Tails By The Lake

We have been sending our Westie pup to Phil and team for last few months. Tails by the lake is great for her as she is a very active, sociable pup, a morning here gives her a great time and makes sure she sleeps well that night! The facilities are outside but very secure, with good staff numbers. The collection and drop off service is also great service. Highly recommended to dog lovers looking for day care that is very interactive and enjoyable.

Excellent doggy daycare! Our dogs love going to Phil and team for lots of fun and come back happy and exhausted! We love the pic updates and the team are always happy to provide general updates on the dogs too. Would highly recommend!

So glad that we found Tails of the Lake! Our Golden Retriever, Barney, absolutely loves his 'big adventure' every week, he sits by the window at least an hour before pick-up, waiting for Phil to arrive! Phil is brilliant, it is so obvious to see that he genuinely loves dogs, and Barney clearly loves him in return. I would 100% recommend to any dog owner who wants their pet to have an amazing experience in a safe and happy environment.

I was looking for the place for Barry where he can spend few hours every week while I am in the office. I really wanted to give him great experience and find the place which is creative, safe and provides a good outdoor facility for dogs. When I saw the Tails of the lake website, I knew that Barry will have a great fun there. Our puppy Barry spends half day in Tails of the Lake every week and he loves it!

Whenever he sees Natalie who picks him up, he is one of the most happiest dog in the world :) and cannot wait to join rest of the doggie gang! Tails of the Lake team provides him a lot of fun during those few hours, so when he comes back, he really need to rest :) I find Phil (the owner) and his team caring and very professional! They care about the dogs like they would be their own.

When we came for our trial session, Phil explained us how it is going to look like and what we can expect. They introduced Barry to other dogs considering his safety and initial lack of confidence. Today, Barry is very socialised and confident in meeting other dogs. That's because he met so many great friends in Tails of the Lake. In the photos which we receive after every visit, we can see that he has great time playing with other dogs and team.

He is never bored while being there! I highly recommend Tails of the Lake! If you are looking for the place which is safe for your dog and you don't want them to spend most of the day being trapped in someone's house with 10 other dogs, Tails of the Lakes is the place where your dog will be very happy! You won't find another place like this in Ashford!

Phil and the team at Tails of the Lake have worked with my dog since she was a puppy to help turn her into a sociable outgoing happy dog. Their sessions are amazing for physical and mental stimulation. The pickup and dropoff service is a bonus! Thank you all for your hard work!

We are so happy to have found "Tails of the Lake". Our crazy chocolate Lab, Fern, loves to go there. Phil and the team are clearly dog lovers, and Fern cannot wait to go. We love the updates that we are sent, which is always very reassuring. I never worry went Fern is there, although I do worry she wont want to come back to us! Communication is fantastic, we could not wish for better daycare for our "full of energy" fur baby! Thank you!

Phil's Tails of Lake has been the perfect place for our Labrador pup to socialise with other dogs and play in a safe environment. Bailey started visiting Phil at the age of 5 months and has been going 3 times a week for half days. She is full of energy and after visiting the Tails of Lake she comes home exhausted! I couldn't recommend Phil and his team enough, they provide a very professional, reliable and needed service to ensure our pup has an amazing life.

Our two nervous rescues had never been to a daycare before and had severe separation anxiety, so finding the right daycare that would help and support them was vital. From day one of contacting Tails of the lake we knew that they would be well taken care of. I cannot believe the change in them we have seen. They love going to daycare and get so excited when they are picked up.

We love hearing how they have progressed and made friends and seeing lots of happy dog pictures! We cannot be more grateful for the help we have received from here. Our dogs have become happier and more confident around the house too. I highly recommend this daycare!

My puppy, 5 month old Dexy absolutely loves it here. She gets to socialise with other dogs in a safe and secure area. Phil and the team take great care of all the dogs and I have also noticed she is a lot more calmer and well behave. Can not recommend them any more highly.

Our dog Charlie has been going to Tails of the Lake since he was a young puppy. Phil and his team are the kindest, most caring people and Charlie is so well looked after. He gets so excited when Phil comes to pick him up and comes home incredibly happy and exhausted, which is great to see. Uncle Phil and Auntie Dawn are his favourite people/ball throwers/cuddle givers.

The service is really personal and you can tell they love all the dogs they look after. The place itself is stunning and really safe. I'm so grateful that we found Phil and Tails of the Lake and I would recommend to anyone in the area- and I do, regularly!
