Stay away from this place. The man is just ignorant to the fact that owners would love to know how their dogs pets are doing. The place stunk, my dog stunk and had to be washed when we got home. We did request a grooming, never done. The man was never there when we called. He lost two BRIGHT orange balls we took for our pup to play with. It's just a money grab and the the dogs just stay in the cage all day. My bad for listening to a recommendation and not doing my research. The place should be closed!

I had my dog in the kennel and under the care of Phillipe I trusted should my dog get injured for any reason my vet or I would be notified. Nope that did not happen. My dog was groomed and injured. I was not told when I picked up my dog after I specifically asked how he did getting groomed. When I saw the injury I called and Philippe told me he knew he was injured but "Didn't look".
After my original review on Doggone Good Groomer-Phillips's cousin, I was told I would not get reimbursed for the $450 vet bill-Charlie-unless I took down the negative review and photo. Black mail doesn't work with me. I took down the post, I did get reimbursed, but I am posting to warn others of my dogs horrific experience. Never bring your animal here.

I've been wanting to write this review for a long time since I had a really bad experience here. It's been bothering me and I've been telling my friends and family about how bad my experience was for years. After this experience, I never put my dog in a kennel, ever. Unless you want your dog tortured, abused, and/or neglected. We placed our dog here a few years ago, she might've been around five years old.
We were going on a week long vacation so this was a local kennel that's been in business for some time. It was winter time and the cages were in a garage like building outside; so I'm sure there was no heat in this structure. When we picked up our dog, it seemed like we picked up a different dog personality wise. She also looked frail and dirty.
We noticed there was pee and feces in her cage and there was no dog bed but just a cold and solid concrete floor. Our dog was shaking and wet, she wreaked of piss. I am not sure if he fed or watered her during that week. I felt awful that my dog had to go through that neglect. And for that, I'll never put her in a kennel again due to this experience.
The owner of this kennel should be ashamed and shut down because I can't imagine how he's been treating other animals throughout the course of the years. We pay good money to have our dog taken care of but based on this experience, it should've been free. It took a week for my dog to come back to life per se. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Your dog is better off staying home by itself for a week. It's cheaper and your dog will be more comfortable, I guarantee you that. Zero stars all the way. Either find another reputable kennel or find a dog sitter.

Was a great price and the people there were super friendly. Only downside was our dog took really ill for 2-3 days while he was in their care and they never took him into the vet. When I picked him up he had lost over 10 lbs, and had diarrhea. We had to rush him into the nearest vet / doggie ER to get him treated. He was so sick looking even the vet commented on it.
I don't know why they never took him into our vet (or the closest vet) when he started being sick. All vets will send the bills to the pets owners so that the kennels don't have to pay.
