The Boarding Bungalow offers indoor/outdoor "beach" areas where dogs can be dogs. They enjoy playing ball, chasing each other and visiting our outside play areas with playgroups that are created by size AND temperament! We let all of our guests take a break/nap in the early afternoon so they have a chance to relax and eat lunch.

This was our first time using a boarding facility for our rescue. As you can see, Trooper here has an absolute blast. I have seen firsthand the clean and organized kennels, which are very spacious with toys for them. They spend individual time with the dogs in the yard, and provide pictures each day in a private Facebook group! Going up and visiting him, I see how much these employees love these dogs as their own.

I'm giving one star because there's nothing less. I dropped my FOUR fur babies here for four nights. I called to check on them no answer. I called to pay. no answer. Whenever someone answered it appears that a fake message was taken but NEVER received a call back. They advised to follow them on Facebook and they would provide updates there. While I saw multiple pictures of everyone's babies I only saw two days worth of photos.
Fast forward to pick up day. My dogs were panting as if they had no water. It's an uneasy feeling as a dog mom as they can't tell me of they were mistreated and this is my first experience with this boarding place. I hope that the owner who I could never reach reads this and make the necessary adjustments

We take our dog here once to twice a week for doggie day care. The size is perfect for my tastes. There are usually ~5 other large dogs there to play. The employees are all very friendly and clearly love dogs. We also really like the activities they have. Everything from making paw print Christmas ornaments to birthday parties.

Updated Dec 2018: I have used this Carrollton location on a few additional instances since I last posted a review. The follow up visits warrant an update for this location. The personnel here are stepping up their ability to show better effort to care for my feathered child. I used this place to board my first hatched feathered child and was allowed to use a small cat cage at a reasonable cost for nine days while we were at an overseas destination. Check-in/out was easy.
I provided an eating list and food and the medical records for Alex. Weekend staff wasn't really doing anything to care for my pet as all the lights were off at 12:30 in the afternoon in a room with no windows. There is a connection to a Facebook Page that gives visual updates, but dogs and cats were featured in updates more often than other pets.
I received two updates over nine to ten days that showed a photo or two. I did want the caregiver to at least indicate that Alex was eating regularly, any behavior observed, or just sleeping a lot. I wasn't impressed, but had no choice but to leave her here.
