The staff has always been helpful and professional! Also they have taken very good care of my sister's dog when we board her.

My Frenchies love love love going here. The staff is awesome and knows each dog individually. We had an emergency situation that required last minute same day boarding and they worked things around to accommodate us. So happy they are here for us. My dogs have the time of their lives at Lucky Bones and come home so tired I know they played all day.

Love Lucky Bones, boarded my two fur babies for a week and though it was pricey, they were taken care of very well.

Good prices and friendly staff. Our dog seemed very happy and satisfied with his recent stay.

Daycare review When I dropped my dog off at Lucky Bones Doggie Daycare on Dec 27, 2021 I expected that he would be safe and well taken care of. That was not the case. When I arrived to pick him up from daycare I turned on to Howe Industrial Parkway and there was Tucker running across the road loose right in front of me with a staff member chasing him. Needless to say I would not recommend Lucky Bones Doggie Daycare to anyone.

I have to ask: why was he being walked out in front of the building if you have caged in runs? Why were you not using HIS collar which is sized for HIS neck? Why was he not being walked with the harness that was also provided and also sized to fit him? Again, I would not recommend Lucky Bones to anyone.

My dog loves being at Lucky Bones. She is always happy to go there and play with her person that takes care of her through her stay. I so happy I found Lucky Bones and so is my dog

Picked up our dog up yesterday, She was Lethargic, with Symptoms of Kennel Cough (runny nose, Eye discharge, and dry coughing). Before I left the parking lot it was obvious she was suffering. I called them and asked what they had in their notes. The reply was "Nothing out of the ordinary". I don't blame them for our dog getting sick. But it seems obvious they didn't pay much attention to her.

My experience at Lucky Bones has been excellent. My puppy was boarded for a week in May and they took exceptional care of him. I enjoyed the pictures posted on FB so I could see him while I was away. The staff was happy to have me call and check on him. They are compassionate and really love the dogs. I also had my pup groomed by Leah and she did an amazing job.

He looks adorable. She took the time to listen to me and was patient with my doodle. The large play areas are great for daycare also. We have not had any bad experiences with the staff or other dogs. Highly recommend.

This was our first (and our dogs first!) boarding experience. The dogs seemed to be okay other than sore feet from the flooring. Lucky Bones notified me and applied cream at no charge, which I appreciate. I probably would not board long term again unless they update the flooring to a smoother surface. But it's a nice place for daycare and shorter stays. Kandy the manager was very kind and accommodating regarding my concerns prior to boarding.

We had our wire hair dauchund Gunny groomed here for the first time when our previous groomer moved. We were very happy with results and Gunny looked fantastic! Price was VERY reasonable and we will definitely be going back.

Bella absolutely LOVES coming to Lucky Bones! Once in the car and she realizes where we are going, she gets so excited! The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I feel at ease knowing Bella is happy and well taken care of when away from home!

My 9 month old boxer loves to visit at least once a week. She has made lots of friends and always comes home ready to lay back & relax. I'm very happy I can count on Lucky Bones

We love Lucky Bones and so does our pup! You can tell they love what they do, and our dog is always so excited to go and super tired when she gets home. We love that they post pictures on their FB page of the pups, and that they have a superlative board at the end of the day. thanks for taking the best care of our best friend!

Everyone at the Lucky Bones in Pickerington/Canal Winchester is very cheerful and handles my dog very well. She can be a handful because she is very anxious. Her tail is always wagging when I leave her. The packages are reasonable and convenient. The length of time for a half day is 2 hrs longer than most places. I would recommend Lucky Dog.

My puppy is afraid of the groomers due to an incident at petsmart where he was forcibly held down. I brought him here for an eye trim and bath, they took their time with him, he looked adorable, smelled fresh as daisy and wasn't in his usual melt down panic mode when I picked him up. She even gave me a suggestion on how to get him used to a full hair cut again by taking a massager down his back so he gets used to the buzzing.

We have tried to book here 2x and both times we have experienced nothing but hurdles and hoops to jump through. We prefer to support local business but I'd rather go to a chain at this point since there seem to be less hurdles to overcome. I joked to my husband about a week ago that at least they won't be booked a month out - no one can make appointments or obtain a schedule or prices. Turns out no one would wants to put up with the hassle.

I took my Great Pyrenees in for a groom. Before scheduling, I specifically asked if they had experience grooming this breed and I was told yes. I spoke with the groomer face-to-face upon dropping him off. We discussed in detail what was to be done and I specifically said no shaving. His entire rear end and underbelly was shaved clear to the skin offering no protection for the upcoming winter. An experienced groomer knows to never shave a GP.

