Mansfield Animal Clinic

Vet was really good and still got me in after I had missed my normal time for the appt and thought it was a diff time. However front desk lost my respect with there customer care. Grow up and stop making suck a big deal over something small. I didn't make a big deal over it if I couldn't get seen oh well it was my fault anyways. Such childish ways ladies.

Best place to take your furbaby! Wellness checkup, vaccinations and surgery, they helped me get though it all. I say me because I get emotionally distressed with the shots etc. My baby is so tough. She had surgery to get spayed and she did so well! They took great care of her as if she were their own. In fact, two people from the staff wanted to keep her.

A joke of a clinic to be honest, I took my cat there to be taken care of because he was sick, they asked me if: "he had his shots because if he didn't, they couldn't continue with the visit if they don't know about his shots apparently", so I told her which clinic he got these shots and they said to me that "they contacted the other vet and already hot the shots paperwork faxed to this office and they can proceed".

So we proceeded, days after I had to return for "check up" and make another appointment for my other male cat to get nutter, so now apparently they never had that vaccine paperwork sent to their office and the other clinic was close so they "couldn't communicate again with them again", so I asked to myself: "how did they took care of him the 1st time?

Where's the fax? Did they just lie to me and took care of my pet without knowing for sure of the Vaccines were given or not? Not to mention there's days where their phone saids is disconnected. My husband was very upset already with their incompetence. So we left and hope to never return.

We've been taking our animals to Mansfield Animal Clinic since we moved to Mansfield back in early 2021. We've loved going to this vet and they've always been extremely helpful, kind, and helpful.

My sweet nana went in to take her fur baby in because of breathing problems and she walked out in tears. They didn't explain very well on the condition of our baby and she has no idea what they did to him in the back only that it cost $218. What made me most upset is that she told me that they told her to please understand that They are understaffed which is totally okay. However, they mentioned to not put mean comments on their website!? It was so unprofessional since they didn't say anything to her about his condition and treatment she came home in tears so we will not be back and will not recommend.

There are people who work at a business because it's "their job, " and then there are people like the staff at Mansfield Animal Clinic that LOVE their clients (our animals) and come to work everyday with sincere passion because they truly care. I appreciate the attention that Dr. Dana Nelson gives our dogs, Whiskey and Loofy. Also the candid advice that she and her staff give us as their parents. Great staff. Great Veterinarian. I'm thankful to you all.

They took care of my dog's paw wound and were amazing! I can't thank them enough. This will be my go-to Vet from now on. They are also very reasonable.

My fur baby needed help and they were able to get us in the same day and actually called to let me know they had cancellations and was able to move my appointment time up. The care was great and knew exactly what to do. The clinic was clean and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend others to come here.

We are new to the area and looking for a new vet. We were excited to see the great reviews Mansfield Animal Clinic had however unfortunately we have not had the best experience. I want to say that Dr Nelson was absolutely amazing. She explained things clearly and loved one of our dog like he was her own. If only her other staff members were this way. Kayla who answers the phone is absolutely miserable.

Every time you call she acts like you are asking the dumbest questions and you are bothering her. We had to call a few times to get things sorted out for a new boarding facility our three dogs are staying at and the entire time she was giving me attitude. I finally had enough and have decided to switch vets. You want to be able to trust your vet and that they will treat your animals like family but when you have someone treating you the way she does, you can only imagine how she would treat the animals.

I have never had to complain about someone's attitude and being so miserable they can't answer a few simple questions. This is her job if she can't handle answering a phone and some questions she should find another profession.

The doctors and employees are so nice! The parents of the dogs sit in their car outside and they come out to your parking spot and talk to you from the window. The employee goes to your side door and takes your dog inside. My poor dog was so sick she couldn't walk, and we thought this was it. The employee picked her up in her arms and carried her inside.

They gave her a blood test, told us exactly what was wrong. The medication was a miracle! She's back to life to her happy self again. I thank them so much for taking her appointment when all these other animal clinic places said they were no longer taking appointments that day.
