My dogs love Betty she does an excellent job plus we love her. And not going oit with two dogs is wonderful

George was awesome! I have 2 very large dogs that are hesitant with everyone. I've never seen them warm up to someone so fast AND get into their grooming RV. Will definitely be using them again

Tried to contact multiple times via phone and online with zero return calls. Very unprofessional, even if you're busy a quick call back or email is something done for good customer service. I do not recommend.

George is really great with both of my dogs. Always pleasant to work with.

George is fabulous! My dogs love him and they always look amazing! the convenience of the mobile service is beyond measure!

If I could leave no stars, that is what I'd rate George. I believe that not only George is rude and has a serious attitude problem, but my son was coming home from work and heard him screaming inside his truck, at who I am most certain, was my dog. Which means I can now understand why my beautiful girl has serious anxiety when I hand her to him. She's seriously sick for a few days afterwards and will not come near us and she is the most loving dog ever! George, if I could prove you were abusing my dog, I'd ruin you! You verbally abused her for sure and you don't deserve to be a groomer! I will pass this to everyone I can to warn them never to use you. Shame on you!

I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to book. I called 4 times

Well I was trying to get information and hopefully make an appointment. George was rude, short, and in the end hung up on me. I hate to tell ya Geore but people have a right to ask questions. Your not cleaning my concrete, your cleaning my baby and if answering my question annoys you I don't trust you will have the patience for a grooming. Thanks but no thanks!
