Dog EAZE Inn

Our little Cocker Spaniel had never had a haircut before so we weren't quite sure how it was going to go. The people at Dog Eaze Inn did such a wonderful job! From the young lady that set up our appointment to the girls at the front desk to the girl that cut her hair, everyone was so sweet and kind. And her haircut looks great! We will definitely be back!

Our dogs have been coming here for years for day care and lodging stays. Staff does a great job taking good care of our four legged family members. Rates are affordable and they also offer bath and spa services. Highly recommended!

5 stars! Would highly recommend The Dog Eaze Inn. First, the pricing is very reasonable and i love how you can pick what kind of stay your dog has. Our dog Scout is anxious and skiddish around new people. They were able to work and accommodate with us and they do not discriminate because of behavior or breeds. Very friendly staff, very understanding, and you can tell they are true dog lovers and are trained! Thank you for watching our fur son while we were able to go and enjoy our vacation. Scout will be coming back for another stay.

We choose boarding and play dates a few times a year here. I feel comfortable and my dog leaves happy. I would give 5 stars if I could have camera check ins and also see my purchased plan online. The people are kind, the dogs I see going in/out and playing seem happy. We have and do recommend the Dog Eaze Inn to others.

Awesome doggy daycare! Love that we were greeted at the front door with friendly faces even though my pup was a bit scared and shy of this new place. By the time I picked him up about 6 hours later he was having a ball running with the other pups and sitting on the staff's laps. They give you a report card for each visit detailing just how your doggy did for the day! Cameron was gracious to give me a tour of the facility since we'll be boarding our pup here in a couple of weeks also. We've found a winner!

I am so impressed with this place. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, the employees know my dog, and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves dog daycare here. He is so excited every week when he gets to go to dog daycare and spend the day here. Definitely recommend!

My Australian shepherd, Major, had not been professionally groomed during the 2yr pandemic. The groomers at the Dog Eaze Inn did a fantastic job of cleaning and trimming him. He smelled and looked beautiful. They had removed all of the many small hair mats that had accumulated over time. Highly recommend!

I was overwhelmed with how easy it was to book the appointment for grooming for my dog and when I picked him up he looked and and smelled fantastic! He even has a cute little bandana. The staff were happy to see him and that made me very happy! Will definitely be returning and recommending!

Friendly staff, easy to schedule a grooming and affordable prices. You can tell they really love dogs at this location. Our pup came home looking and smelling beautiful. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have left my dog with them. I am very happy with the care he is given.

The staff has always been very friendly and professional. My dogs are gigantic (Great Dane) and it was difficult to find a place they both could go for overnight boarding. My dogs are excited to see the staff upon drop off and look happy and healthy upon pick up. Very happy with Dog Eaze Inn.

We loved the doggie day care. Our pup was sad to leave he had so much fun. We will definitely be back!

They treat your pooch like you do. Our dog got LOTS of exercise during her stay, as evidenced by the fact that not only was she happy and healthy when we got her home, but she was DOG TIRED. I've never seen our dog so worn out from playing. She slept the sleep of the just and I was very pleased to see it. Thank you Dog Eaze for caring for our pup so well.

This was only our 2nd experience with daycare for our pup. The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their role- and Piper came out with a wagging tail and excited. Having just moved here from halfway across the U.S. -it's a relief to have found her quality care when needed.

My neighbor recommended me to Dog Eaze a couple of months ago and I completely forgot about it until my back was up against the wall a couple weeks ago needing a comfortable, clean and awesomely nurturing place for our 2 sweet pups! I immediately went there took a tour, told the front desk lady my issue and the length of my vacation and she provided me with the tour, ample options and the cost during my initial visit!

My pups were so very happy there and very well taken care of, it was such a delight to go away for over a week and to know my pups were in great hands it meant so very much! Our Bailey and Bentley will be calling this their home away from home for sure! Such good wholesome folks giving our pets such a great environment!

I took my 8 months old puppy Ogy for very first time. People at the office are great. People who took my puppy are great as well. They take care of my dog as their baby! Impressive service for affordable price. Thank you so much!

We picked up our dogs today and they had just had their bath. They had been groomed there as well. Both are looking awesome. We would highly recommend The Dog Ease Inn.

The staff is extremely nice and professional. They genuinely care about our pet and I felt our Beagle was in great hands while we traveled. The staff recognized our dog is not the most socialized among other dogs. They didn't force her in any situation in which she wasn't comfortable but within a day or so, our dog adapted well.

Great place, great staff. However, I'm leaving a "3" because their business process needs a bit improvement. I've been calling since 7am to try to get my puppy in for day care (last minute call into work) and no answer. I called several times and gave up after two hours. This has happened on multiple occasions, and as a business professional I would like to have a daycare that is dependable when needed. Don't want to leave this place as I feel my puppy has integrated well with the rest of the puppies, and as mentioned above, I like the place - they just need to do better at answering their phone.

Our boy Jax (55 lb one year old lab mix) LOVES Dog Eaze! They do a wonderful job of giving dogs a mix of socializing/play and rest, plus they give parents a "report card" to tell about their playmates, behavior, etc. We also really appreciate the fees; it is not overpriced for what you get! Jax always comes home sleepy, which tells us he had a great time and got all his energy out.

Dog came home with bloodshot red eyes. Took him to the doc and he has no allergies. Which leads me to believe he was being mistreated. Received horrible customer service when picking up my dog.

