Governor Abbott has lifted the mask mandate but due to the high volume our clinic has we will require all clients to wear a mask covering their face and nose. Only one person is allowed to be in the building with the pet or to check in. We ask for your help and understanding so that we can continue to provide preventative care for your pets. We ask that clients wait in their cars after they have checked in for services, whether it's for an appointment, walk-in, or vaccination clinic and provide us with a cell number so that we can call when a room is available or a staff member is ready to assist you.
Services
Programs supporting regular vaccination of dogs have contributed both to the health of dogs and to the public health. In countries where routine rabies vaccination of dogs is practiced, for example, rabies in humans is reduced to a very rare event. Vaccinating your dog can lead to a longer, healthier life at little cost to you.
Dogs 6 months of age and older must be on heartworm preventative and/or have a negative heartworm test result within the previous 2 weeks. We recommend all Toy Breeds to be given a 1-inch strip of NUTRICAL GEL SUPPLEMENT 4 times per day to prevent low blood glucose levels. Toy Breeds are highly susceptible to hypoglycemia, which can result in low life expectancy.
Dental care makes a significant difference in your pet's health, longevity and happiness. While cavities do occur (primarily in cats), the most common and serious pet dental problem is PERIDONTAL DISEASE. This is caused by a buildup of plaque and calcius at and above the gum line. Plaque is a sticky, bacteria-laden film that continuously forms on teeth.
A microchip implant is an identifying integrated circuit placed under the skin of an animal. The chip, about the size of a large grain of rice, uses passive RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, and is also known as a PIT tag (for Passive Integrated Transponder). With a microchip implant, a pet has a much higher chance of being found if lost.

Don't respond the telephone. I didn't know mask is required and they don't provide it so you can loose your time going there if you don't find one. No waiting room and they ask you to wait in your car. If don't have A/C with this hot weather you will pass a hard time. Too hectic and lack of consideration. Didn't like at all!. No restroom.

I used to come here because I liked the vet, she was very sweet and caring, but I can't even get in anymore. I've called twice this year and the first time I called for spaying, it took them over a week to get back to me, by that time I had taken my cat somewhere else. I called again a couple days ago for a question and have yet to hear back which leaves me to look for another vet again.

Bro fuck these veterinarian/ staff. They fucked up my dogs eyes with their surgery nothing was fucking wrong with his left eye and they still do surgery on it. I came in for the right eye only and they do his left. No where near recommendable. Y'all can find better vets I promise. Fuck them and their staff they ain't even call or none. Fucking disgraceful. Smack the shit out of all y'all that's touched my fucking dog. Y'all lucky I ain't get aggressive w y'all that day but I should let's be honest. My dog had surgery no I e called me after to let me know how she was doing, plus she had to stay the night due to the Surgery no one called so went to I thought to pick her up the next day. And was told she has to stay an extra day. Hummm wonder why no one notified me at all. she better be coming home tomorrow or else. And I better get a call before I drive up there before they close again. They never answer the phones nor return calls. I'm not very happy about this place.

Got there at 9:30 to sign in for the waiting list. I waited until 1:30pm. They still didn't see my dog. I'm not sure what the hype is about this place. The shots are definitely cheaper but vet fees are about the same everywhere else. It's not cheap enough to deal with the ridiculous unorganized wait time they offer.

I came here for a spay and the lady at the front is so incredibly rude I took my paperwork and went home. Twitch out a doubt the worst customer service ever. Completely unprofessional and incompetent, shouting across the room at people. I will not be returning and will let my entire dog club know of my horrible experience.

These people really care about your pet. And more importantly they work hard to keep the cost very affordable. I priced four vaccinations with a local vet at $200, and it was $60 with them. I have three pets and that savings really adds up. I especially like the mobile clinics that are easily found all over Dallas. Yes you may have to leave a message and get a return call the next day but that is worth it.

I took my dog in for a limp, they suggested x rays that was on 1/28/21 Dr. Mountain called and said he couldn't see anything and suggested CT scans that would have to be done at another location. It took them 2 months to get the paperwork over to the CT place, on 3/25/21 the CT scan was done and I was told that Petmoble/Dr. Mountain would have the results in 24-48 hours and would call me with the results.
It is now 5/24/21 and I still don't know the results. I have called almost weekly, I'm told Dr. Mountain will call me within a few days but he has not! My dog still has a limp and I have no idea why! They don't even bother to return my calls anymore. They rarely answer their phones and never call back within the time frame they say they will.
If you just want some less expensive shots or x rays you should be happy. If your pet requires any specialized care. Good LUCK. I don't know if they have been short handed for the last 5-6 months or what but that is still no excuse for the POOR customer service! My advise.spend the extra money and go to a professional clinic, that is, if you want results and someone who will answer their phone and return phone calls.

