This is a little about me and how ALL TAILS 'R' WAGGIN came to be. I am 39 years old and for my entire life I have loved and owned animals. As a child I was always curious and wanted to play with any pet and/or wild animal I could get my hands on. I have owned horses, a couple of cows, chickens, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, and a whole lot of cats and dogs through the years.

Our qualified professionals provide an atmosphere that allows your pet to relax and enjoy their grooming experience. Dogs get dirty. It's a fact of life.
If your dog is over 6 months old, it must be spayed or neutered in order to be in Doggy Daycare!. Our Doggy Daycare provides a safe alternative to keeping your furry friend cooped up in your home all day. Dogs are social creatures just like us! The socialization that Doggy Daycare provides is crucial to a well-rounded, four-legged friend.
Our GOLD package includes learning the basics (Sit, Stay, Down, Wait, and Loose-Leash Walking) as well as boarding in our spacious indoor runs! Our standard runs are 4ft by 14ft and 6 ft tall. We include 4 outside play/exercise sessions, doggy daycare, graduation certificate and picture, a training leash and "Go Home" bath.
Please remember that during certain times of the year we have to bring in extra staff to help handle the influx of extra guests and since that costs us more, we need to charge a little more during peak times to help us cover those costs. Peak dates are detailed below and during these times there will be an additional $3 per pet/per day, additional $7 per day for families of 3 or more pets.

My dog loves it there. I have boarded her and my cat there a few times and they have a great time. I have also taken my dog to their doggy daycamp, where they will text you pictures, and she had an absolute blast every time. The staff is amazing, the facility is nice and clean and you can tell they love what they do. Definitely worth every penny!

My 9-month old Golden-doodle, Hudson, was groomed here today. Only his second time being groomed. He's a bit timid and feisty. I brought him here because of a recommendation from a trustworthy friend. His last grooming session was awful and he was timid for days following. His last grooming session was not at All Tails R Waggin, which is why I was looking for a new groomer.
I was very impressed with his second grooming here! The groomer was very professional and the All Tails staff were very helpful. Had to drop Hudson off early due to work and they were very accommodating. The groomer recommended a 3-month grooming regiment due to his matted hair (as is typical with golden doodles). I appreciated her recommendation and will follow it! Hudson had a shaved summer cut, which I requested.
A little pricey, but they took care of him. The groomer definitely cared for him and suggested she be his normal groomer, not for the business, but to ensure he grew comfortable over time. I was impressed with her and grateful for her detailed overview of Hudson's stay. Before I left, I scheduled his next grooming. Thanks for your professionalism and kindness in helping with Hudson's anxiety.

After writing my last review we picked up our pups after a 12 day stay. Our older dog Buddy was covered in old urine and was looked over for his bath & brush. My husband picked them up and 2 of the three looked great. But he noticed that Buddy was wet and assumed it was due to his bath. But quickly discovered it was not. He tried to bathe Buddy but could not get him clean.
He called All Tails and let them know. He was very upset, they offered to bathe Buddy so he took him back. They had no answers as to how Buddy came to be in this condition or was overlooked for his grooming appointment. The staff was upset but literally had no answers. I am honestly surprised that no one has reached out to us regarding the situation and we will never take our pups back there.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to All Tails for the incredible first experience for our fur babies! And a extra special shout out to Lilly for the constant updates, photos, videos and reassurance. They had so much fun while we went on vacation and it really put our minds at ease knowing they were loved and well taken care of!

Dropped my puppy off at 8 am for grooming. I was told that he would be ready between 1 and 2. by 2:15 I had not received a call and tried to call but no one answered. I called two more times before driving over at 4 pm. I walked in and I couldn't get someone to help me for about 5-10 minutes. When I explained what was going on they said that someone had come up and was upset with their dogs grooming and wouldn't leave for an hour.
Although I understand this I should have been notified what was going on and someone should have called me back. They had to go find my dog and I was never told how it went or anything or even spoke to the groomer. I just took my dog to a new groomer and they notified me that his back paw had previously been cut. I would've appreciated the groomer coming out to speak to me and let me know that my dog's paw had been cut rather than having to find out months later. Horrible first grooming experience with my pup and I feel awful that I was unaware of what actually happened to him.

Boarded my dog here for 9 days. First time calling to get an update on my dog I was given the wrong information about a different dog. I brought 2 12 packs of canned dog food and when I came to pick her up she still had a full case of food left along with both of her medicine was halfway gone when I stated the medicine was as needed. Ever since she's been home she's been acting strange and seems to be sick.

Drove to my dog's grooming appointment to find out that the groomer was not in that day. They stated that they called me but I did not receive the phone call (they've called me many times before for pick up). I was rescheduled for 2 days later. Drove there again and the groomer was unavailable again! I really wish I was notified beforehand as it is 15 miles from my house. Been going there for 6 years and not sure why they don't have my number anymore. Usually a great place to take my dog.

Took a tour of the facility, it is a primarily indoor daycare and boarding. The place the dogs poop/pee is in a small fenced in gravel spot. (I can't imagine that being properly cleaned). The lack of fresh air makes me worried about illnesses such as kennel cough. There is a section with nice doors for the dogs and a section with wire crates.
There were many dogs in the wire crates, which also makes me worried about the cleanliness where those dogs are staying. The people were very kind, but their standards are lower than some other doggy daycare and boarding facilities.