On 12/10/8 My dog was hurt while staying at this daycare, she had to be sedated to have two stitches put in and repair the inner corner of her eye. They promised I would get reimbursed for the Vet/Emergency services but to this day I've received nothing. I've spoken to the manager 3 times, she said the owner sent the check, I never got anything, then she said she couldn't do anything cause the owner was on vacation. I've been trying to reach her but she's either "not there, in a meeting or left for the day". It has been over a month. This is unacceptable and irresponsible from their part. I will not bring my dog there ever, and I recommend you don't either!

Our Izzy is 8 months old and we started her from the time we got her going to Dog Eaze so she would be social. She adores everyone there, goes crazy when we drop her off, practically jumps out of our arms. We recently boarded her their while we were out of the country and she didn't even miss us, slightly disappointed when my husband picked her up. Try Dog Eaze, they are wonderful!

We brought our 10 month old pup here for a half day of daycare while we had to attend a graduation (we were on a road trip and the Dog Eaze was closer to the graduation than us going back to our hotel in DC to get our dog and continue our road trip). She LOVED her time there. Well, she didn't tell us that, but she loves playing with other dogs and based on how exhausted she was and how happy she seemed when we picked her up, we assume she had a blast! She slept in the car as if she was cozied up on our couch at home after playing at the dog park. Well worth $20 in my opinion!

On the recommendation of a neighbor, I've been taking my puppy here regularly for daycare and occasional boarding since she was about 8 weeks old. She is now ten months old and still loves going to Dog Eaze (literally leaping out of the car when we pull up). She always comes home happy and tired, and sometimes she even whines as we go home because she wanted to hang out some more with her doggie and human friends!

I usually get a more or less basic package for her (occasionally with a bath), and that seems to do the trick. (She's a GSP and really just needs a safe place to run and play--not much in the way of frills.) You definitely get a better value/more convenience by purchasing a package, especially if there's a sale on said package. The staff is friendly and do their best to accommodate veterinary/health needs. They also have told me when they've noticed something amiss with my pup. Thank you, Dog Eaze Inn--you all are awesome! :)

My dog was attacked there. I understand that dogs can fight and it happens fast but they promised to cover vet expense- two weeks since incident- I got nothing, I stopped by to ask when they will give me the check but they tried to blame my dog for being attacked! Today (4 weeks later) I got vet bill reimbursed so I put 3 stars instead of one but still not sure if I want to send my dog there again

Took my dog for boarding for an overnight stay when I picked him up he smelled like fieses and urine didn't say anything at the time because of time restraint. Called back and was told he was not taken out of his room on time due to number of dogs they had and what did they want me for them to do. They offered a free bath credit. How can u know that this happened from there negligence and then not even clean him up. Totally the last time they see him and my business again.

My dog has been boarded here a couple times but yesterday when I brought my puppy home I saw that she had multiple open blisters on her feet from their fake grass and was having a extremely hard time walking and even trying to sit down was hard for her. She had to be taken to the emergency room and given pain medicine that just helps her. It she is still struggling to walk. It's so heartbreaking to see her move so slowly and have discomfort because she's only 8months old and is always extremely hyper and wanting to play.

I was never informed that my dog was injured and had to found out on my own. When I spoke to the manager this morning she did reimburse me for the hospital visit and looked at the cameras and could see when my dog started having troubles walking and had to write up two staff members. DO NOT BRING PETS HERE

Always professional my pit bull loves the staff. The rooms are a great size for my dog there's room for him to walk around. During the stay they offer playtime and grooming for a small additional fee. I love em!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We used them for daycare services as well as grooming. The first issue was that they never gave us a price list and told us how much a bath would cost for our pup. We are new to the woodbridge area and have never used daycare services prior. After finding out that we had been charged $70 for a bath (not sure if they bathed him in gold or what), I called to inquire about the charge.

I was told that they normally don't give out prices, received an apology, and an $20 off offer towards our next bath. I declined and told her there wouldn't be a next time. Evidently customer service is not important or priority to them. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere.

Horrible! Never going there again! My dog had an accident and the return him and his bed soiled. Really you just let him sit in his filth?! Pure negligence

First and foremost, I REALLY don't like how they don't have someone there 24/7. I consider my dogs my kids so having that said, I wouldn't leave them alone overnight. My concern is what happens if there is an emergency with the facility or the dogs. There would be havoc. They also don't have cameras in the facility in case you wanted to know how your dog was doing, instead of calling.

A camera would be more promising. Secondly, they only have a few private rooms and those room are the bare minimum of what you would consider comforting. Other than that, medium and small dogs are all in cages and crates. Very small ones too. The place is little dirty as well. I am so glad I got the tour before making any reservations. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall I would not have my babies stay in that place. Doesn't seem well kept and very run down. If anything, the people working there were very nice and caring.

I have left my dogs here once and we had a good experience. They are very easy to contact via email or phone, they seem to really love what they do, and they have a lot of options for extra play times for your pets. My dogs seemed to be well taken care of and they even got a batch before we picked them up. I am crazy so I called every day to check in on them and they always answered the phone and gave me updates on my pups.

My only complaint would be that they lost my credit card information so they had to call me to get payment and they had a hard time finding our stuff when we picked up our dogs. It was the holidays though so they were probably a little frantic. Would definitely use again!

This is the only place in the area other than Affectionate Petcare in Fairfax Station that we would ever board our beagle. It is a pretty nice looking facility, and the admin building (separate from the boarding building) looks new and clean. The key is that they have two of the three things that we really care about when we board: a big outdoor play area, and lots of daytime group play segregated by size.

The only advantages APC has is that they are completely cage-free, and they are a lot closer to us. Overall a very good choice to board your dog, especially if you want them to have lots of outdoor time and socialization.
