This website ReliableHomeAndPetCare.com was previously owned by Patty Hulse / Patricia Hulse operating a pet-sitting business under the business name "Reliable Home And Pet Care". In 2013 she was sued twice in two separate incidents for the loss/death of animals under her care. The lawsuits stated that she boarded animals in her home illegally in violation of city animal control laws and did not provide a safe environment for those animals which lead to a dog's death, and drank alcohol at a client's home where she was pet-sitting which contributed to her negligent actions that caused the loss/death of their dog.

Patty drank alcohol at our house one night while pet sitting, lost our small dog, and left without finding him or calling our local friends for help. She didn't return to look for him for 24 hours and didn't notify anyone he was gone for 24 hours so anyone could even know to look for him. Her negligent actions cost us our dog. Erratic behavior and undependable. This was heartbreaking and so easily avoidable.

I brought my dog there for the first time and thought it looked fine. When I brought him home after a few days and started to brush him, I found a bark collar on him that was so tight that it was restricting his throat. I NEVER use a bark collar on my dog, no need, was NEVER asked if they could put one on. When I called patty about it she said that she forgot to take it off before I picked him up. What else did they do to him while under her care that I don't know about. I will NEVER go back and will always feel sorry for my dog that I left him with her.