Good for cheap yearly shots. Good if you have one pet. Not great at answering phones. They charge for written RX's which you are forced to get if you want Chewy or Walmart to fill your order, they deny Ever receiving faxes from them. I waited 40 minutes "in line" to pick up a ready paper RX. They don't file everything. If Pet has health issues, will want you to come in every 3 months for blood work and refill RX. So again, gotta pay for written RX every 3 months. Staff isn't all that nice. NO BATHROOMS for $$$ paying humans!

Like most ppl I'm sure it gets quite of its business bc it's affordable, they're nice to pets. The front desk ladies need to be trained better on decent customer service & just overall be more polite. They're rude as hell/ I walked in to ask for my wait time & they quickly told me to wait outside. Lol just tell me the wait time that's it, very condescending for NO reason.

To be honest I like coming here whenever my girls (cats) need to be looked at. They always make them feel like their a part of their family. So I know that their in good hands. Staff is always friendly and helpful to put you at ease since your fur babies are family. The little boy with the collar me and youngest saved him, trying to find him a home but before we do we took him here and everyone showed him love. They handled him gently and talked to him. Thank you Petmobile Pet Hospital for making sure he was okay.

Monkeys run this business. Seriously. Understaffed and chaotic. I do NOT recommend. They are a bit cheaper, but with the amount of disorganization involved, it feels like a risky way to save a few dollars. My dog deserves better than this. Does't yours? Edit: notice that all reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. The 5 star people are either the staff or people who only care about it being cheap. If you can afford better care, please don't take your animals here.

The prices are cheap and affordable but doesn't make up for the shitty front service. I came in to get my cat's stitches off. First Lady told me they can't do anything until 11am but they open at 9am? Second front lady was the RUDEST. I came to check in my cat with her and she had the AUDACITY to say "oh the bad cat? The aggressive one?" Telling me that they can't take the stitches off, rather let them dissolve.
This was also the same lady that OVERCHARGED ME. How do you work there and not remember the prices when it's ESTABLISHED ON THE PAPER. Why waste my time! The front ladies really need to be trained properly on COMMUNICATION and PROPER MANNERS. The front desk is the absolute worst, and it's no wonder the place has bad reviews. It's mainly stemmed from the front service after looking at the reviews. The nurses are great but I wish I could say the same about the front ladies.

Have been taking our pups here for years. This no-frills hospital is quite a drive for us but we find that they always take the proper time to service our pets and they genuinely care. I had tried more upscale places in Dallas only to find higher pricing and poor service. This place *does* struggle with loooong wait times, even with an appointment, (my last appointment took 2.5 hours!) but at least they actually take their time with each pet. Plus, I appreciate how they serve the community with low-cost vaccine and med clinics.

ABSOLUTELY CRUEL! STAY AWAY! Put my 17 year old dog down here. They took him to run an IV and wouldn't let me come. I could hear him howling in pain and they refused to let me back to calm him. Refused to give me access to my own dog that was writhing in pain! Dr comes in the room and curtly tells me to put the dog down because he is ready to begin. RUDE!
No bedside manner whatsoever. Tried to put him down and it didn't work, said the IV was bad so they took him away again. Came in with second IV in a second leg. Tried to inject and said it wasn't working. They took him away again. Dr blames his staff and says he counts on them but they are no good with older dogs and thin veins. He's clearly irritated because it's closing time at this point.
I can hear him scolding his staff to hurry along on the other side of the door. A couple minutes later they show up and my dog is dead. Mysteriously the IV all the sudden worked, when they already told me it had been too long and it didn't work. I'm fairly positive they suffocated him because they were tired of trying and they made it clear it was closing time and they were ready to leave.
As if this wasn't all bad enough, she walks into the room with my limp dog and smacks his head into the door HARD! IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN! The level of incompetence here is unforgivable!

I hate this place! I dont know why i continue to come here. The help in front is always rude, at best. The nurses and doctors are good which, i guess, is why i come here. Today i called as soon as soon as they opened because my 10 yr old dog, who just had a checkup here 5 days ago, seems very ill. They said they had an appointment in 1 hour so i jumped in and out of the shower, grabbed the dog and my keys and drove fast to make it.
When i got there they acted like they didnt know what the hell i was talking about. They finally found the person i talked to and she said she "made a mistake and had left a voicemail" Well screw me! I about came unglued but then that makes me the bad guy! Im in for a looooong day
