I purchased from total pet supply a few times and did not have any problems. this time I had major problems. one of the most important being the heartworm medication was manufacturied in INDIA. Who the heck would give their dog medication manufactured in INDIA, and it looked like melted chocolate, and on top of that I ordered the brand not the generic heartworm. Anyway, when I called to get a refund they said they were having "technical difficulties", and an Indian answered the phone, I think they may have sold the company to someone in India, and asked me to call back later.

That would be the same garbage I would get when I would call my computer company for help. Anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTALLY TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AND I THINK YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR PET'S HEALTH AT RISK.

This is a horrible business! It is a scam. I bought a 12-month supply of Frontline Plus for cats from this company this past October for my strictly indoor cat. I used four months of the product and since it was winter and the fleas didn't seem to be a problem, I figured I would stop using it for a few months to not waste the product. The flea problem became problematic again a few months ago and I have faithfully applied it to my cat once every 30 days as directed.

I couldn't understand why my cat was still scratching incessantly, spitting up hairballs (realized later it was from licking the bites), and I was finding drops of blood on our bathroom counter everytime he sat up there (later found out those were flea feces). Finally, two days after the 3rd treatment, I started to pick through his fur to figure out why he was still scratching so much.

I picked off over 30 ADULT, very alive fleas! Two days after the treatment, those things should have been dead, if not almost dead. I went to call the number on the Frontline box and found it was from Austrailia, so I couldn't contact them. I called the US version of the company and they informed me it is illegal for any company to send over a foreign product of Frontline to the US.

I had to fog my apartment, bring my cat to the vet for a flea bath, get more flea treatment and sprays.costing me close to $200.00. The vet told me that I was the third person in a week that shared about ineffective Frontline product that was bought online with an Austrailian box. I called Total Pet Supply and they said too much time had passed (I bought a year supply and it has not been a year) and they would only refund the last 5 vial - but take no responsibility for the rest of the product used (even though it was ineffective). DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF - AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
