Whitehall Animal Hospital

First time this dog has ever been taken to a vet. We had to wait in the car and fill out paperwork before taking him in. I let them know that he's male aggressive. No males were near him. Three women took care of him. I know he loved it, he's definately a ladies man. He wasn't at all stressed out. We're taking him back.

Our visit went wonderfully! It was quick and the vet even came out and spoke with me about my dog.

I absolutely love the vets that work here. They are so nice. My Pitbull Piggy was so scared he peed like 4 times and they was understanding each time. I would never go to another vet other than this place. They treated him so well and I think Piggy knew they was good ppl bc he never trusts anyone but he let them get right in his face with loves. If u really love ur fur babies bring them here for A+ care!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Duffus and her crackerjack staff. Everyone is kind, caring and professional. They have been providing the best care for my animals for more than 25 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else!

So far I've only been here once. I just got a new puppy and took him to his first vet check up. The staff seem really nice so far and seem to genuinely care for the animals. They are working hard to stay safe by doing check ups and having owners stay in the car while the furbabies go in which is fine with me and I was made aware of that before my appointment. Looking forward to establishing a relationship with this office being our go to for our new fur baby!

Dr Ann and her team are great! They really care and take care of my cat just like she was one of their own. I owe Dr Ann for taking such good care and helping with Midnight's diabetes. I highly recommend Whitehall Animal Hospital,

My sweet kitty Fae had to have a pretty major surgery to remove breast cancer lumps. While I was very upset (who wouldn't be) at the news everyone was very caring and empathetic as we worked through the steps to take (up to this point). I was given information for Care Credit to help with the unexpected costs which was very helpful in my case. With all they have in-house I can easily say this was affordable given the complex process of the surgery, shots, medication, X-rays, exams and comprehensive care. As a grandkid of a Veterinarian, I feel more than confident in Dr. Duffus.

I would recommend, whitehall Animal hospital, the staff is always friendly and very professional. My dog sparky has been going there since he was month's old and he's a Year old now.

Appointment went well. Staff are friendly and helpful. I trusted this doctor with every pet I have had for about 25 years. She is competent and very caring. I am grateful to Dr Duffus for taking care of my pets.

My furbaby Leisel wasn't feeling well I called every vet in Reynoldsburg and no one could get her in so I called Whitehall Animal Hospital and they could get her in the next day. I didn't want to face how bad she really was, I was hoping for an antibiotic and some ear drops or something but it was just her time to move on. Everyone there was so kind and compassionate, they made one of the worse days of my life better than it could have been. Thank each and every one of you, I appreciate you more than I can express in words.

The staff are friendly. The vet is wonderful and down to earth. They really seem to have the animals best interest at heart.

We have been going to Whitehall Animal Hospital for many years. They have always taken good care of our dogs. They especially have their hands full with our rescue dog Izzy. They go out of their way to make her comfortable and to take care of her. We appreciate all they do and the help they provide. Thank you!

I've been taking my cat here for years! They are great at taking care of all my kitty's medical needs and keeping me informed. Definitely would recommend!

My first experience at the Whitehall Animal Hospital was great. The staff and the veterinarian were communicative and prompt. I took my first fur baby in and they answered any questions I had and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I was very happy with the service and their kindness. I will continue to use them for my fur baby's care!

They always take such good care of our pets! We use them as our primary vet and we board our pets there when we're out of town.

We have been taking our dog here for two years now and we really like our vet Dr. Ann. She is very compassionate and loving to our dog and very understanding. Our dog does not always do well with strangers and Dr. Ann understands and takes it slow with our dog. I love that we do not have to leave the room while our dog is being examined. The staff has always been super helpful and very good to our dog.

We live in an apartment complex and fleas in our back yards in the entire complex have been out of control. Our dog has never had fleas until we moved here. The staff at the vet office has been very helpful helping us try to control it on our dog and inside the apartment as well as our back yard. They are always available (during business hours) to give us advice and guidance for our dog's needs. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Brought a kitty to be scanned for a chip. He didn't have one. Andrew was very helpful. Thank you in helping me trying to locate the missing kitty. He is still missing but your staff was really nice. If you know this kitty let me know.

Whitehall Animal Hospital is a fantastic small local veterinary clinic. Right from the beginning, they made an effort to make us feel like part of a family community. The genuinely care about our pets. They always come and greet our dog Betty White, and that friendliness has gone a long way toward making the vet a fun place for her. We appreciate the wonderful people at the Whitehall Animal Hospital, and recommend them highly.

We LOVE Whitehall Animal Hospital! Dr Duffus and her staff are incredible, attentive, and love our pups as much as much as we do. My 7 year old pup just had 2 surgeries done at Whitehall Animal hospital and I am a customer for life. The vet was so nice and explained everything, including the estimate and procedures. You can tell everyone here absolutely loves and is passionate about their jobs. I've had 1 horrible and 1 just ok experience with local vets and SO happy I found them!

Here ye, here ye! Never take your animals to Whitehall Animal Hospital. I took my cats there 3.5 weeks ago and laid $200 for full exams, vaccines and de-worming meds. I was told to bring them back in 3-4 weeks for the "booster" shot that had to be administered separate. I asked if that would cost anything and the woman told me it was included as part of my exam that day. Flash forward to today.

I had an appointment time at 2pm. I was not seen until 3:05 (they had an emergency with another pet, fine.but step in and tell somebody WTF IS GOING on?) so, I'm already pissed.then confused because instead of doing the shots and I'm done they start in on a whole exam. Which I didn't think to comment on at the moment (they were just there June 20th). Then, the lady weighs them.and I comment that they couldn't have gained mug weight in 3.5 weeks. Anyway, gives them their shot and I start to walk out.

Lady stops me and says we need to check you out.why I ask? This was free, but I guess I have to maybe sign something? $129 she says. EXCUSE ME? 75$ for the exam (which they say they legally have to do before administering shots.which is bullshit, there is no state law requiring this especially when they were JUST THERE 3.5 weeks ago!). Ok I say, fine ill pay for the shots (which you told me were included in my fees from last visit, guess I should have read my receipt closer, my bad). This place needs to lean what customer service is.they've certainly lost my business and hopefully much more if I have anything to do with it.
