1st time for my dogs with A Diamond in the Ruff. Everything went well, Missy was very friendly. We really like the convenience of mobile service and will do it again.

We love A Diamond In The Ruff! Our two Bichons always look fabulous when they are finished! We LOVE the convenience of them coming to us as one of our dogs gets carsick! The owner is very nice and down to earth. She is flexible and accommodating. We love A Diamond in the Ruff!

My dog isn't the friendliest but when he goes with the groomer he is the best behaved because of the way the groomer treats him. The results are excellent and he is so proud to show off his bandana.

Contacted this mobile groomer to attempt to set up an appointment for my dog and we emailed back and forth and then she just stopped replying. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Loved having my dog skippy get groomed michelle is always so personable and dawn always can seem to fit skippy in last minute he can be a handful and they do so well the best!

I think they must be going out of business. They did a horrible job grooming and charge a premium for it. I called and emailed to resolve but got no response - they seem clueless on how to groom dogs and also clueless how to operate a business.

STAY AWAY! This grooming service is horrible! My dog is blind and a bit slow. Sadly, I saw the groomer kick my dog when she was bringing her back to the house after grooming. The groomer had cut the dogs quick and she was bleeding too. Since this episode she is so afraid of feet and she urinates when anyone walks near her. The groomer apologized and said she was having a bad day on the job but too little too late- don't use these animal abusers- who knows what else happened in the grooming van!

This was the only grooming establishment I felt 100% comfortable with my dog. I have been going there for 8 years and even after my job changed and it was an hour long drive, I still chose them. They were fantastic in every way.

This was my first time with having them coming to my house and grooming my golden! My golden has serve anxiety, however she did amazing and really took to the mobile groomer! And I loved how beautiful she looked when she came back in to the house! I was having my friend do her but couldn't after she moved to Arizona. Defiantly will be doing it again! You guys rock and thank you so much!

I just had my parent's dog groomed on the the Mobile Grooming van and I cannot say enough good things. She was on time, friendly and got right to work. Rufus was pretty shaggy when the grooming started and now he is the most handsome boy. I was happy to find someone to come to the house because Rufus is an older dog and not so fond of crates. Reasonable price for the convenience and the quality of service was excellent.

My dog Riley has been going to a Diamond In The Ruff since he was a pup. He is always so excited to see the staff, and they do such a wonderful job grooming him.

We have been coming here for 6 years and absolutely love it! The staff are very friendly and truly love the dogs! Dawn really went out of her way accommodating our sensitive weimaraner who could not tolerate. being in a crate. They are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your pets safety and make sure they are happy and having fun! Our dog Lucy runs to the door in the morning with excitement knowing it's day care day:-)) I would recommend them to anyone, truly a gem!

I have used the mobile grooming services a few times now. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the care and cut my dogs received. My dogs are elderly so they take longer and extra special care. Both groomer I had treated my dogs like they were their own. Very sweet and gentle with them. The cuts are the best they ever had, especially given how hard it is to cut them in the first place.

Took my puppy here to get groomed for his first grooming. He is a Shih Tzu and very well mannered and had a ton of hair when we brought him in. They didn't give us a time when we could come back and get him. we dropped him off at 8 am and kept calling and calling hours later to find out when we could come back to pick him up and no one answered. concerned something had happened to him we rushed over there; only to wait another 15 mins for some front desk girl to bring him out not even the groomer. AND THE WORST PART IS HE LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME. it didn't look like he had any hair cut at all. they claimed he was hard to work with. a week later we took him to a private groomer her works out of her house and she said he was wonderful for her and he came out smelling amazing and looking great.

I wouldn't recommend Diamond in the Ruff for grooming. I cant speak for anything else they offer. the only nice thing they did was give us a little zip lock bag with clippings of his first haircut. if he even had anything cut off.

Best place in Metro-west area! Friendly staff, clean and they do a great job! My dog has been there twice and will go back again.
