Pet Watchers

I've been using Pet Watchers NJ LLC since I moved to Caldwell last year and have been nothing but pleased with their service. Pat and Michael are so great with my cat Edgar. They both show a high level of care and attentiveness that leave me feeling confident that Edgar is in good hands. I could not recommend them enough!

I've used Pet Watchers for more than a decade and have always appreciated how quickly they respond to my request for service. I have had two cats for as long as I've been working with them. Both cats are always well cared-for when I return, and I get the most wonderful notes about how they were behaving while I was away! And here's the true test: When I've come back unexpectedly early, things are still perfect! Litter scooped, water bowl clean and filled, food bowl clean and filled, cans rinsed and in the recycling bin.

The people who work for them take their responsibility seriously--for example, alerting me when my one stubborn cat would NOT come out to receive his meds so I could confirm that it was OK for him to skip it for a couple days rather than traumatizing him by chasing him around with his pill! I plan to use them for a good long time to come.

We've been using Pet Watchers since we moved to this area almost 10 years ago to help care for our pets (at first two dogs and now a dog and a cat) while we're at work and while we're traveling. Pat in particular has been working with us and our pets all this time. We trust her implicitly and our pets love her, she is truly a good friend to our pets.

At the very outset, Mike and Pat came to meet with us at our home to learn about our pets and our needs and have been flexible and helpful ever since. Our lives would be very different without the peace of mind Pet Watchers have given us all these years.

Fred from Pet Watchers took great care of my two dogs! He was always on time and left detailed notes filling me in on all the details of the walk. I would recommend Pet Watchers to anyone in the area!

We've used Pet Watchers for five years. We have had the same walker, Pat, over the entire length of our relationship with the company and she has provided excellent service and care to our beloved dog the entire time. She is very responsive with updates and we get great detailed notes about our dog's daily walks, including any issues that may occur with our dog's health. Overall we have had a great experience with the company and would recommend them to anyone who values the personal service and competitive pricing.

We have been using Pet Watchers ever since we moved to Springfield 5 years ago. They are reliable, use local people and do a great job taking care of our cats. We get progress reports when we get home and it gives us great peace of mind to know that our girls are being taken care of. It makes it less stressful to go away knowing that the girls are fed, played with, brushed and pampered.

They also take in our mail/packages and water our herbs/plants. Totally full Service. The very first time we called, the owner came to out home with the prospective watcher and we appreciated the personal service. Out cats approved too!

We have been using Pet Watchers since 2015. They take great care of our dog and put our minds at ease while at work during the day. They are reliable and caring, would definitely recommend them!

Pet Watchers has taken incredibly good care of our dog. We started with two dogs, one of whom was getting old and sick and died earlier this year. Our dog walker was so caring of both dogs and very attuned to how our older dog was feeling. She gave us updates and contacted me on my cell phone if she thought something needed my attention. She had so much genuine concern for our older dog and it gave us a lot of peace of mind to know our older dog was in such good hands when we couldn't be there ourselves.

Now we only have our younger dog. Our dog walker is so great with him. He loves her and she gives him the exercise he needs. Our dog walker is also really flexible about arranging for additional walks on short notice. All of this means that we can leave our dog during the day without worrying because we know that a very capable, responsible and caring person is coming to walk him.

My family has been using Pet Watchers for years. They have taken care of our puppies and helped train them. They've taken care of our older dogs and provided the extra care they need. They follow the dogs schedule and make suggestions on our dogs behavior (we have a chewer). They take care of our bird as well. Feeding and watering her. Pet Watchers has become part of our family. If you're looking for someone to watch your pets I highly recommend them. And if you're in the Caldwell area ask for Joan. She's fantastic!
