Pet Paradise

New to area. Stopped in to take a look and to make sure this would be a place where I would want to board my pets. Receptionist was very pleasant. Willing to give Pet Paradise a try.

Loved it here from making the apt to walking out with my dog! I don't have an easy dog to groom so I was worried if they would be able to groom but they handled him with care and he came out looking so good! Thank you!

We have used this establishment several times now for both grooming and boarding. While the services offered are pretty typical and costs aren't too crazy, the thing that really bugs me about this place is the energy. No one ever answers the phone. Scheduling is difficult when they do & the front desk associates always act as if they have the worst job in the world.

Nearly makes me feel guilty for inconvenience their day. All in all, not a bad boarding facility, but not the most positive experience. Will probably move on and pay a bit more somewhere, that first impression through the door is everything and if I wee the owner, I'd be working on that.

Our dog was terribly ill after staying there and they tried to hide it from us. Some honesty would've been great. Vet said our dog almost died.

First time there and I won't be back! I called last week to see about their pricing for my dog, I was told it would be $60 for the weight of my dog and I agreed because that was a good price, I made my appointment to come in for this past Tuesday the 11th. When I dropped off my dog I specifically said why cut I would like and what blade I would like them to use she agreed and said it would be done correctly!

When I went to pick up I was told that it was $108, that is almost $50 more then I was told. I asked why and they said because they start their prices at $80, and my dog was $10 more for being difficult with his paws which I understand. However I was told it would be no more than $60 over the phone and I even verified that two times while I spoke to that same person. on top of the price not being correct they used the wrong blade on my dog and he is completely shaved in the winter!

On top of that he is miserable due to the fact of being cut and I had to take him to the vet and pay vet bills on top of it just because they didn't care what I was asking of them and obviously rushed through it. I tried to call and speak with a manager but I got hung up on. not very good customer service in my opinion and I won't be taking him back there after he is traumatized and it's way to expensive.

The staff is amazing. They took really good care of my little xxs puppy who has separation anxiety from me. They kept him warm, calm and made sure he felt safe while I attended an important in Dallas. They have made a new client and have made my lil fur baby one happy lil fur puppy who I think will be happy to come back with no problems at all! Thank You Shelby and to the Lady who carried him in her apron pocket, Thank You so much! (Thank you both for making him feel safe, loved, and secure!) Y'all are awesome!

We took our beloved dog in for boarding for five days, we think he had fun! I like their professional procedures. It was expensive but worth it. Just wish they uploaded pictures to Facebook so parents can check in daily on their canine kids.

The owner is top notch. Drop off my dogs and she is very friendly and always listens. However when I picked up my dogs the girl at the front is very rude. I've been going for years and always request my dogs face to be shaved. I picked them up today and my male had facial hair that was lightly trimmed and not shaved. The girl at the front desk continued to argue with me. It saddens me that I'm going to look for a new groomer. Very poor quality of help at this facility.

Critical: Quality Took my dog Chanel 6 lbs. 6 oz. It was $70 had to call animal control bruises on her I had to get another Groomer. To get the bow out of her hair. Have a appointment with the vet in the morning

This place never answers the phone to be able to book for day care. They tell me well it is busier in the mornings so sometimes we will miss a phone call, understandable, I then a week later in advance for the date I need daycare (Wednesday) I call on a Monday around lunch (no answer) I leave a message. No one calls me back. I call again Tues because I received no call back, and of course they are booked for Wednesday. I mean how do you get in? Call a whole month ahead? I did take my dog for grooming and they did a good job, but good luck if you need day care!

We decided to try a new dog grooming place and we gave this place a try. Overall they left me Maltese looking so cute and her hair was perfectly cut and trimmed unlike other places I've been to. Her paws were nicely rounded and her face was left nicely trimmed with no tear stains. She looked adorable and happy when we picked her up. I can tell that they really took their time and were very patient with my dog. I would highly recommend this place because it's a reasonable price and they are good at what they do. I am just happy that my dog was well taken care of and happy!

Pet Paradise is the place to go! We are new to the area and wanted to find a local groomer for our 4 year old dog! Everyone recommended this place, so I took our girl for a full groom. The owner spent some time asking what I wanted, gave some options, and was genuinely so kind! I dropped her off at 8am and she was finished around 11am. They did a phenomenal job! Best groom ever! We'll continue to be loyal customers!

I have had my 3 dogs groomed at Pet Paradise Pet Resort & Spa in Burleson once a month for the past 4 months. I took my German Shephard today by himself and received a phone call shortly after dropping him off saying he has destroyed over $200.00 worth of their property and he bit the owner! When I went to pick him up and the receptionist said that Prince "tried" to bite the owner and said nothing about any damage For one Prince has never bit anyone and does not bite!

Not sure what has happened that is different at this place! The owner did not even come out of the back to speak to me! Now the receptionist said he tried to bite the owner! Did not see or show any damage! Really confused!

We took our new Goldendoodle here for her first grooming at 11 weeks old. She went right back and was so cute when we picked her up. I have also used them for our older Schnauzer years ago. They have always provided a great service with a smile and delivered what they promised. I like this place.

I have taken my Australian Shepard and Mini Aussiedoodle here for daycare and to be groomed many times! The staff is awesome and my pups always come home exhausted! Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I ever had. I went on a cruise and left my dog there. They gave her a bath on the day I picked her up. She came back absolutely fine and had a ball the whole time there. I was very worried about leaving her she came back with no bad habits and seem to really enjoy the experience

Good service good prices for boarding and grooming I think they need more staff to answer phones and help customers coming in.but other than that it's a great place to take your pet.

New to the area and needed a dog groomer. Reached out to this place because we live down the road. So happy we did. They did a great job with our tiny little Japanese Chin. She looked perfect. They also did a deep teeth brushing on her and it was a huge help with her stinky breath. We had a vet previously tell us we needed to put her under to have her teeth cleaned but I took her to a new vet in this area after they brushed her teeth and they thought she looked great and did not need such an expensive procedure. Pay for the teeth cleaning. It's not expensive and well worth it.

We took our very ornery miniature Schnauzer here today, knowing that he's been troublesome for other groomers in the past. He's stubborn and not leash-trained. And that's just the good parts!; However, when we came to pick him up today, he was GORGEOUS, not a scratch or spot on him, and the staff said they loved spending the day with him. What?! Are we talking about the same dog? lol They made our scruffy little rough-and-tumble guy look like a dapper gentleman, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I will be taking all my pets here from now on. Highly, highly recommended.
