Super friendly staff always help us pick out our pup's favorite treats. We get our dog a birthday pupcake treat/cookie from here every year. Great location in the heart of the Town Center too.

Great alternative healthy dog food for my very picky and spoiled old-timer. I have had great experiences with most of the staff, as they seem to know their products & customers. They're a little pricy but worth the tlc. The location also keeps us coming back as the neighborhood walking is a favorite of pooches. The neighborhood and the store both are very dog friendly.

Our tiny dog, Bruce, recognizes this store's name, and absolutely loves coming here. I love all the high quality foods, treats, and chews, and so does Bruce. His favorite chews are the gator skins, by far, and he loves the tiny pupcakes in the bakery display. Bruce and I give Paddywack 5 high-five paws out of 5.

I found this to be a fun shopping experience. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. My pup will be surprised when "mom" brings home a special gift after traveling. I will visit this shop again.

Such an adorable little store for any pet lovers! They have a great collection of high quality and healthy pet products. I love that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the inclusiveness they offer. I can't wait to go back to pick up some more goods for my kitty!

I am so impressed with Paddywack's customer service. We started purchasing our pup's food from here because we don't live too far from the store. We use the brand Stella & Chewy, small breed, grain free raw kibbles. It comes with the freeze dried raw toppings which our pup loves. Our picky Bichon wouldn't eat his kibbles without the toppings.

To our disappointment, the last two bags received didn't have the toppings included. The Paddywack team has been going above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you so much.

It is beyond my comprehension that anyone would give Paddywack a single star for trying to protect the community by enforcing their mask rules. Since children under 12 cannot be vaccinated, requiring them to wear masks is to protect them too. Rather than complaining, show some grace and understand that this pandemic has been hard on everyone. Love Paddywack and all of their staff.

The staff are super friendly. Monthly newsletter and coupons for customers. I always come in because they carry Steve's freeze dry products which my dog loves. They also have a rewards program for various products.

We have been going to Paddywack since they opened. I lived in Mill Creek at the time but no longer do. Yet, I still drive to Paddywack to get my dogs food and what not. Amazing customer service is why. Their staff (and owners) know everything about each product in their store. They have spent hours and hours finding new food for either a picky eater in my spaniel squad or when one of my dogs needs a specific diet due to health issues.

In addition to food and treats they have the best leashes and harnesses as well as a huge variety of fun toys. In addition to being a great store the owners are just wonderful. Each year they host fundraisers for Old Dog Haven. As an Old Dog Haven foster we greatly appreciate that. They also help out many other pet rescue organizations. They created an Angel program during this COVID period for those who were having a hard time financially but still wanted their pets to have high quality food.

And speaking of COVID, I really appreciated that they followed the mask and distancing guidelines to keep both their staff and their customers safe. I have seen them take some grief for this and I find that incredibly sad that they are just looking out for their staff and community.

I love this store! The people are always friendly. They carry the most interesting toys for dogs and cats. And I love that I can buy clothes that say dog mom on them. They also sell clothes for animals to which is fun for my dog.

This store has come a long way since the first time I entered it as a child. Just recently, I stopped in to pick up some dog treats and a toy for a family member's dog. Usually, I frequent a larger chain dog store but the last time I went there, their selection for the specific brand of dog toy was unimpressive to say the least. The dog this toy was intended for is.special. He's a total destroyer with ANY toy brand except this one and I can't keep buying him the same toy. Paddywack had a HUGE selection from this toy brand and I was able to get him a friend to go with his previous favorite toy stingray.

The store was reasonably priced, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they even gave me some other recommendations for treats for our puppo. Highly recommend. Will definitely be making this our regular pet store from now on.

We love Paddywack's! We can barely drive in the driveway without the doggie chatter starting. They know they will be complimented and given treats.no matter what. The staff, including owners Shane and Adam, truly care about our "kids" and their care. From food/treat suggestions to cute accessories it is our favorite per store and it is a bonus that it is locally owned. I especially appreciate the lengths they have gone to keep the customers as well as staff safe during COVID. They are the best! Belle and Stewart love them!

This is the only store that stocks the one rabbit raw food my cat will eat. The employees were very helpful as I came back week after week trying different types of raw for my cat. The return policy is top notch. Definitely highly recommend.

Paddywack is a fantastic pet store. I recently switched over to Paddywack as my main pet store due to their policies during Covid. They have gone out of their way to make sure both their employees and customers have a safe shopping experience. Their staff is extremely knowledgable. If you don't see what what you need, just ask a staff member and they will check to see if they can get it or make a suggestion of something similar to try. They also have super cute pet toys and accessories. A great place to find items to spoil your fur babies.

Paddywack does a great job as a small pet food store. They are super knowledgeable about food, and you can tell that is their passion. I have been a customer for 5 years, and always stock up on their great selection of fluff & tuff toys which are the only toys that hold up to my two golden heavy chewers.

Quirky and fun pet store and the prices aren't unreasonable at all. The customer service was great and it was obvious that the employees really love animals.

