Services
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Our senior kitties should have a general checkup every 6 months. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your cats feeling their best.
Veterinary medicine is your calling in life. But it shouldn't be your whole life. We believe in looking after our team members. In creating an environment where you can feel appreciated, safe, and where you can reach your potential. We all share a common desire to care for cats in the kindest and most complete way possible.
Here are answers to some our most frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions that aren't covered here, please feel free to give us a call at (847) 398-3355. Our hospital is open Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm with appointments seen between 9 am-noon and 2 pm-6 pm; and on Saturdays from 8 am-1 pm with appointments seen between 9 am-noon. We are open for early-morning surgery drop-offs at 7:30 am Monday-Thursday. We do offer surgery appointments Monday-Thursday by appointment only.
Cats usually live longer than most dogs and it is no longer unusual for them to live until 20 or beyond. How long an individual cat will live depends on many factors such as genetics, whether kept indoors or not, type of diet and of course the appropriate veterinary care he/she receives. Many changes can take place in a fairly short period of time.

The entire staff at Arlington Cat Clinic is friendly, helpful, and caring. The service my kitty has received is fantastic. The doctors and nurses really care about the health of your cat and spend time explaining things to you. They are thoughtful and thorough. Very professional and compassionate. They've gone above and beyond my expectations.

I just brought my 8 1/2 week old kittens (Murphy and Lacie) to the Arlington Cat Clinic. Its a great place! Robin was very knowledgeable and gave me so many great ideas and things to watch out for with babies their age. We got a boy and girl from the same litter so we have our hands full. ACC's Kitten Package is great. It covers all the shots and exams. I would recommend this cat clinic to everyone. It's also very nice because they are cats only! We are going to have a long partnership!

This clinic has been our cat's primary care place for so many years, and all the staff are always very nice and professional. Last year, we had to put one of our very loved cat to sleep. When they did it, they did by showing care and respect. It was sad moment, but there was no unnecessary stress which we appreciate. Since pandemic, unfortunately, we are not able to come inside and talk to doctors face to face. But that is for safety reason so there is no complain about it. Good place for cats!
