Stop searching for other lodges, stop taking your furry animals to any other lodges. go to Tailchasers. I am a dog momma who gets incredibly nervous any time she has to leave her dogs and I haven't felt comfortable leaving my dogs anywhere until I came across Tailchasers. The staff is so so so sweet, friendly and accommodating. They send you pictures of your dogs when you're boarding with them and it's one less stress for you because you can see how happy and un-stressed they are. Thank you Tailchasers! Will be coming back for years to come.

Tailchasers is wonderful! Unlike most other pet resorts, every single staff member to a "T" maintains a super calm demeanor, takes as long as they and your dog need to acquaint, and mutually respects every interaction with your pet family. Training services are available (and awesomely effective). Cleanliness is second to none. Top choice!

Tailchasers exceeds our expectations consistently. Randa, Matt and team provide a full spectrum of pet care including boarding, training, dog walking. They have been our go-to service provider for about 10 years.the people we trust with our pets. Highly recommend. If a 10-star rating was available, they'd have earned it from me!

Tailchasers has been caring for our cats when we are away for at least 6 years now. They do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs petsitting. They are so professional and caring. I am a worrier, but I never worry about my cats when we are away. Our cats are very shy and do not typically come out unless family is at the house, but our older cat consistently comes out when the petsitter is there, which is amazing, and is an indicator of how wonderful the petsitters are!
They provide an e-mail that shows the details of each visit, the services that were provided, the time that the petsitter was there, and includes pictures of the cats. Our younger cat hides in very hard to photograph places, but the petsitter works very hard to get a picture of him in his hiding place. This company rocks. Locally owned. We discovered Tailchaser from our neighbor. We've used Tailchasers for their dog walking service. Tim Burke is our dog walker. Very trustworthy while I'm away. The company's app provides photos of my pets and a nice update during my pets interaction with their walker.

I can't say enough good things about Tailchasers; they treat our dogs like family, and they have given us peace of mind when we travel. Especially with two aging dogs, with big personalities. Our dogs take two walks a week with Erin, and they love it. I really enjoy getting the updates at the end of each visit with a picture, it's nice to know our dogs are in trusted care. Great service and flexibile when required. We've been using the service for over two months. Our big puppy looks forward to Ravi's visits, and the application the service uses provides complete visibility to what they have done (including daily pictures). We've also been able to update the days we utilize the service, including the same day, when circumstances change.
Communication is great - we can send a note in the morning and the comments from the walk include observations related to any concerns we have (e.g. puppy had a vaccine the night before and might not be feeling perfect). Overall - a great service which keeps our puppy better behaved by getting him outside during the school day.
