and that she enjoyed taking care of them!

It seemed as if she had known our animals for a long time, and she picked up on each of their personalities immediately. When we returned we had these awesome reports waiting for us that detailed each day she spent with them. Upon our return, our cats seemed happy and so well taken care of. We are so grateful to Susan and to Fluffs of Luv.we can leave home knowing that our babies are being loved and cared for! THANK YOU!

My cat Alley was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago. It's hard enough to find a petsitter who will give shots to a diabetic cat but mine is particularly skittish on top of that. The first petsitter I found was rarely available. My cat nipped at the second and bit the third so badly she had to go to the ER and filed a complaint with Animal Control.

At this point, I saw no other option but to kennel her with my vet even though the stress of doing so causes her glucose levels to skyrocket. My vet searched until she found Fluffs of Luv and told them about my situation. I was terrified one of them might get bitten as the last petsitter did but they were confident they could help me. Rachel and Amanda came to my house where we experimented by letting them give Alley her shot while I went to another room.

I was shocked when Alley didn't make a sound and thus hopeful when I left for my 10 day trip. They texted me the first couple days to let me know everything was fine and I began to relax. When I got back, I found several pages of notes they'd left documenting what happened during every visit. I've had petsitters not communicate with me to the point I wasn't sure they'd really even been to my house so having such detailed descriptions of every visit means so much.

My only problem now is that I worry FOL may give more attention to my cats than I do! It's such a relief to know my cats are in the best of hands whenever I have to leave them. I'll never use anyone else.

Grooming: Have taken my two dogs to FOL for baths the last three months and have loved the experience every time! The bathers are extra careful with my dog who has a bad back, and its always a quick turn around to picking them up! Once I was even late to my appointment and they bathed them anyways. Very great customer service. Pet Sitting: Just used FOL when we went out of town over the holidays.

I scheduled our trip with FOL about a month in advance and found their online registration to be user-friendly. The dog sitters came to visit well in advance of my trip so I got to go over all my crazy detailed instructions. In the past I've been super wary of leaving my dogs in someone else's care but FOL gave me peace of mind. The sitters left detailed notes of every visit and followed my instructions to a tee!

They also did some extras, like take in my mail, deliveries, and took out my trash. My house was clean and everything was exactly how I left it. Most importantly, my dogs didn't even seem to notice I was gone! They look healthy and happy : And as a bonus, they were able to coordinate a last-minute extra visit when my flight was delayed. I am completely blown away by FOL and I will definitely be using them for my pet sitting needs in the future!

They did an absolutely amazing job. My cairn terrier was so relaxed after her grooming that I was half convinced they sedated her.

After moving back to Pineville area, I needed to find a groomer closer to home. Carla does fabulous grooming, and Munchkin loves everyone there. Being on Main Street is great access. There's additional parking behind the building and beside the railroad tracks.

I have to say that I am super impressed with this grooming salon/pet food store. Let me first start by saying they are super friendly! I dropped my two dogs off this past saturday for a groom, and WOW did they look amazing! So what was above and beyond, it was raining that day and the gentleman in the store offered to carry my pups to the car for me.

I also got a thank u card and magnet from the owner in the mail! Wow! The grooming was unbelievable. I've gotten so many compliments in my two babies;) The price is definitely average but way above and beyond for how wonderful they look. I also luked that they tell you the price up front and don't have added on fees like some groomwrs I've gone to have done.

Oh and the store is very clean and does not smell one bit. These are all extra plusses for me. I highly recommend Fluffs of Love;) they definatel y take customer service and grooming to the next level!

I want to update my review from July 2011. I continue to have excellent service from F of L. My cat: CAT FROM H-E-L-L and they have been able to deal with him. In fact he LOVES Nickie - which is contrary to how he usually feels about other visitors. On line appointment set up is easy. They respond very quickly if I need them too.

I started using Fluffs of Luv 4 years ago when I moved to Charlotte. The pricing is very reasonable ($15/day for cats) and they do so much. They will bring in your paper/mail/trash cans, water plants, raise/lower blinds so it looks like someone is home, give your pets meds and clean up accidents for no extra charge. They write a wonderful little note each time they come by so you have a pet diary when you return home. You can book appointments online and have credit card payment available as well. I have never been anything less than thrilled with Fluffs of Luv.

People in the Charlotte area who have pets, you have to give this service a call. We have a large maine coon cat, and we just moved to the Charlotte area from New York. We don't have family down here so we needed a service to take care of the fat cat when we take trips, and this service is the best you can get. They seriously go above and beyond for you and your animals.

They have different levels of services you can do, but while we were back in New York we had them come by once a day. For $16 a day they fed our cat, changed his litterbox, played with him for at least a half hour (mostly they spend close to a full hour), got our mail and watered plants. They even keep a log of each visit, telling you what they did and what your pet was up to (or into!) This may sound like TMI but you will be so happy to read it when you come home;) The company is owned by two women named Jen and Bonnie, who are both so sweet and caring. They generally love animals and are careful about who they hire so you can be assured that your pets will be looked after with care.