I was charged $150 (after being quoted $80) and asked to pay before he was even brought out. Since what was to be done was discussed in detail, I didn't feel that there would be an issue, however that proved to be false. I spoke with owner over my concerns and was told "I thought he looked good but I did notice the shave as you left" and "what do you want me to do about it, I'm not a groomer". Incredibly appalling. Zero stars.

BUYER BEWARE - On 8/24/19 at 11:15, we dropped our dog off at Lucky Bones. They said that you could not drop off pets after 11:30. We picked up our dog before 3:30 on 8/25/19. Lucky Bones does not open (does not allow you to pick up dog) until 3:00 on Sundays for pick up. In summary, we dropped off at latest time possible and picked up at earliest time possible.

Lucky bones still proceeded to charge us for 2 days of boarding. We should have been charged 1 day. This is a scam that they running against their customers. They are holding pets hostage until 3:00 on Sundays in order to make 35 extra dollars. When you drop off on Saturday, they should tell you that you will be charged for 2 days for Saturday night stays. This is not communicated with the customer.

My very excitable Huckleberry has been to Lucky Bones for several of our out of state vacations. I will never take him anywhere else! We have had a few no so stellar experiences at other facilities, so initially we were hesitant when leaving him here, but his excitement during drop off and pure exhaustion post-stay have made us customers for life! I recommend this facility to anyone needing boarding services. Thank you Lucky Bones for loving my pup (almost) as much as we do!

I'm very impressed with this establishment all the way around. Our new pup needed a grooming very badly, and I have been looking around for a reputable groomer in the area. Not many people Yelp in this area for some reason, so that makes it difficult. Lucky Bones graciously got my pup in this morning and was done grooming him in 2.5 hours. He's very clean, soft, and free from wounds etc. Additionally, the building is spotless and does not smell like animals.

I could tell that all the animals in their care (boarded dogs, grooming dogs, etc) were in good hands. They were patient with my new pup too, and I'm very thankful for that. We will continue to use this groomer for monthly appointments.

We are new to the area and when we first moved here our house was not ready and we had to board our dog. upon a recommendation we used Lucky Bones. we couldn't have been more pleased! Our high anxiety dog did great with these caring owners! We have used them for several other trips and Farley loves it! Highly recommend! We also used their trainer to help us with some issues getting used to our new home.

Boarded our dog over Thanksgiving. Our dog loved it! She was so happy when we picked her up and she was tired the next couple of days from having so much fun playing during the day. We were excited to hear that the dogs were able to play from 8am-6pm each day, even on Thanksgiving! Staff was very friendly and facility looked great. Definitely will use them again! Outstanding price, since other boarding facilities charge for playtime, etc. which makes other boarders more expensive if you want your dog to play.

We boarded our two dogs for the first time at Lucky Bones. We were concerned because we had never boarded dogs and our youngest Sophie was very excitable. They addressed our concerns and were very accommodating. We love the fact that they played outside their kennels the majority of the time. They did not nickel and dime you for every little thing. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When we picked up the dogs they were bathed and their bedding was washed. We would definitely recommend Lucky Bones.

We were new to town when we went to Lucky Bones for the first time. I was skeptical about taking our dog to a place that also does boarding or day care just for grooming, but after calling around and reading various reviews it seemed like one of our better options. We came in just to meet Sandy, the groomer, prior to making an appointment. We liked how new and clean the facility seemed. Sandy took good care of our old dog, who was in very poor health.

He has since passed away, but the care and time Sandy took to make sure he could get a hair cut even in his compromised state of health was extremely touching. I appreciate the kindness and compassion we were shown during our interaction with Sandy and the folks at Lucky Bones. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to take your pup for a hair cut.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lucky Bones. Everyone here is so amazing- they genuinely love their jobs, as well as the animals they care for. My dog instantly forgets about me the moment we walk in the door because he's so excited to see everyone else. It's truly endearing. It makes my heart so happy to see them spoil my dog with as much love as he gets at home.

I have boarded my dog as well as taken him to the daycare, and he is always happy and healthy looking when I pick him up. They give you report cards as well, which is both cute and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Thank you guys, for all you do!

Mr. Z took a daytrip to Lucky Bones with his new friend and had a great time! He was there most of the day and didn't seem as exhausted as he normally is after daycare but Jo L.'s review explained why: the play area is smaller than his regular daycare. Even though Z is a Shiba Inu (who most people seem to think need to come with a warning label) the staff were great with him and accepted him right away!

Everyone here was really friendly, and we were able to get our 3 dogs in last minute. Our dogs played the entire weekend, and came home and slept for 2 days. On weekends they average 6 hours of "open" playtime (playtime with other dogs in the open area). They offer discounts for multiple dogs, and they administer medication. It lost a star because the open play area isn't very big. but at the same time they are out for long enough to where that doesn't really matter.
