Four Paws Inn

I highly recommend this place for both boarding and grooming. The staff members are very friendly and great with my dog. I have had problems with another place in the area that doesn't seem to call me back and commit to taking advanced reservations. I have been happy with Four Paws Inn and they take away the stress that comes with planning a vacation.

We took our three little dogs two Yorkies and a chihuahua for baths and hair cuts for the Yorkies. They came back looking great. This was our first time going there. Our former groomer moved away. I was nervous trying them out but all turned out well.

My first time going to a groomers and I was very pleased with the service. I will be going back for harness sizing and a full grooming service. They are very friendly and let me stay to learn.

I will never take my dogs any where else! Kellie did the grooming and they look BEAUTIFUL! They came home happy!

Mostly good. Two concerns. Registration for upcoming stays needs a lot of improvement. The last several stays here reservations made including all drop off, pickup details given. Days later when arriving for pet drop off there is no record of the appointment. Second issue. After seeing the daily rate on the website for pet boarding I anticipate a $ amount to be spent on pickup.

Some of the personnel cannot do math! They err on the overprice side. Irritating! Then they act confused when the amount is disputed. To clarify for the staff and customers I recommend having the amount broken down on the receipt. Boarding = $$ Amount per day for x amount of days. Then any additional fees i.e. Grooming etc. then taxes and total.

Kelly is awesome with My Yorkie Bo, even though he's super anxious when it comes to getting groomed. I have taken Bo to a few other groomers in town before I took him to Four Paws, the others just don't compare.

Love this place. Been going here for years. Boarding for all dogs. As long as they are not ppl aggressive.

I took my cat in to get shaved like I do every year. This groomer was so awesome incompetent that she tried to shave my cat in a room full of dogs. Needless to say my cat got upset and the groomer only shave a very small amount and then said she couldn't finish.

Girls are great there and fast I can just walk in and get my dog's nails trimmed etc.

I have 3 babies, i have a poddle, a terrier and pitbull i have to say i love this place and so as my dogs they get so excited when they know im taking them. I love how they grooM my poddles hair and she always comes back so clean with a beautiful hair style, also my pitbull (Bluu) they treat him like a king and he loves all the ladies there.

4 paws is great for grooming & boarding. Both of our dogs (Molly & Karly) were ready ahead of time and they looked so beautiful. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Two thumbs up for 4 Paws Inn! Michael K.

I've been bringing my dog here for 2 years and they always take great care of her at a great price. They always put bows/ bandanas on your dog so it adds a nice touch! Definitely recommend!

We've been brining our 2 pups here for several years for both boarding and grooming. When my mom started living with us we started bringing her pup here as well. They're always happy to come here for any service. They come out so soft and clean when groomed and they do a great job thinning out our corgi's coat a bit to help with the shedding. When we board them usually we get the inside and outside kennel. Bring your fur babies here and you won't be disappointed!

I think Daisy was happy there! I thought when we brought her home, that she would be thirsty and starved for her regular food. I put fresh down for her, she walked right by the food dish and water bowl, she was content! I believe they treated her well! She seemed happy!

We had Ruby stay here during Thanksgiving week and she sure likes it as she gets to be pampered and have other doggies to play with. We have been boarding her here in the past year and also getting her groomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful with Ruby's transition for her stays here. We will continue to use them periodically when we travel. Just need to plan well ahead for reservations as they can book up full quickly.

I've taken my pet there for the past year and a half for grooming and never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and professional. They care about your fur baby.

Friendly and very professional service! I booked an appointment for my pit bull Jack everyone there loved him and was super friendly to him and I. they gave him a bath which was much needed and clipped his dew claws. He came back smelling awesome! I definitely recommend this company

The service at Four Paws is the best. They are so loving and really care about our fur babies. The groomers at Four Paws go the extra mile. We rescued an older Standard size poodle and her fur was really matted. When we picked her up she looked like a completely different dog. She was so happy and she knew she looked beautiful. We will always bring our Dogs to Four Paws Inn.

My dogs paws after returning from being groomed! Un freaking believable. There is no excuse for taking off this much of his paws. He has been getting groomed for 3 years (usually by a different grooming service but due to lack of appointments I came here) and I have never ever seen my dogs paws like this. He was groomed on Tuesday the 10th, he still won't walk on his feet. He's been laying on the couch with his feet bandaged for the most part. I will never be returning here again.

First time I had my SandyTails groomed here it was wonderful she had a great summer cut with a good shape.this time she was just shaved and some spots were so choppy and uneven it look like a child got a hold of scissor and cut their younger sisters her. Her paws had most of the hair still all around her pads and between her toes. They didnt cut her dew claws and there was mated hair left on her belly. And in some spots were shaved so close that that there were scrapes on her skin. Anybody know of a more reliable groomer in town?

I took my 8 month old GSD here recently and was nervous because it was her first time for a kennel stay and also because she is very nervous/reactive around other dogs. They were so understanding and reassured me they would take great care of her and were use to handling all types of issues. On pick up, they said she did great and I could tell she seemed so happy there! She even let them groom her and she was so clean and fluffy! What a relief! :

We took our two dogs there 10 days ago for the first time. Not only were they groomed like no one cared their shop Is filthy. NO cleaning protocol. Then last Wed our female started to cough after a trip to the vet she had kennel cough. Incubation time is ten days the vet said. She had no other contact with any dogs outside Four Paws. They receptionist is a piece of work she doesn't have a clue she is the worst person on the planet to be the face of your shop. Needless to say my vet bill of 250.0 to treat the kennel cough and the horrific experience I WOULD NOT TAKE A PET RAT TO THIS DUMP. Stay far away.

We just picked up our huge German Shepherds after 8 days. The dogs were so happy to see us. They girls have been well tended to. They were happy while they were at the Four Paws Inn. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

I had my dog groomed here today. When she was returned, she still had mats and food around her face. She had trauma to her face before she was adopted and I let them know that she does better with scissors around the area because of this trauma. I don't know if any of that information was passed on to the groomer. I was given an estimate of picking her up at 1pm after dropping her off at 9am.

She wasn't ready for pick up until 2:30. My poor dog was so stressed out. I could tell she had not been out to potty during that entire time. I am not looking for a discount grooming experience. I just want her to have the best life possible. I adopted her and all of the responsibilities that come with having a dog with special needs. If this was a problem for this facility, all they had to do was call me and let me know.

I would have come and picked her right back up. As it is, I have never had an issue with another groomer and I will never take her back to this place. There is absolutely no reason my dog needed to be at the groomer for 6 and a half hours for a bath and a hair cut. AND even if there was a good reason for that, someone couldn't take 3 minutes out of their day to take her outside to use the bathroom?! I am beyond upset about this.

Well today I took my Yorkie t PRINCESSt to get groomed at Four Paws. When they called my Doughter to let her know that our Princess was ready to be picked up. She goes and picks her up and there blood in th#e seat and so she takes her home and she stars bleeding take her to the vet and he sis they put her lil pitty and so they had to remove her lil toe I'm so UPSET FoR their negligence Not a good place no star Dianne so you guys paying for her bill makes it ok. And to top it off my doughter missing work to care for Princess.

I brought my friends dog that was a mess. They made her look like a dog again and she was so much more comfortable. I also brought my tri-paw puppy and they fussed over him to almost spoiled. I love the care and expertise that everyone there has for every dog. I will be back!
