Our Sunday pick-up hours have been established as a courtesy to you, our client. Our staff commits their time toward getting your pet ready for Sunday night pick-up, which is why the cost is passed along to the customer. Carolina Pet Place obtains an emergency number from the client upon arrival. In the event your pet becomes ill or requires medical attention, you will be notified immediately.

I was told that for my boys it would be 44 for BOTH for the night and for them to share a run. I checked them in Saturday morning and picked them up at their pickup time on Sunday between 5-6 and I actually got there earlier. When I picked them up I was told that it would be 86 for them at pickup. Since they stated they charged me for Sunday night even though both dogs have not even been fed or did not stay Sunday.
I will NOT be using them again. Their prices are ridiculous. I only used them because they were open and my regular was already booked. Now I understand why they had open availability. Edit to previous post since owner responded. The receipt of what they charged since you wanted to state you documented our phone calls. This is the receipt I received after checkout from your facility. total of 86 was taken off since it included my card number.

I always feel great about leaving my dog Booker here. I have taken him to other places as a puppy and never felt good about it. I have NEVER worried about him at Carolina Pet Place. They all love him, greet him by name, and are always so happy to see him. Booker gets so excited when he knows that he is going to day care! Also, booker is a high energy dog, when he comes home from Carolina pet place he takes a nice long nap! Win-win!

Staff is wonderful here A+ service. My reactive dog had a difficult time at Rough Housing. however at Carolina Pet Place he's well taken care of and I can tell he just loves the staff too. We use the day care, grooming and boarding services. Another benefit is access to the veterinary office next door.