Just stopped in to get a Xmas gift for my sisters dog and I wanted to check out what they had since my boyfriend and I are planning on getting a dog next year and I'm so glad I did! Every single employee was SO nice and helpful! They gave me a new dog checklist along with tons of other papers for a new dog owner! I also learned this is a family owned store, and I would loooove to support them VS the huge chains. They sell a lot of local and US made products too! I already signed up to be a rewards member and I don't even have a dog yet!

This review is painfully overdue. My family moved to the Mill Creek area in 2009, and the very first shop that my realtor recommended to me was Paddywack. Being a lifetime dog lover and owner, I was super excited to hear that there was a cool store like this in town. There's MANY things I love about Paddywack, but the very first thing on my list is that it's locally owned and operated, and the owners have a clear passion for the work that they do.

Our usual purchase is from what we lovingly call the smorgasbord, which in reality is a bulk section of treats, antlers, fish skins, junkyard bones, pig ears, trachea chews, and so, so much more. I recently popped in and had the pleasure of talking with Shane, and explained to her the problem I've had with my lab's itchy skin. She went to great lengths talking to me about the issue, recommended me to specialist, offered treats that are well tolerated, and all of her recommendations were spot on. Paddywack also has a very diverse and fun selection of collars, leashes, and toys. We've purchased all of those items from them at some point. However, this week, I issued an SOS to my community Facebook page about needing ideas for my Labrador.

We had the Gentle Leader and it worked, but he hated it. Shane just happened to see my post and recommended this Wonder Walker that she has in store but also uses for her own dog. It was absolutely no pressure; just "we have it if you want to try it". I sent her Dozer's measurement. So, today, we swung by and picked it up along with our existing order. I'm impressed!

Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for, she picked the perfect harness to suit our needs. When we picked up our order, the cashier wished our pup a happy birthday (it's this week), and the receipt also said, "Happy birthday, Dozer!". The harness fit perfectly, and Dozer is proud to prance around in it. You will never get that kind of love from Petsmart.

My experience with Paddywack today just reinforced the importance for my family to shop locally ALL of the time. Please support this wonderful business. They pour their hearts into your pet and they deserve your business.

Paddywack is hands down the best that our family has found! The store is laid out and organized so that it's easy to find what you are looking for and they have such a great selection and assortment of toys, treats, and supplies that even our most picky dog has never gone hungry or bored and looks on point with his collar and leash. Their staff members are knowledgeable of the products that they carry and always have given is the best suggestions to increase and keep our senior allergy dog's health in tip top shape.

Besides having a great selection, they are a small local business that has great team members and consistently support the community by supporting various non-profits through events that they host throughout the year. They also look out for their customer's budgets by participating in multiple food vendors rewards programs to save their customers money.

One of our favorite events to attend is their anniversary event. At the event product vendor representatives are there to answer your questions, discuss new products and it just shows the kind of relationships Shane and Adam have cultivated to procure and test the items that they stock. Shane and Adam, and their team do the very best to treat everyone that walk through their doors as family. We've been coming in for years and always blook forward to our visits.

This is definitely one of the better pet stores in the area and I am being completely honest when I say that the only reason I don't visit more often is because they have too many goodies to tempt me. When I do stop by my dog is always extra spoiled. While they have an excellent toy selection, I was very happy to see that they also stock a lot of enrichment feeders and puzzles to keep your dog amused! There's also a decent little chew and treat bar to keep their mouth appropriately busy too.

They have a nice selection of gear and some really cool collars, harnesses, leashes, and coats. I was really happy to see they had a broad range of sizes too! It was much better to be able to try things on in the store instead of ordering a coat online for my dog and crossing my fingers that the measurements were accurate. Everyone has always been so sweet to my dog every time we've visited and he's always happy to trade wags for treats so I'm pretty sure he enjoys stopping by too.

We LOVE Paddywack and so does our puppy! Every time we come in we are greeted with love and treats. They know us and our baby Sansa. They always give me great advice and have great prices on treats. Definitely our favorite spot! Thanks guys!

The sincerity and customer service of the owner of Paddywack is definitely worth upgrading my previous review. I truly appreciate him reaching out and attempting to correct the situation. It goes along way and is a missing element. If I'm in the area I will definitely go back in to give it a second change.

This is my most favorite place to get my puppy anything! From food to toys to treats you name it. When my puppy was a couple months old I wanted the best for him and had ALOT of questions. Although I did a lot of research about food I still had a lot of questions. These guys were nice enough to give me samples and help me with any questions I had.

I trust anything in the store because it's mostly all natural and does not have fillers, chemicals ECT. Everyone in the store is so friendly and remembers me. I love buying my dog From kibbles, topping it with the raw food in the fridge section and doing a pump of fish oil. My dog goes nuts whenever he sees the red bag from Paddy Wack. Very very happy customer will be back forevaaaaa :

Stopped in here for a quick pickup of Christmas cat toys and while the selection wasn't huge, the things they did have were really nice and the cats loved them. We didn't check out the food selection for pets, but they seemed well stocked with high-grade brands. I would definitely come back here for pet food and play items. Nice store.

Cute place with lots of high end foods, toys and products. Pricey because of the things they have however competitively priced on those things. Make sense? Staff is very friendly to you and your pup. Treats abound! Frequent shopper program they keep track of, which is nice!
