Baxter loves going to Omnistar. Naomi does a phenomenal job ensuring that his coat is just perfect. He loves going to the groomer and he gets lots of compliments thanks to Omnistar.

A million wouldn't be enough! Yes - Naomi is the best dog groomer in Loudoun County, if not the entire state of VA. Yes- Naomi and Mark take the very best care of their clients (especially the ones with paws). We have been taking our fur family to them for well over 10 years (grooming, boarding, daycare). Not only does their business reflect the love they have for animals, they are two of the most selfless and caring people we have had the pleasure of knowing.

Quick story: Our pup, Cooper, has been visiting Naomi since he was a puppy. He is almost 4 and she is yet to be the only person who can make him feel comfortable to sit perfectly still and cut his nails. You will never want to take your pups anywhere else. Take them to Omi Star Grooming!

Naomi is the only groomer that I trust with my pets. Grooming on a regular schedule she sees health changes in your pets that you might miss. Yearly schedules are provided so you are always guaranteed to get an appointment when they need it. The convenience of the schedule is great.

After grooming dogs for me since 2001, Naomi still earns a five star review. My dogs have all been rescues so they tend to be older and some have had special needs. I know that when my dogs are in her care I do not have to worry about them. I have my dogs on a six week schedule and they are quite comfortable with her. One of my "crazier" dogs was described as "standing like a statue" for her on her grooming table. It is not just me that feels comfortable with her, they love and respect her as well.

I found OMISTAR after four different groomers told us they could not groom my dog. I explained to Naomi that I have a very difficult dog, but Naomi still took us. She is the dog whisperer. She is a skilled groomer who really knows dogs. We are the last appointment of the day so that my anxious dog does not have to wait in a crate for me to pick her up.

She has been grooming my dog for a little over a year now, and she is a God send. She is very reasonably priced, very accommodating, and sometimes too generous in my humble opinion. Her boarding fees are also the best I've seen in our area. Naomi and Mark are the best, and my pup and I are so grateful to have found her.

Naomi is an incredible dog groomer who came recommended from my vet along with several friends. She does a meticulous job with our dog each and every time. She also shows great compassion to all dogs and provides many seniors with their final place of love and care.

Naomi has groomed my dog for more than 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and an excellent groomer. She even detected cancer on my dog and told me to have it looked at by a vet. I had already had a vet look at it, but they thought it was just a sore. But when I took my dog back on her suggestion, they did further investigation and realized he did have cancer. She is now working with my puppy, and he is doing great because she knows how to bring the little guy along slowly.

Naomi and Mark are incredible people and groomers. We consider ourselves lucky that they groom our fury family members for over 15 years now.

I have been taking my dogs to Naomi for over 15 years. I live in Rockville, MD and drive out to Hamilton, VA because of the wonderful job she does with my dogs. I have had large long haired dogs, dogs that require a lot of special grooming and now have three yorkies. I would not go to anyone else and highly recommend Omistar and Naomi and always go home happy with the quality and cost of services.

Naomi is best groomer I have ever met! She is very personal with dogs and owners. Im so glad we met her, all over groomers we used where horrible and it is not that easy to find a good one. She makes a schedule for you and it makes it very easy.

Naomi is amazing! She does a wonderful job on my dog, Penny. She takes the time to talk to her clients, and she really cares. We are new clients, but I have no doubt we will be bringing our fur-babies to Naomi for life.

IF.you are lucky enough to get a time to have your dog groomed or boarded, feel great about. She is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and she treats the dogs every bit as nice if not better than the owners. If they had a ten star rating I would have no problem pushing the button. She's the best.

Omistar and Naomi Hughes are amazing! She has done such a great job with our schnauzer. Jack adores going to see Naomi! He has allergies and is an older gentleman--she takes such great care of him! He HATES HATES HATES to be brushed at home. She keeps his legs trimmed so that his fine hair does not get tangled. One of the best things about going to Omistar is that they only take referrals from existing clients--you might see a friend or neighbor!

I moved back to Northern VA about 2 yrs ago and I've had a hard time finding a good groomer. Luckily I did some online searching and found Omistar. All of the reviews were good and her website was additionally informative. I called Naomi and I was able to get an appointment a week later. I think she has a pretty full client list so I was glad to get an appointment so quickly.

I dropped my boys off Saturday morning and about 5 or so hours later they were ready. I was blown away by what a wonderful job she did. Honestly, my husband and I both think this is the best groom my Silky and Shih Tzu have ever received! Plus the cost was totally reasonable. My Silky can be a very nervous dog and he has also had issues in the past with biting groomers but Naomi assured me he'd be fine and he was! Plus they both received the most adorable bandannas with the groom. We will most certainly return to Omistar. We love Naomi!

After a not so great experience with a groomer in Leesburg, I asked my vet if they could suggest a groomer - Naomi was recommended without a moment's hesitation. I've been taking my dog there for about four months now and (imagine this!) they set up her grooming schedule for the rest of the year. Omistar/Naomi is great! Allan K. was correct when he describer her as being like a dog whisperer - my little four-legger can be difficult but Naomi is able to get her to behave and is actually successful in plucking her ear canals! Thank goodness for Omistar. I've recommended them to clients and neighbors and am thankful to be taking my pup to a groomer I can trust.

I have a difficult dog, who bit the last groomer. Naomi is like a dog whisperer, she knew just how to get my dog comfortable. No problems in the 4 years now that we have used her. Plus she will let us know of any issues that we should let a vet know about, as well as let us know when to save our money - better than any vet.
