Animal House

Went on vacation with my beautiful family and so did our dog! They have a pool for large and small dogs. They even get to play with other pups. All dogs must have up to date shots records before boarding and at the end they get a report card. You can check the pool live w/o sound on their website! This is like her 5th time there. The staff is very helpful and will call you in case your puppy has issues.

Oliver, my 3 yr old Cavalier King Charles had his first grooming here this week after moving here from Pa this month. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We got an appointment right away. They gave Oliver respect and kindness since he was new and fearful. His grooming was beautifully done. The groomer was so compassionate and I felt comfortable leaving Oliver with her. The price was very reasonable. I will be seeing them every 6 weeks. Thank you Animal House

Our senior dogs had an amazing first time being boarded with animal house. The staff was super super nice from the moment we stepped in and and called if they had any questions and they were super nice from the moment when we picked them back up. I even called a few times to see how they were doing and the young ladies were super nice and helpful.

We had them groomed before we picked them up and they looked and smelled amazing! We will for sure use their services again. The online pet registration was also amazing super easy to use and really helpful. I was truthfully nervous about boarding our senior pups because they bark at everything all the time and I was worried that they would not settle down while they were there.

But they did amazing with the staff. I do believe that the staff really took their time with my pups and made them feel comfortable. We loved loved seeing them on the play camera! It was nice seeing them run around and interact with the staff and other dogs on the other side of the fence. We highly recommend animal house. Thank you to all of the staff from the front desk workers to the staff that came and got our dogs and to the staff who took care of our dogs!

They went above and beyond for my dog Cash. They got him in quickly for his grooming appointment and took extra good care of him. He has a bad skin issue going on and even helped him get looked at by the vet next door so he can get the medicine he needed. I'm so beyond happy they actually took the time, patience, and care for my old pup and to me as well. They will be my go to groomer from now on! Thank you so much.

Clean, friendly, quick, and love the way they groom my sweet Binx (ragdoll). Also took care of my sweet standard poodle until she passed away at the age of 16, they took suck good care of her during her comfort grooming appointments.

Employees very polite! My dogs love going staying at Animal House when we go on vacation! The cameras make it even better, knowing our babies are safe. Their grooming department is also amazing!

I love Animal House. I took my 2 dogs, Mishka (white German Shepherd/ husky) and Bella (Black German Shepherd) and my parents dog, Mo ( Black, Tan, white German Shepherd/ Husky) there every week multiple times a week to socialize and to just have fun. Anytime I would leave the house they would be at the door begging to go to Day Camp. I've boarded them there when I went on vacation for 2 weeks.

They have done hydrotherapy, had their first grooming and nail trims there. I worked there for 2 years and would still be working there today and using their services to this day if I didn't move to Pennsylvania. I compare all animal services and jobs available in PA to Animal House and cannot find anything like it up here. You won't find the amount of love, care, passion and professionalism that the staff at Animal House has anywhere else trust me I've been looking. Best animal services ever and the best place to work as an animal lover. We love and miss you Animal House! Please keep me in mind if you expand to Pennsylvania!

Brought my 2 dogs for a bath after 10 days of being boarded. Both the Shepherd and the Lab came out smelling fresh and looking shiny and happy. Prices are reasonable and employees are friendly.

I can never say enough good things about Animal House. I began taking my dog Kona there when she was still a puppy after my best friend took his dog there and loved it. Kona has been going to day camp for over two years now and she loves it! Every morning she waits by the door to get in the car and head there. At the end of the day she is so happy from playing with her friends, but also exhausted and sleeps all night.

The staff is incredibly friendly and as per owners themselves, they take pride in treating every animal as family. I also love the events and parties they plan around holidays (some photos below). I feel comfortable boarding her when I leave town too as they have cameras you can watch and they provide a report card showing every time they plays, goes potty and eats. If you're looking for a place to take your animals, look no further!

Molly has been attending Animal House for 3 years for daycare and boarding, as well as some grooming. She's always excited to leave the house when she knows she's going to play. They know her by name and are always excited to see her. They offer fun holiday parties and picture days as well. We feel confident that they care for her like their own each time she goes.

Awesome place to groom and/or board your pets. We have taken our 3 to Animal House for a years and we always receive pictures and can see them on the cameras! Also we have gotten to know a lot of the workers and they are awesome and always helpful. I am saddened though over the recent events that one person guilty or not that the business as a whole gets horrible phone calls and threats.

Which I was hopeful that no one had hurt an animal and now knowing the Dog was sick and the owner made up a story on Fb! The truth is now out and I hope all of Animal House can heal And get back to normal because We Love Y'all!

First off, I will just say after touring the facility the first time I knew I would never board my pup at Animal House. Don't let the front office fool you! The whole facility is not held to that standard. Just ask the front desk staff for a tour - they are free. I continued to take my pup to daycare a few times just to let him run & play with other pups.

They say they have cameras for you to watch your pup play, but you have to get lucky to watch your pup play for the short 30 minutes they are in the video camera playpen. Who knows where they are the rest of the time. One time my dog didn't even come home tired from 'playing, ' so it makes me wonder what he did all day. Our last visit was a grooming appointment that took EIGHT HOURS.

They did not share this information with me when I dropped him off. I assumed that he would take 2-3 hours max. They said that they don't work on one dog at a time, they work on multiple at a time. I had to request a speedy pick-up in order for him to be the only one worked on at a time. My pup came home extremely stressed, I know this because I was up all night with him as he was sick.

