Edenwood Veterinary Clinic - By Appointment

I am so disappointed in this office. I took my cat in yesterday as an emergency because my regular vet could not get him in and he was showing signs of seizure activity. This office told me his temperature was normal, that his bladder was small, and that he was comfortable. When I picked him up this evening, I immediately called my regular vet because he was extremely euphoric, disoriented, and could not stand.

My regular vet, Amber Stover, made a special trip to my house to check him out. He had a fever, his bladder was severely enlarged, and she noted signs immediately of seizure activity because of his behavior and rapid head movements. I not only paid almost $300 to this joke of a vet's office, but also almost $300 to my regular vet for 2 antibiotics and 1 antiseizure medication.

My poor cat has been through an unsurmountable amount of stress, as have I and my five year old daughter. I will be calling this office first thing in the morning to demand a refund and will also be reporting the vet to the Veterinary Board

We have five rescue cats and love our fur babies! I wanted to give a big shout-out to everyone at Edenwood Vet Clinic in TIFFIN. They are fabulous and helped our furry family tremendously over the years! Very low turn-over, friendly staff, very helpful, good on-site diagnostic equipment, doctors who know their stuff. Highly recommend them! -update 12/20.

They have been awesome. One of our cats had to be Euthanized. They were very compassionate and caring. They even made a paw print for keepsake. We love them. You won't regret trying them.

We love Edenwood staff and Dr. Pursell! We would never be able to find a more caring group of people to entrust with our pets health and well being! We have used them for multiple pets for many years, and they are the best around!

Everyone at Edenwood are the best at working with you and your pets. We all are part of a Family with them. And your pets get the best of care! They treat your pet, always like they would treat one of their own. Or liked their Loved one!

Was my first time there today. The vet did not even introduce herself. Doesn't try to comfort my dog who was extremely scared to get her yearly shots. Not personable at all and made me feel as though I was a terrible pet owner. Vet techs were extremely polite and made sure to answer all my questions. Would give this office a one star if it wasn't for the good techs she has working for her. Do not recommend this office.

We have been taking our animals here for over 20 years. We have had nothing but great treatment from Dr. Pursell and all the staff. They are extremely caring to both our animals and to us. We are treated like valued customers, but more importantly, like valued friends.

'I called Edenwood because my dog went into acute respiratory distress and needed emergency medical care. Edenwood REFUSED to help us or even call a vet because we weren't previous customers. Apparently you pets don't deserve to live if they haven't been to this vet clinic before. It's disgusting that these people claim to care about the health of your pets but refused to help when we needed it the most all because you haven't given them your money before. I'm completely disappointed and disgusted by the lack of service.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pursell and the entire staff at Edenwood. They are so caring toward both the pets and owners. We recently had to say goodbye to our 14 year old furbaby and it was the hardest thing we've ever had to do, but the staff was so kind and accommodating. When it's time for us to open our hearts to another rescue dog, we won't take them anywhere but Edenwood!

I am very satisfied with the services Dr. Pursell has provided my 2 dogs (Amber and Lily) at Edenwood Veterinary Clinic! These services include surgeries, shampoo, cleaning and boarding. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, I enjoy how cheerful everyone seems and how welcomed I feel when visiting!

I have had nothing but the best of experiences from taking my dog to Edenwood Vet Clinic. She is so happy there. The vets are fantastic, they answer every question we have and are always available when we need them. Over the years we have built such a great relationship with the staff. They treat our dog (and us) like family.

The vets at Edenwood are such wonderful people. Everytime I take my animals there the staff greets me and them with a smile. They will help us no matter what we need. They're always there for us which is extremely important.
