Pooper Trooper was actually created by Bill Walters in 1989 while he was in college and needed some extra income. It was an idea that many scoffed at but he was able to build a small customer base even back then. He went on to follow his career dreams of being a sound engineer and tour manager in the music industry but after a long run, he decided to retire from that industry and came back to build Pooper Trooper to what it is today! In 2003 with a little used green Ford Ranger, a rake and bucket, Bill began his quest.
Pooper Trooper offers reliable weekly pick up services to residents within areas of King and Snohomish Counties. We do not offer less than once a week service. We provide our clients with an assigned service day each week in which they can expect and plan around our services. Our trucks are clearly marked and our Troopers will be dressed in Pooper Trooper gear so you will always know who is in your yard. We will walk and pick up your entire yard but can tailor our services to appease each unique circumstance.

Once you fill out and send this information to us, we will review your details and get back to you with a service day that you will be able to expect us each week and what date we can perform your first clean up.
Pricing for our services include travel time and we do not charge extra to play with your dog, fill it's water bowl or spray off a patio where piles aren't coming up well. You will not have surprise charges with our service, it is a set fee per dog. However yards exceeding 1/2 acre are an additional $5 per visit as it takes extra time to walk them.

We're about 10 weeks in to using Pooper Trooper for dog poop cleanup and couldn't be happier. They come weekly (with the only exception being the recent snow storm), always arrive within the same ~20-30 minute window, text me when they are on their way, and my dogs like them. They spend ~30-40 minutes/week cleaning our back yard and do a great job cleaning up after our two German Shepherd mixes. Highly recommended.

We hired them to manage a 3.8 acre common area for an HOA where users were occasionally leaving a mess behind. They came up with a plan to install three dog waste stations, service them frequently, and come out once a quarter to walk the property and pick up anything that still ends up left on the ground. It's been night and day. It used to be one of the biggest complaints to the HOA, now it's beautiful silence.
Much appreciation goes to the team at Pooper Trooper! Also, through all that's going on, communication has been great. In the rare event that the schedule or staffing changes, we're notified in a timely fashion. In cases where we need to purchase more bags, they let us know. It's an easy decision to renew. No longer do we see the mess, bagged or unbagged. Now there's no excuse of "I'll get it on my way home", or "I forgot my bag". Now it's too easy to the do the right thing. Thank you Pooper Trooper!

I have used a couple different dog waste services and this is by far the best one I have used. This company actually picks up ALL the dog poop in your yard. They came recommended by another dog waste service from Seattle. And I have been more than pleased with them. You will not regret picking this company.

This service is wonderful. My lawn is clean. My dogs love to see their poop-friends twice a week. The company is aggressive with communication regarding service (even notifying us that schedules may be impacted by the viaduct closure). The billing is always correct and completely electronic. I'll be honest, I signed up because the name is funny, I stayed because the service is top-notch.

Pooper Trooper has been picking up after our dogs for over a decade! I just realized this and figured I'm remiss in not having left them a review. This is a very well run business, they are excellent at communicating and do a very good job keeping the yard clean. They have followed us to three different houses throughout the Puget Sound and have done a great job of responding to the few minor issues we've had (I can count on one hand the number of small issues we've had in more than ten years, which is a huge feat!) So very worth the money.

We have used Pooper Trooper for 11 years and LOVE them. They have served us at 3 homes. Nikki is a top rate professional and a delight to work with. Her communication is out standing when they have had to adjust a schedule due to a storm. What I really love is their team of workers to come and pick up the poop. Paula has worked there for years and everytime I see her it is a better day.
They are professional, honest and do a fantastic job. One time one them even climbed over our gate when it closed by mistake and locked him in. LOL. It is worth every dollar to have a clean yard and I just love the people in Pooper Trooper.

Hands down, the best money I've ever spent. We have two dogs, and especially at this time of year when it's disgusting and rainy out, we forget to check the back yard on a regular basis. There's nothing worse than your dog coming in and tracking poop all over the floors and onto the couch! Every Monday, they show up and the yard goes from doggie land mines to sparkling clean. I couldn't get poop off the grass like they do, even when I had my own scooper! HIGHLY recommend!

Yeah so they are going to be naysayers and people who dont own dogs who dont get how wonderful this service is. I have two malamutes who drop 'presents' at least twice a day. We have a decent sized yard they run around in and for the most part use well. But the last thing I want to do is go pick up 3-5lbs of dog poop a week in my yard regardless of the weather.
I do it on every walk as it is. Its literally a joy to see the white truck roll up and the dogs get on so well with everybody who works on the team. Bill and Nikki who run the show are great. They make payments easy over paypal and very accommodating with moving up or down the schedule. I would whole heartedly recommend this service.

I was a client of Pooper Trooper's for nearly 3 years - this was my yearly "gift to myself" on my birthday. I've now moved away from the area, and miss them! They are, quite simply, a wonderful service for the busy dog-owner. Nicole and her wonderful crew were always respectful of my home, diligent in getting the job done and professional.
In fact, Friday mornings was a highlight of my dog's week - the weekly visit from Paula, Nicole or someone else from the Pooper Trooper staff. These guys are good at what they do, but they also love dogs - and it shows. Highly recommended!

Kindness and a genuine sense of caring count for a lot in my book when it comes to dealing with any business. Nicki and Bill (the owners), are just about two of the most warm-hearted people you will ever meet. Plus they have the most darling Dalmation puppy named Branimir. But don't get them wrong- they take their business very seriously and are extremely professional, diligent, and most importantly- fair.
They really aim to please and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. All of the dogs and people in the Puget Sound area should thank them for keeping our Emerald City (and beyond!) doggy-waste free!

The Pooper Trooper's are FABULOUS. If it was not for them I am certain I would never have a yard anyone would want to visit. They are totally reliable, efficient and have spectacular customer service. They make my yard not only a nice place to be but also a safer and cleaner place for both animals and people alike. It is a small independent business which, for me, is a very important thing to support in our community. I highly recommend their services.