Not to mention, he got sick on himself so I had to give him another bath at 3am. Waste of money. The moral of the story, after all of these experiences my pup is happier not going to Animal House!

I thought this place was decent until the report of a groomer killing a dog and got arrested for doing so. there were allegations about staff not letting dogs play and just keeping them in a kennel, which happened to my 2 pups. i never saw them on camera but just thought i missed them. NOPE! they were just in a kennel the whole time and you pay a boat load of $$ for this place. please don't bring your dogs here it's a shame it's still open.

Don't take your dog here unless you want them to kill and/or abuse it. This place will shut down sooner or later.

I love Animal House! I love the doggy drop off and my babies Athena and Milo have the greatest time when they are there for Day Camp! There are public cameras to watch your fur baby! It's really easy to update their shot records and make payments on their portal! I can't say enough great things about this place!

I, 100%, would recommend this place to everyone! I have a rescue pitbull and she's very lovey and sweet but absolutely detests her nails being trimmed. I haven't been able to do her nails at all and my last vet cut her up. I took her to Animal House for the first time today, (1/12/2021), and they cut her nails in five minutes with no issues.

This is the first time someone has been able to do so without a muzzle and making her bleed. I would give this place ten stars if I could. Hidden bonus, it was only $12.50 to do all four paws, I'm not sure if that's what they normally charge but I almost cried in relief. The people working were so sweet and friendly and I'll definitely be back again and again! Love love love this place! Oh, they also offer doggy daycare and boarding!

This place is amazing. I made a last minute appointment for my new rescue and was able to drop him off in the morning and pick him up at 5 (they kept apologizing but it was great for me since I had to run errands) he was like a new dog when I picked him up. I'm not familiar with dog grooming prices but I paid a lot less than I had expected. Gizzy found his new groomers for sure!

Well my dog stay over this past weekend, I also asked for my dog to be bathed, get nails trimmed and ears cleaned. And the nails and the ears did not happen. He smells good but the items I asked for and got charged for did not occur.

Boarded my pup here for 6 days. When we picked him up he was very skinny. I gave the benefit of the doubt assuming he just had separation anxiety and didn't eat. His "report card" claims he ate every single day. But was somehow a few pounds under weight. After a few days with no improvement I had no choice but to take him to the vet. My dog now has kennel cough along with an intestinal parasite.

His medication and vet bill cost upwards of 300$ as of right now. That's if he improves by the end of the week if not he will need MORE tests done. The employees seemed amazing and were so kind, and I get that they can't control Mother Nature that's the only reason I'm giving it 3. But it was expensive and not worth the vet bills to follow

I love Animal House! I have taken my little dogs for nail trims and my big boy to day camp for several years. Their staff is always kind and caring. I love that they remember us each time and will ask about my big dog when I take just the littles. They are willing to work with you to make your pets comfortable and really care about the animals. They don't seem to have a lot of staff turn over which I think says a lot about the business.

I love bringing my dog here! I've taken her the past 3 times to get groomed and they do an amazing job! Everyone is so nice and I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with them! Highly recommend!

The most expensive! customer service is the worst! I used to take my two dogs for grooming. Results;horrible haircut now my dogs are traumatized never again! If you love your dogs don't take them there!

Great staff! Reasonable prices! They always responded when we reached out and kept in touch when any concerns or questions came up. Did a wonderful job with our crazy GSD! Verdict is still out on the grooming, might be shedding season but they all seem to be throwing hair everywhere. That said, they were very clean and didn't stink. I would definitely bring them here again.

Love, Love Animal House. We use them for boarding and our pup comes homes completely wore out. You can't beat the price for the amenities available to your pets or the knowledge that they are being well taken care of while you are away. Having a pool environment available to your pet as well as the option to have them board the bark bus and travel to a local park for a walk is many of the great things available to you. I can not recommend Animal House enough.

This is the best place by far for your furbabies. I have been coming here for a while now, mainly for grooming and they are excellent. We requested the same wonderful lady every time and my Marlin loves coming there. They also have webcams so you can sneak a peak and see what your baby is up to! I honestly can't say enough about this awesome place.

I was very hesitant to take my four month old morkie to the groomers because such a perfect little pup like him deserved a groomer that was just as perfect. After a couple of days of calling around Animal House was the only place to tell me to bring my baby by that same day. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is very welcoming. I asolutely loved Benji's very first haircut! We will definitely be coming back! :-

We LOVE Animal House! We have boarded pets there and groomed them as well and have never been treated like anything but family by the staff. When our Golden, Allie, was old and sick they took very good care of her when we had to go out of town for a funeral. They made sure she had her meds on time and took her out to exercise away from younger, jumpier dogs.

After she passed away, and the grieving was not so raw, we adopted a mini schnauzer from a rescue. This dog is the exact opposite of our docile Allie. He didn't have a very good life before we got him and that left him with some issues. But the staff understands and they have helped us a lot with working through those. He goes in from grooming and Leslie always does a great job with him.

She 'gets' him. When we first started taking him there, I couldn't get him out of the car. He was terrified. I went inside and Wanda came out and coaxed him out of the car. Had to do that a couple times, but now he jumps out, pees on the plants and saunters in the door like he owns the joint. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
