Due to increased operational challenges caused by the ongoing effects of the pandemic, we are having to find a balance that provides the best care to our patients while supporting the wellbeing of our team. At this time, we have made the difficult decision to change our operating hours and will be handling urgent and acute care needs on a case-by-case basis.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. When I had taken my cat into this vet in the middle of the night for her not being able to breathe, having a fever, and discharge from her sinuses, they gave her back to us worse than when we gave her to them. Turns out she had a warble in her face. We rushed her to our current vet because she was struggling to breathe, and they informed us that she most likely would have died if she had not been incubated and put on oxygen by then when she was, and that she should not have been sent home in her condition. Never went back here again.

I am really blown away with Aldie Vet, in the best way! Their knowledge, kindness, and patience are incomparable to previous vets I have gone to. Our vet, Dr. Pattie, really takes the time to thoroughly explain issues and resolutions to help us fully understand. They also encourage happy visits, which are free visits to the front desk to help ease the anxiety of our pets for future doctor's visits. The front desk staff are also very sweet and warm, which is always a plus.

It is always comforting to know my pet is getting the very best care when I take him to Aldie Vet. The doctors and staff are always welcoming, friendly, and great with my dog. The doctors take their time examining my pup - and in explaining my options for treatment and why they are recommending a preferred path. You know he is getting great care when he is always happy to see them again!

Best vet we have ever taken our fur babies too! You guys are always so kind and patient with our crazy dogs, and its very clear that you all genuinely care. We have never had anything close to a negative experience. (We tell Pickles that he gets to go see his girlfriends whenever we bring him in!) The staff at Dulles South Veterinary Center did a wonderful job in working with my lab/golden. B is recovering from emergency surgery done last week. He needed some follow up test and a wellness check. They took their time in addressing his concerns and needs. Dr. Woolworth explained each step and procedure that B would be experiencing during this visit.
She assisted in developing a long term wellness plan as B is getting up in years. The staff are professional and some of the nicest people you will ever meet that also love your dog. This will be B's health care team. I know he is in good hands.
