Got a pied ball python today. Only has one white band close to tail. It's 95% color. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering from them again. The packaging of the snake was great. One thing they should do is let customers know what they've been feeding the animal. I thought it would have at least 2 bands. According to other pictures of people who ordered the same snake it had several bands on it.

Five stars isn't a high enough rating! Communication with questions were answered quickly, I was kept up to date on everything. My beautiful Sunbeam snake was well packaged for a safe trip! Prices were incredibly fair. I'm thrilled with my new baby, !Big Apple Pet Supply is the place to go for your reptile needs, they sell f/t feeders as well. So we was very worried about ordering due to bad reviews and everyone on fb saying we will have dead snakes. I didn't sleep a bit for 3 nights I placed my order on a closed day Saturday. They shipped Monday and received that Tuesday. I got 2 ball pythons a pied and spider both arrived safe and sound. Both doing well now a week later. They packaged well for the weather which was my main concern due to it being 29 over night. Who ever I was texting was friendly and helpful. So I have no complaints and very happy with my boys. Thank yall

I did a lot of research for great breeders/sellers and shipping, and decided on Big Apple. I was a little nervous for my new baby traveling from FL to MN but I can tell you, they ship these littles so perfectly! Our Rodney, (likely a girl now that she's getting bigger), arrived so alert, healthy and ready for their new home! We love our new addition and I couldnt say more about this company and their care with their treasures! Thank you Big Apple! We'll be back if Rodney needs a sibling!
