Horrible customer service. Very Rude employees. How you yell at a paying customer and then not even finish her dogs Grooming? Our dog was soaking wet and scared of the people and place. DONT GIVE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Groomers did a good job on dog! She's an anxious pup, but the each groomer I went to took care of her well. Definitely will go back to this location

Just picked up our Saint Bernard from wag n wash Lakeville. We couldn't be happier with the job that Rachel did. First, the team including the owner welcomed our boy Sebastian (Bash) it was surprising that all seem to know ours dog's name. Then, Rachel jumps in with a friendly consultative approach, she listens and makes recommendations. She puts the time in to do a great job!

Our boy's coat is amazingly clean and gleaming, his coat trim is beautiful. His nails and paws are trimmed back perfectly. This experience was top notch, we're hooked on Rachel and wag n wash Lakeville.

Wow. Great experience. The entire staff was awesome. All offered assistance/tips while setting up to bath Joey, 9lb morkie. I've always bathed him at home and didn't find difficult being as hes small. But this was a real treat. Zero bending over and easier on both Joey and me. The manager, did an awesome job on his nails. I do wish the dryers had a litl warmer setting. Great customer service and 1st time experience.

They clipped my puppies nails last week with no issues and that was great, but I really want to acknowledge that they let me come in to just weigh and socialize my human skittish pup regularly without complaining when I don't buy treats or other products every single time. I really appreciate being able to socialize her and buy items when I need them without feeling bad. It's such great people! Also, they donate an amazing basket to pan o prog bingo - woohoo!

I really appreciate groomers who work with the personality of the dogs they groom. Dogs can tell if they are liked. Thank you for a good experience for both Lulu Belle and me! Sincerely, Susan

We've taken our dog to Petco for years to get groomed. We just really weren't satisfied with the results many times. We recently found this place and we're impressed! The cut is always great, her nails are buffed and she smells wonderful after every visit. They also have a self wash area to bring your dog in and bathe her yourself if you feel the need. Would definitely recommend this place.

EDIT 3/15/22: nail trims are amazing here. Shelby handles my big scared boy and she does an excellent job. I recommend this service to anyone but especially for pups who are hesitant/frightened. They even have special treats for afterward! 10/10 recommend the self serve station! SO much easier than trying to manage it at home without proper tools, plus it's so nice to just not have to clean the whole bathroom afterwards. Excellent option and we are so thankful to live so close! Will absolutely be using this as our go-to from here on out

We get our dug groom here. He is a 75lbs Golden doodle that has very tight curls. Katie does an awesome job with him and he always looks great. They have a very nice selection of food, treats and some toys. Everything they have is high quality stuff.

I've gone here a couple times now, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff is so friendly and my dog leaves there in a good mood. Both the professional grooming and self wash are wonderful. I will always come back here.
