We went here for the first time this past week after our regular exotics vets did not have any availability for weeks. We LOVED meeting the exotic vet and you could tell she loved our rat. She was very knowledgable and took her time to speak and explain the issue to us. She was all around great!

Love this vet, 10/10! I bring my rabbit here and even though she's an 'exotic' the cost is totally reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind - I've never had a bad experience here. I absolutely love the exotics vet and vet techs, they really know what they're doing

We just moved in the area and I wanted to have a vet as close to us as possible. I saw the reviews about this place but thought they were ridiculous. Not sure where you can go these days without having to pay a cancellation fee. The deposit is reasonable. The pricing is a little more expensive than Stafford, VA but normal for this area. I thought I needed to get blood work done on my cat but they advised I go a different route that ended up being less expensive, rather than just say they needed to extra tests that were very costly. I appreciate their honesty and communication. I am so happy to bring my cats here.

This place overbooks the Exotic Dr.; She is non-responsive after being seen; everything is surgery = unnecessary procedures; too exspensive, over $100 to clip bird wings and guinea pig toenails.

Booked a regular vaccine and wellness exam for my cats as a new client and they asked for deposit that would be applied towards my visit. I called later trying to reschedule, and they said if I reschedule I would lose my $72 deposit. Even if I manage to take one cat into the vet at the original scheduled time, the $72 would not be applied towards this visit and it would be lost.

So if I were to take my cats in next time, I would still pay $72 wellness exam fee per cat. How is this OK? This is terrible practice and do not feel comfortable getting service here.

Took my baby there for a quick check up, the vet was very nice and friendly she explained everything clearly. Overall a very friendly clinic if this is your first time going to a vet you can make this clinic as your first rest assured.

My boy Eli was being seen for swollen paws and he was so nervous and shaking when we arrived. I like how the Vet and the assistant made him feel comfortable. That's very important to me and my boy. Thank you!

I really love Ridge Lake Animal Hospital. They are a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. They are really gentle and patient with both of my cats. Dr. Joshi is the best. She takes her time and explains everything very clearly. She never rushes through the appointment and answers all of my questions, which usually I have a lot! My boy cat has had ear problems ever since we got him and they took the time to teach us how to properly clean his ears, even brought out a diagram. They offer wellness plans now to help with payments. It's a great option to break up the costs. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Love this place!
