I wouldn't recommend to use them if you have adopted a pet that was rescued or foster for a rescue! He doesn't have much patience or experience with rescues. Left my foster dog without a bathroom break for over 8 hours because he said the 25 pound dog tried to bite him when he tried to pull the rescue dog (that's very timid and scared) out of the crate.
So he left my dog there instead of a slow approach or maybe leaving the crate door open to let her come out when she wanted to. Had a terrible and unprofessional attitude about the entire situation. Seems pretty inexperienced for a dog walker/sitter. Do not recommend. I rarely post reviews but I was so completely appalled how everything was handled.
Side note: I used a different pet sitter today and they had ZERO problems with the same particular dog. Also would like to note that before this incident with Les, I had a friend care for this particular rescue dog and my dog never showed any kind of aggression/barked etc. again, they let her come out of the crate when she wanted and didn't force the dog out. He also mentioned he did not like to work with rescue dogs. Which is hilarious because he knows all 3 of my dogs were rescues!

I very highly recommend Les and VI-Pets! Always reliable rain or shine, goes above and beyond my expectations for dog walking. Sends me pictures of my pups playing. Great solution for anyone working long hours. I looked at several dog walking companies and Les's prices are very competitive. Never have to worry. They fill water bowls and clean up any messes.

Ah, Les and VI-Pets, we had some good times, didn't we? When I first moved to Dallas, and had no friends and no help with my kitties while I traveled, I got to find my first pet sitter. Les and VIP was in the neighborhood, and came recommended by a neighbor with an unruly dog. I figured if a sitter could handle that dog, my two cats would be a breeze.
During this time, one of my cats became diabetic, requiring twice daily shots. I had every confidence in VIP, and my cat was always well cared for. The sitter always spent time with my boys, kept the cat food area tidy, and did the extras like adjusting blinds, lights, etc. The only reason I quit using them was because I moved out of the area. I would recommend them to anyone!
