Armadale Farm Kennel is owned by Wanda Fitzpatrick who is a Veterinary Technician. We strive to provide a healthy, safe, comfortable, and happy environment for your pet while you are away. Even though we have a facility large enough for nearly 200 pets, we treat each pet with individual care. The management staff takes great pride in getting to know you and your pet as well as any special needs they may require. Our back yard features a large amount of space for your pet to walk, play, and do their business!

Does your dog have extra energy and need a way to release some of that energy? Is your dog sad when you run errands or go to work? Dogs are social animals and do not like to be left alone, so we have a solution, Doggie Day Camp! We offer Doggie Day Camp from Monday through Friday. Simply drop your dogs off after 8am, and pick them up before 6pm.

We unfortunately had the worst experience at this kennel. They did not give our cat the medication that the vet recommended/prescribed. Their reasoning was that our cat "did not seem to need the medication". Nobody called us to ask us if this was okay. Nobody consulted with our vet. Additionally, they lost 1/2 of the cat toys we provided them. Lastly, our billing was completely misleading & different than what was initially told to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We absolutely love Armadale Animal Hospital (our vet next door), but this kennel is sadly not what we hoped for.

Armadale is the only vet and kennel we use for our dogs and kitty. Our animals actually like going there and are excited to see staff and play with other animals. The facilities are very clean and well operated, and everyone clearly loves the pets they are caring for. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

My fur baby was so happy coming out of here, she looked great and they texted me daily photos of her while she was being boarded, I was very pleased to see that my dog didn't show signs of had been neglected or had been doped like with some other places From now on this will be the only place I will bring my fur baby. I submitted four photos. Two of Noah having anxiety about me leaving for three weeks. Then two photos of him once we got home. When I picked him up he smelled so clean and responded to each tech with excitement and love, the first time ever. But the best thing is, he has been sleeping since he got home. He's still a puppy with a lot of energy so I know it took a lot of manpower to tire him out.
All staff I interacted with were dog people. Everyone knew him and hugged him goodbye. This is the only dog boarding kennel I will use going forward, I cannot say enough considering Noah is like my son. THANK YOU!

We hadn't boarded our dog in a long time because she would come back sad and lethargic. It had been a few years, couldn't find a pet sitter, our vet recommended Armadale Farm Kennel. Great Choice! The staff is friendly and gracious, and Annabelle came back her normal self. I can tell she received lots of love and attention.

My dog and I love going to Armadale Farm -- we've been going for about 10 years or so now. We live in eastern NC and I had a consulting position up there and now am in the area for meetings and taking care of a family member. My dog starts getting excited when we get close to the exit ramp off of I-540. They treat her very special, fight over taking care of her and she LOVE them! Which means I do too!

We have been customers of Armadale Farm Kennel for many years. We have entrusted them with four dogs over the years and we could not be more satisfied. Our dogs react positively to the staff when we take them to the kennel for grooming or for boarding. This tells us that our dogs are well treated and we do not worry about them when they are at Armadale. The staff members are very accommodating of any special needs or medications that our dogs have required. We highly recommend Armadale Farm Kennel.

The great folks at Armadale Farm Kennel have taken great care of our baby boy Brody for all of his 10+ years! They are absolutely the best and we would never consider using another boarding service for him! He trots right in and loves the care and attention he gets so it makes it so much easier for us to leave him even for a few days. They offer such great additional services too, such as pamper time and Sunday brunch! If you love your dog, and he/she is a member of your family, there is no where else to go as they are family here too!
