I like Pet Pros at this location because they know me well and help me out. I go on Tuesdays for extra discounts.

All staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to get products needed. I went to Bothell but they did not have product needed, she called another store by her home and they had it so she brought the product I needed until they got their order in.

I have been coming here for years, the staff is always so helpful! They care about your pet here, not just the price tag! My dog is breaking out and losing her hair really terribly, Karen observed we were purchasing products to rid yeast and suggested a different food to pair with the Zymox for overall greater results. It's definitely solved the hair issue and my dog is so much happier! Thanks again Karen, say hi to Jackie for us!

I highly recommend this store at 176/Canyon to all pet parents out there! All of the associates are helpful and courteous with amazing customer service skills. I especially enjoy having Geoff assist me - he's incredibly kind, thoughtful and always has a smile on his face. I've been buying all of my dog's food and treats here for years and they never disappoint!

They have a great selection of dog food and treats at reasonable prices. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Wow! Would never buy anything pet related anywhere else! All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Karen (the store manager) is so kind and helpful. She is very patient and knowledgeable about every question I have. I have never felt rushed or in a hurry! Not to mention how sweet she is to my 3 year old daughter.y daughter loves her and gets so excited to go to Pet Pros!

Lately, this Pet Pros location has been cancelling the Good Neighbor Mobile Vet clinic so people cannot get their pets shots. COVID-19 is not going to be the only concern once these other diseases ramp back up because of no shots being done. Not good.

Love to shop here for my little yorkie, Milo. They always try to accommodate you with what you need. They are very knowledgeable about what is best for your dog if you ask them. Talking to the owner, he's so wonderful. Not to mention, there's always a special on pet food items. You just have to know when they have it. Absolutely a great place to shop for my furry friend.

After my not soo great experience the first time I came here. I was impressed with the management and how they had handled the situation afterwards. Quick and very respectful. I gave them a second chance and thanks to the amazing management I went today and it was good! Thank you Mikie, Russel, Wes. Much appreciated with all your effort and help!

Exceptional service every time I come in to get food and treats for my fur kids. Knowledgeable staff also friendly. Love coming here.

Doors ding as you come in; no one was up front but I heard employee noises in back. I wandered around for a few mins, looking in vain for something I've purchased there before. Still no one came out. The noises in back escalated to a woman angrily complaining to or confronting someone else, with some f'ing this and that. A woman then banged out of the back, exiting the store. No one else came out to help, so I left. I won't be going back. Hope the other person is okay!

Great pet store, the only place I go for my furry family members! The employees are awesome too!

I love the smiling faces we are always greeted with. So knowledgeable and friendly to not just us humans but our fur babies. This place is great, small and less selection but definitely friendly and welcoming.

Product inventory keeps changing. You go in for something and find out it's now discontinued. However a suitable replacement is sometimes available.

So happy they opened this location! The team in this store really knows how to help with picky pets, and great advice! Thank you girls!

Moved from Ruston to South Hill recently and was so happy to find this store! I used to shop at the North Tacoma location. Pet Pros is the best! They may not have everything you need, but they do have most items and are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this store. Manager and everyone else are very friendly. This is one place where I will always buy my dog's needs and dog food. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! Go no where else! Pet Pros on 176th, is absolutely amazing! Anja, is an absolute doll. I am pretty sure she is the, "Assistant Manager" (for VERY obvious reasons). She is so kind and knows EVERYTHING! Like everything! She is definitely a leader, for many reasons. And, she is young which always makes her even MORE impressive. She remembers my name and gives me hugs- ha!

I mean really, who does that anymore (sad BUT true)! So let's talk more about Anja! If you want to learn about dogs, healthy food, random questions etc. SHE is your girl. But, the truth is, all three Employees that I buy from there, are absolutely amazing and they ALL deserve a praise! Thank You Anja, for being so amazing yesterday AND, always. I've been here several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is incredibly helpful -- greet you when you enter, answer questions, lay out every option available for whatever it is I need for my dog. I have nothing but good things to say about it!

My first visit was 5 stars all the way. I believe the manager was helping me. She must of been the manager because she was so sweet and talkative, attentive, and helpful. We just got our first puppy she helped with our questions. I bought a dingo dog chain, and some treats. The petite snacks worked great for our small poodle mix puppy. The lady also said if our dog does not the treat bring it back and pick a different one awesome service!

Our dog loved the treats. 2nd visit oh where was the helpful lady. The first employee was a let down. Our puppy chewed through the dog chain and we just had her a month. The first employee just told me the obvious. " Well puppies do that" okay thanks for that. The second employee saved the day. She explained what she did with her dog to not have chew on the chain.

She recommend adding a tiny bit of dish soap on it. Then she also recommended we get a rope one. We actually had gotten a rope great quality. That was from Tuesday Morning. We like the military discount they offer. I think I would only come back in if the helpful lady is present.

We love this place! All of the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and know how to customize the food for your pet! Russell the Manager is super friendly, and ALWAYS has the answers for our questions. I HIGHLY recommend Pet Pro's and their staff!

Our favorite pet store! Staff is always super friendly and loves making friends with your pup/pet. Drop in and say hi, let your pet sample a treat, or even if you might have a general question. They have a good variety of quality food and treats on hand.

A little over a month ago, we discovered through blood work that our eldest dog had extremely elevated liver enzymes after a visit to the vet. The vet prescribed some medication, and advised on switching to a low protein diet. My wife went into Pet Pros where Russell advised her to use a specific dog food, along with goats milk and fish oil. He continued with explaining the specifics of what we should do, how much and when.

We followed the advice he offered, and a month later, the follow up blood work revealed a significant drop in liver enzymes, along with a significant increase in our dog's energy level and mobility. We cannot express how grateful we are to Russell, for his knowledge and his willingness to share it.

My breeder recommended this place and I freaking LOVE IT. Manager is amazing, office staff is amazing, all my questions are answered, they have a TON of options on raw food. This place is always friendly and welcoming and store is super clean. I've heard them call customers by name even! There's trees, clothing, wet food, dry food, raw food, carriers. everything you could need! Only, only if I'm being super picky would I saw litter price is high.

This has quickly become my favorite place for pet supplies. They have brands I trust, the people are friendly, and prices are good. Twice a month, they have on-site very services at very good prices.

Best service I've gotten inside of a store ever! They also offer a military discount! It's close to my house and the Manager was super friendly and seem to know what he was talking about in regards to the food I was using and my puppy's breed! I surely will be back there!

Great service every time I stop by. I've been there for their Halloween event & had professional pictures taken with my dog. There was another time when they even had a dog mind reader over there, which was really interesting and fun! James and Russell made recommendations on my dog' food and diet. So far, Scrappy loves Ziwi Peak and Primal. He has never looked so good! Only the best for my dog!