I was a bit disappointed with our experience here. The price gouging for pet services needs to stop. I kept my 2 pets here over Thanksgiving. I knew we wouldn't be home early enough to get them Sunday night so opted to have them groomed first thing Monday and would pick them up. I was told 1:00 PM earliest. So I picked them up and not only paid $100 per dog for grooming but also had to pay a day of boarding at approximately $70.
How is this justifiable? If you want to charge for a dog just hanging out in a kennel for half the day then fine. But to profit off having them in the grooming area in addition to the grooming is just ridiculous. Also sadly it is listed on the website you can bring X amount of items per pet. They have to log all items in and this is time consuming.
I had bought each dog a new toy to occupy them while they were stuck in a small room all day. One was very excited about this because a new toy doesn't come in the house without her noticing. Unfortunately when they gave me our bag back with our personal items, both balls were still in the bag with tags on them. What a shame.

I took my dog to get a face trim and nail trim and I was told to come in. I asked for a full face and a trim for his ears. My dog came back with his face ENTIRELY shaved off and his ears unevenly cut and too short. I told them that I asked for a full face and the girl said, " we don't have a groomer today so the lady at the front desk cut it, but don't worry she has training." I'm sorry the front desk cut his hair?!
You have to be kidding me! I told the girl that I wish they could have told me that they didn't have a groomer today because I would have waited to take my dog in. I'm so mad and disappointed that a place like this wouldn't be upfront with their customers about having the appropriate groomers available. I will never come here again.

Great for a quick nail trim, even better for boarding. I took my pup there for a weekend and got daily text updates, INCLUDING PHOTOS! If your dog is anxious and a picky eater, they will supplement dry food with wet food to make sure they eat while being boarded. Update: My boy's getting a little long in the tooth these days, but he still loves it here.

I got a phone call within a few days of posting my original review. Basically I told them the same exact thing I wrote because it was true :) the manger said she'd send a gift certificate to which I told her I probably wouldn't use it but I appreciated the kind gesture. I guess I'm irritated now because why would you even bother a person for a review that wasn't that bad then just flat out never send the gift certificate?!?!
I just don't get it. What a complete waste of my time with them on the phone and theirs! Anyway, I've since been grooming my boy at home (he was shook up after that day) and am still fixing the uneven areas but it is looking better

I was so nervous about boarding my dog for the first time and was recommended by my vet office to check out All Tails R Waggin'. I'm so glad I did! They have spacious areas for big dogs, affordable prices and the most friendly staff. I will be bringing my dog back for boarding and daycare soon. I highly recommend anyone who is new to or nervous about boarding/ doggy daycare to check out their facility.

I will never bring my dogs back here. We brought them in at the scheduled time after booking weeks ahead of time to be done last. They were dropped off at 9:30 and not ready till 6:30. I could tell that they did not have much water as they immediately went for the bowl. The past 2 times we've picked them up we've waited at least 5 minutes for someone to help us.
The 1st time I had to go get someone from the boarding side. It seems like the customer service has gone way downhill and the prices keep going up. I would not recommend them. The owner did call and apologize about our experience. She said she'd send 2 grooms on them for next time. Did I ever receive them? No.

I ALWAYS take my hound here when going out of town. I now live in Blacklick so it's closer, but for almost 10 years, I'd drive here from Clintonville to make sure my dog had the best care. She's always happy and healthy when I return. They have a wonderful operation out there. I trust no one else with my dog. Once I adopt a Doodle in the next year, she'll be going here, too.

I posted a review over a year ago. I stand by that review. The owner, just today, commented after over a year on my review. I would like to also add that after our sweet Gretchen came home with diarrhea, that we were not informed of until picking her up, she passed away on Saturday. Just a few days after coming home from her stay at All Tails Are Wagging.
This sweet gorgeous dog died and we were and still are heart broken. She didn't even make to her scheduled vet appointment! I would give them no stars if it were possible!

Three nights with daycare was $184. Rip off. I toured the facility before and they told me about the nightly pricing for each room. I kept asking why there were so many dogs in cages weren't playing with the others in the Big room and they said multiple reasons like they didn't play well with others or just got a bath. Turns out they charge extra to let them play ($10 a day).
Also They charge you the night for the day you pick up the dog - so I left my dog Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night and pick up Sunday. I picked up on Sunday at 3:30 but they charged for Sunday night ($36) and ($10) day care that day but don't tell till you question them at pay time they said it was because I came after 1pm. They also couldn't explain an extra 10$ charge- they did refund this extra charge.
They are not transparent with pricing when I reserved, toured or called the facility. I was just told drop off and pick up was anytime after 7am and before 7pm and confirmed they had me down for three nights. But they told me when I made them break down why it was $184 for three nights at pay time. What a dirty way to do business. I also think it's weird my dog doesn't come home tired and he's nine.
He also comes home very thirsty like two bowls of water Thirsty- I don't think they give them water. You also have to give your dog flu shots to go there (it's a two series of shots). So this three nights cost me an actual 264 if you include the shots.

My dog loves boarding here. She walks in with her tail held high, head up, sniffing around and excited. I had to basically drag her into the previous boarding facility, with her tail between her legs and her head held down. All Tails are wonderful people, the patio suite is amazing and I love getting pictures of her having a blast in doggie daycare.

What a great place to bring your dog for a day of play! They provide a safe place for pets to be social and get some of their energy so they can relax when your home in the evening. I love how and great the staff is with the animals, and they offer so many services at this one location! All Tails R Waggin!

We take our baby here to get groomed, and they take such good care of him! Everyone there is kind and you can tell they're animal lovers. My favorite thing is the ease of making appointments! We usually call and schedule for the same week (we are procrastinators). Our baby leaves smelling like coconut too, which is lovely
