We do a thorough 25 point process on every pet. Each fur baby is done straight through giving them one on one time. Your pet will receive two baths, two rinses, 4 massages, eyes, ears and anal glands cleaned. Once bathed they go through a 3 point drying process. We have alternative drying methods if your pet doesn't care for the blowers.
Pets are moved from the drying station to the finishing area where they get their cut and style. Nail trims and dremeling are also included in all services. We do "just nails" for free (if your pet allows).

We tried 4 other groomers before finding Carla. We have a Maltase/Yorkie mix who gets hot easily. The other groomers didn't seem to understand that when we asked them to cut her SHORT, about 1/8 of an inch, we meant it. Carla understands and always does a great job. We're getting ready to being a 2nd Maltase/Yorkie mix to her, whom we recently rescued. We have no reason or desire to go anywhere else. Carla is fantastic!

She cuts dogs well, especially poodles. I have been calling for two months to get an appointment set up. I have called, emailed and went through the website with no reply. I showed up and asked if I could talk to her about an appointment. I told her I have been trying for two months to get my dog in to get groomed. Her response was I have no openings till January.
I was like alright, I was just trying for so long to get ahold of you with no response. I quote "I'm not obligated to do that". She is apparently too busy for customer service. A courtesy call of hey, I know you have been trying for a while to get a booking but I'm all booked, I will book you for January, would have been a correct response. I am in customer service and have been for 7 years.
She got very rude with an attitude in front of the store, I quote "I could either work on the dogs that have prebooked or answer the phone all day" NOT PROFESSIONAL OR FRIENDLY.

I have two dogs that i have only owned for a short time so I didn't know much about getting them groomed. One groomer told me that she wouldn't cut my Pomeranian because of his fur type. I took him to Carla and she made him look absolutely adorable off the charts with a lion cut that showed off his tri colors.! He is so cute and everyone comments on it and she also groomed my shih Tzu and she came out white and fluffy. Carla cut her exactly the way I asked her to.
I didn't want her cut so short that she would be cold. I was thrilled with my dogs and I will never go anywhere else now. I can't figure out how to post pictures but if I do, I will put some up.
