Nice place with a lot of variety for pet supplies. Just can't get through on the phone (no machine and it sounds like the wrong number when you call) to speak to them and it'd be nice if they were open on the weekends.

Wouldn't think of taking our precious Westie anywhere else! We have been bringing him here to be groomed since shortly after they opened. We love Robin and Marilyn and their entire staff! Oliver gets treated like royalty and looks perfect every time Robin grooms him! They have a great selection of cute and quality doggy stuff and pet food, too.

Great dog parlor! They are friendly excellent with your pet. They also have great treats and fresh pet food.

Absolutely wonderful! Took our large 4yr golden retriever for his first professional grooming. They did an excellent job! He looked terrific and smelled wonderful. We could not be happier! Looking forward to the next visit.

Man I don't know if it is the pandemic prices are going around for everyone, but damn my dog is 5 pounds and they wanted too much. so yeeeaa, it's gonna be a no for me

Came through here to pick up Green Tripe foods for my dogs. Adorable little spot, easily accessible. I was very happy with the owner's knowledge and also the variety of raw foods she had available. I was able to bring home some duck eggs, chicken feet and rabbit patties for my dogs. I can't speak to the grooming, but retail items will definitely bring me back.

Such a clean professional place. Animals walking in and out with wagging tails and looking adorable. From specialty foods to just because treats and safety harnesses to toothbrushes Lady was treated like just that, a lady. Imma happy fur-mama

My two were hesitant to go in because of where I use to take them but Destinee came out and they were so comfortable with her they went in happy! She did a great job bathing and trimming Cookies nails and an amazing job grooming Oso and watching for his skin tags, Definitely Happy! They had a variety of goodies in the front so I picked up a few that Oso and Cookie won't let down!

First time there! My chocolate lab needs her nails trim. And i was afraid they couldn't do it. Very please that they were able to do it. Made Baliey a happy camper

I'm really surprised at the review rating this business has because my experience did not even warrant the second star. (I was being generous) There's so many more better groomers in the area to serve you where you'll receive a much better job and customer service. I chose this business based off the rating and I'm so very disappointed. So I'm going to be truthful and not misleading in my assessment.

We just took our dog to Pawsitive Karma for the first time and were thrilled with his cut. The turnaround was so quick (1 hour) and love that they are cage-free groomers. The bow tie was just the cherry on top! We will be back! Thank you!

They seem to take good care of my dog when he comes in. He always leaves looking and smelling good, he also seems happy with the staff there.

Wow, super disappointed! I haven't been here in years but my first experience was so fantastic and now, 2021, terrible. The people are very nice but my dog got a complete whack job. I could have given him this same haircut and saved $120. They shaved on each side of his ears completely bald. I have no idea why. The haircut is completely jagged. His ears were still dirty. I will never go back here. Really disappointing.

I took my maltipoo here for a full cut, bath, the works after reading all the positive reviews here but was very disappointed. First, I was surprised that it would take them just an hour to do the whole job. Just seemed very rushed. Second, they groomed the whole body but left his facial hair really long and it looks just really not proportionate to the rest of his body. Third, my dog's ear hair were slightly tangled and instead of brushing out his ear hair to untangle them, they cut off parts of his ear hair so now they're just uneven!

I love his ears longer and they just don't look right at all! Fourth, hair on some parts of his body are super uneven. On his penis, there's several strands that are really long, looks bad and they just didn't do a clean job at all. I'm very upset with the job they did.not at all worth $80!

Best place in town! All the way around! Detailed, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. My puppy came out stunning! Services were done incredibly well and in good timing. Thank you for doing such a great job!

This is the best spot for my two babies! PK has allowed me to go to the back with my dogs (pre-covid) and I was so pleased to see all dogs well cared for with kindness and patience. When I tell my babies it is time for their bath and mani/pedi, I am so grateful to see them both happily jump in their carrier, excited to go see Alex. They never did that when going to any other place! That is the proof to me!

I absolutely love how Pawsitive Karma treats my pup like she is their own dog. They use high quality products, have a great attitude and my dog comes out looking and feeling amazing every time.

We've been going to Pawsitive Karma since our dog was a puppy. I was very nervous about where to bring him because I've heard many horror stories at other grooming salons. Pawsitive Karma was very communicative with me on how Tyson was and they gave us a cute report card after! Two years later, we are still going to them and Tyson has developed such a good bond with his groomer, Annika.

I would 10/10 recommend this place. They even took pictures of him after he was groomed and sent them directly to my phone. You can tell how much they care about the dogs they see.

I am so happy to find this place. I've been to many groomers and have been refuse because my baby barks a lot and gets really mad at new people, but because of this place my baby is now all soo pretty and smell so good I'm also happy with the price! Thank you!

Kayla is by far the favorite groomer my dog has ever had. I have an American cocker spaniel she just gave a summer trim to. Charlie is not the most cooperative of animals but kayla nailed it anyway. Highly recommend!

Friendly, great service and very informative on their products, i take my 5 lb pom here and he is very jumpy as he gets anxious, but they always manage to give him a good cut/trim and are so lovable with him. They are usually booked for weeks ahead occasionally a spot will open if someone cancels.

I am not sure what they do here but my Maltese has been here twice now and she is a fan. I know this because she doesn't mind going and she's not jumping in to my arms to leave as soon as we get there. That says a lot! They do book out a couple months in advance, but they are willing to put you on a wait list, and will call if they have last minute cancelations.

Although their prices are a little higher than I was paying before, it is clear that Bella enjoys her time there and Anika seems to really love Bella. Plus, they do a good job on grooming her. And isn't that what we want, at the end of the day?

This is an excellent place to have your dog groomed. I have been taking my dogs here for several years, and had very good experience. My dogs love the groomers. If you don't want your dog to be well looked after and not kept in a cage This is the place for you. I highly recommend this place.

O have taken my pets here numerous times. They are always able to accept walk in nail trims and all the groomers have done an amazing job! ( even with a pup that does not like having their feet touched ) highly recommend place for nail trimmings and fun items for your pets!

When our cat needed a little something to mellow out during our upcoming road trip, we found our answer at Pawsitive Karma. The owners helped us out right away, offering us samples and explaining the benefits and effects of each solution. We actually went with a safe CBD oil, which she explained how to use. She also told us that we can call them afterwards, if we had any questions. We appreciate them going above and beyond for us, and treatment like this makes us want to be regulars.

Got the exact cut I wanted for my dog. Great thorough service, wonderful staff that are very friendly. I love the questions they asked about the dogs health, her history, her preference and anything that could come up. First time my referral and will definitely be back!

Our 2nd appointment with Annicka and of course, she was not to disappoint. We love our groomer and how she treats our baby girl that we made our 3rd and 4th appointment in advance to ensure an appointment with her. Well, today's our baby's 1st birthday! We were able to purchase a rice crispy peanut butter cake from them after her appointment.

We asked for a puppy cut, and of course she came out looking like the pretty little lady she is. Alexandra, the receptionist is so sweet as well and actually suggested to make our 4th appointment due to high volume right before Christmas time. I love coming here and seeing the treats and goodies they have! Thank you ladies! Keep up the great work.

Awww I love how my Buster looks! He had a long coat and I wanted it much shorter so it would be easy to take care of and more comfortable for him. They were so nice and patient in letting me explain what I was after. You bring them in at appointment time so you don't have to leave your dog for hours. Five thumbs up! :-
