Decent, if small, space and always clean (you would expect all those birds to smell bad!). The folks who work there are really knowledgeable about bird and reptile needs. Only downside is the price, which is a lot higher than the alternatives. But this is local and those are big box stores, so, if you can swing it, it's worth it.

I truly feel like they are pulling a quick one over our heads. Before going into the store I called ahead of time and asked some questions and were told a set price for the chinchilla, and how the starter set's were 10% off. When I went into the store someone told me the chinchilla was going to be $400 or more and there was 2 cages that were $200 and come to find out only 1 cage was $200 and the other one just magically sky rocket as he called it.

I asked about the discount at checkout and was told no and he said fine only for the cage. Then after paying he mentioned he has people sign the agreement after they purchased which seems weird. Pretty much if the animal is sick they would take the animal back and only give you store credit within 7 days and if the animal needed medical attention it only overs what you paid for the animal.

And the rest is on us. They should have people read and sign the papers before they find an animal they love and get everything that animal needs and pay for it just to be forced to sign a paper just to protect the company. In there website they say the care about us but no they don't because if so they would make fair agreements. Also for some reason if it didn't work out you can donate the animal and stuff back to them but that is about it.

Life happens unfortunately and this company just wants to make sure they can keep there pockets deep full of money. But the older guy did help alot but he was bouncing all over the place and short tempered with his staff which I didn't like at all.

Store is a small space packed with supplies and a bit chaotic. But have a great assortment of healthy pets and friendly knowledgeable staff.

A real pet shop with all sorts of pets and supplies. It's better than any chain. The staff is really on top of their game. So, ask any question you'd like!

I used to come here all the time when I kept and bred Bettas back in the early 90s. Sad to say it's gone downhill in the customer service department. The girl that helped me claimed to be an expert on Bettas and obviously wasn't she came across as arrogant and told me that in order to successfuly keep them I had to purchase at least a 5 gallon tank with heater and all the other trimmings even for just one fish.

And the Temp had to be a constant 85 degress. I have never had to buyatank for one Betta other than a specific 2.5 gallon bowel and always kept it at room temperature., About 70 degrees. They always lasted at least 2 hrs. When I told her this she threw her arms up in the air and went to help someone else. Gonna go to pet smart tomorrow.

What an awesome establishment! When the owner takes time to help you find just the the right Salt water fish to add to your reef tank you feel special. Very knowledgeable and very courteous!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff! I picked out a sweet little bearded dragon to bring home with me and they gave me tons of info and made sure I had everything I need for my new little buddy!

Amazing place! I adopted a rabbit from them on the 5th. One of the employees walked me around the whole store showing me different foods, toys, houses, cages, grooming tools, and more! She gave me great tips about what toys I could buy that they didn't sell there, how to set up his pen, and even how to litter train him!

Kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. My kids went in for Betta fish, and were enjoying looking at all of the many other animals. The employees clearly knew the personalities of each pet, and which would be appropriate for young children to interact with, and which wouldn't. My kids are very happy with their new fish ( Pretty and Ruby George Ginny Weasley). Thank you for a great experience!

A great pet store with friendly knowledge staff. Big selection of reptiles, small animals, fresh & saltwater fish, pet habitats.treats.all kinds of creature care supplies! I have started my first saltwater tank and they have been extremely helpful!
