We have been caring for pets since 1997 in a clean and stress free environment, keeping your pets safety and happiness as our our main priority. Located on 70 country acres, we are just two miles from I 70, west of Washington PA, Exit 11, easily accessible from Wheeling WV, Washington PA, Canonsburg, and McMurray area. Our facility is completely climate controlled: air conditioned during the summer months and in-floor radiant heat in the winter and on cool damp days. Each pet gets one on one individual attention, and dogs are taken outside and exercised separately in their own private run.

The facilities are clean and not overpriced like some kennels in the area and her prices are pretty camparable to what I've paid in CO, MO, IL and KY. It's always hard to schedule drop offs as she never asnwers the phone and doesn't return messages. I usually have to call over 3 or 4 days before I get a response. I also don't think she properly dosed my dog's medication last time. I always count our his pills for his stay and this last time, he had nearly 4 days worth of meds left over.

Our pup Maya is very skittish around new people and boarding facilities. This place went above and beyond to make her comfortable. We can tell she had an exceptional experience. Even though they are a bit out of the way for us, we didn't mind driving from Morgantown. We cannot wait to tell all our friends and refer them to South Sunset Beach. You are officially Mayas home away from home. Thank you for the great services you provide.
